BRIO Tuscan Grille - Columbus - Easton
Good food good service and a great location. Set outside very nice.
The service was excellent and the food presentation were fabulous. The noise was was a little louder than I prefer, but often that can change with guests and table size.
Great consistent service. Good food. We always return there for special occasions.
Creme Brulee substitution was disgusting and too watery

Easton has valet parking, and the kiosk is opposite the entrance to Brio!! No searching for a spot or a hike through the rain, heat, snow, wind to get to the restaurant!
I used to love Brio. Nice atmosphere, good location and good food but the last few times I have been the food quality has not been good and the service left a lot to be desired. It was a very busy night as it was the first patio night of the season and the waitress seemed overwhelmed so it took some time to get our drinks. For this outing, we were a group of 5 celebrating a birthday. 3/5 meals arrived cold, and 1 salad was clearly past it's prime. Only 1 person was satisfied with their meal. It was an unsatisfying experience for the occasion and we most likely won't be back.
Reserved outdoor space but was seated inside. Food was cold.
We had a party of 10 and the service was terrible. We were there for a wedding, they were married in the restaurant but it took over 45 minutes before we were even able to order. A couple people from the party had ordered drinks that were never brought. We were not charged for them about that is not the point. Our water was only filled once even though we were all drinking water and most of our glasses were empty. The whole thing but a damper on the entire reason we were there.
I was very disappointed with the Brio Easton location. Our company has our Christmas lunch every year at the Brio Polaris location and we love everything about that location; the food, service, and accommodations for a large group. I was hoping for the same service and Delicious food at your Easton location. We had to send back two adult beverages, I asked for chicken on my pasta and when i received my entree' it was cold and didn't have the chicken. We had to ask for bread and refills. Our server never asked us if we needed another drink when she could clearly see we had finished our drinks! We were all very disappointed with this location. This was for a special occasion and we would have stayed longer and spent more money on dessert and drinks but after the way we were treated, we decided to take our party elsewhere. I never have written a complaint about a restaurant before but after 8 women in our group all complained about our terrible experience i could not let this go. Very disappointed customer, Sandra Van Dyne!
Returned to the Brio at Easton while on business in Columbus and was disappointed to learn they are under new ownership & head chef, and as such, they have changed the menu and removed the pork chops from the ‘new’ menu. So disappointed! I had the lobster & shrimp fettuccine instead and it was just so-so, because the sauce was too thick. Did they change that too? I don’t remember it tasting like that.
Anyway, I doubt I’ll be back until the pork chops return. And, BTW, I only said on this review that I ‘would recommend Brio’ because I felt other people might something else on the menu that they would like...my dinner companion enjoyed the beef medallions. But, like I said, I doubt I’ll return until the pork chops do.
Very nice atmosphere. Very good food. Especially love the crisp cracker bread and sour dough bread.
For the first time, I had a bad experience with the service at Brio and it was disappointing. Our family went to Brio's to celebrate Mother's Day. After our server came to our table to take our orders, my husband was told that he could not modify the veggie omelet due to high volume Brio was experiencing. But yet our server asked if we had any food allergies? After our order was taken, the server disappeared for an extended period of time. We had to flag down another sever just to receive bread. Our server did not bring our food, so when he did reappear, I asked the server about the peach tea in the bottle because that was what my mother ordered and we asked for more bread. He apologized about the tea and took it away. Well, he was gone for quite a while again, my mom did not have a beverage after our food came because the server did not replace the tea right away or bring her water. When the server finally came back, he said he took our bread to the wrong table and had to get some more. Then he eventually brought the tea. We wanted to order dessert, but figured after the service we received we would be there for too long so we asked for the bill. When the bill came, we noticed that it was not only the wrong check, but the credit card was in there from another dining guest. We told our server so we could have the correct bill. My family and I have been going to Brio for the past twenty years at Easton, and we have never had a bad experience until now. If we return, I will make sure that we do not have the same server we had on Mother's Day.
The hostess was very annoyed that we had an open table reservation. Aside from that, and the table that was reserved for open table guests, on the patio, next to the service door for wait staff, everything was as expected.
