BRIO Tuscan Grille - Cherry Hill
Try the carpaccio. Its always a staple when we order. Sit outside if weather permits!
We've been here several times and always have a delicious meal and a very pleasant experience. I would suggest getting there a little earlier, as it starts to really get crowded just as we are leaving. The wait staff is always very nice and accommodating and very nice to be around.
Amazing lobster ravioli! Margarita Pizza tasty. Yummy. Brie, our server was great.
We had a reservation for Mother’s Day dinner, but we still had to wait for 35 minutes for our table. Only the outer doors were shut. The interior doors were propped open so it was chilly in the restaurant. It was cold and rainy so there was no need for the doors to be propped open.
Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. Our food was delicious. There were 4 people in our party. Everyone got something different and everyone was was happy with their selections.
Mothers day was very crowded. But we manage to get a good table with a great waiter. we enjoyed the bar while we waited for a table. The food was cooked to perfection. I had steak and my husband had lamb chops. Both meals were great. We Will be back.
I always recommend BRIO Tuscan Grille-Cherry Hill but I let the people know that the place is very loud when busy. The food is excellent & the service is good but the noise level is unbelievable. Mother's Day you could barely make out what your waiter was saying.
We are regulars at Brio, however I must say that the Caesar salad portion was extremely small , although it was very tasty.
We had reservations for 5 pm but weren’t seated until 5:45. We were greeted by a waiter who started by telling us he wasn’t our waiter but was going to “help out” because ours was unable to help us yet??? We ordered and asked for some bread as we were all starving so he brought it but left and then we realized we had no silverware. We sat there staring at the bread and butter and eventually just started digging into the butter with the edges of the bread since we had no knives. When we finally managed to flag him down & ask for silverware (it is now 1 hour and 10 min past our original reservation) he said ok but didn’t return and must not have realized why we needed the silverware I guess . My husband flagged down a hostess and she said she would get some for us but she went in the back room and we didn’t see her either. So about five minutes later another waitress comes out with a bunch of silverware and says she’s our waiter. When the hostess came back with a handful of silverware she did apologize and say that she had to make them all up as there weren’t any available but REALLY?? The food was really good, the ambiance was fine, a little too noisy for a party of 9