There food quality has gone down, prices have gone up, and they are in need of a serious renovation as evidenced by the stained booths.
Waitress was great. Good came out fast.
I dine at BRIO Tuscan Grill several times a year however this time service was slow and our food was cold. My Mother ordered the steak medallions and they were almost burnt. The mashed potatoes on the plate were cold and dry. My salmon was cooked well but somehow was cold as well. We were very disappointed with this experience because this is where we picked to dine for Mother’s Day...The waitress was apologetic and had my Moms steak re fired but by that time I was already done eating so she just boxed it and took it home. I really enjoy BRIO usually, but this time it was a lack luster experience.
My waitress was outstanding. We were served quickly and she acted professionally. She made our dining experience the best. She had a very friendly attitude and she went the extra mile to make our mother's day celebration the best. I wish all your servers could be like her.
Tiffany was my waitress this week and she did an amazing job. We celebrated mothers day and everything went great. Not one delay and our order came out perfect ( it was a pretty big order). Super happy and I will always go back.
Excellent service. attentive server and food was well prepared. Restaurant was very warm due to the humidity outside which was a bit uncomfortable.
Sheba - our server was amazing, knowledgeable and funny.
We were put way back in the corner outside and we were entertaining out of town guests so not the best of tables. Had to ask for bread, server was not good with drink refills and the food tasted good but was barely warm. Gave server my rewards check in number told him to use the 10.00 reward and he didn’t do it. Frustrating. Brio Easton is better than this. Didn’t ask him to fix the check as we needed to leave. Not sure why it wasn’t taken off.
We had a party of 11. Our waitress was attentive and very kind.
We went out for my graduation dinner and had a bad experience from the start. Bad service, cold food, poor menu options. Terrible way to cap off 4 years.
This place is DELICIOUS. Great service, amazing food. You must try the shrimp and eggplant appetizer. If it weren't rude, I would have drunk the sauce after the food was gone.
The service was fantastic, first of all. The food was very good. Truly, the only thing I was a little surprised at was that it was more expensive than we were led to believe.
The steak was very good but a little undercooked for my liking. The potatoes and green bean were and the sauce that was put on top of the potatoes was awesome. Definitely not the best or worst experience We've had. Everything was just ok
I booked for Tuesday night. The new President of our company was visiting Ohio for the first time. Food and service were great. I probably won't book for an event like this again because the seating(long table with four seats on each side) made it difficult to engage all eight members of the party...the noise level was so loud we had to yell to have any kind of communication.
Food was great not too crowded so it was very enjoyable had a great waitress very happy person.
We were there for Easter dinner . We were seated in the area that looks out on the lawn . The food and service was very good .
The Easter brunch was spectacular! Chad was our server highly recommend if he could actually pick a server. I'm probably the most particular person when it comes to my food of How It's Made and what I want in it and he made sure that our drinks came out quickly and our food came out the way it supposed to be. He had a smile every time with positive vibes and that means a lot to me especially when we've had bad days coming in to have a nice brunch to make our day better. He also reminded us that the old menu is back for the most part. I'm coming back to the Brio more often because of this. Easton Brio is a delight for all ages whether it's for family friends or just time for yourself.
We enjoyed our Easter lunch. The food was excellent and the service was wonderful. We'll be back.
All around an excellent lunch for Easter.
Our waiter Ed took excellent care of our group. The food was fabulous!
Excellent service and food as usual. Everyone was terrific and went the extra mile to make sure our meal and needs were met.
Early Family Easter Brunch
The worst Chicken Marsala I have ever eaten. Basically they grill a chicken breast and throw some sauce that doesn’t taste like Marsala sauce and there was 1 piece of mushroom. The spinach was bitter and the fingerling potatoes hard.
Best part of my meal
Peach Bellini and bread and crackers
I did eat the chicken after I asked for more mushrooms
I don’t know if line cooks don’t know or care but our server said this is a favorite dish for people?
It’s not NY LA or San Fran quality
Server offered my friend something else
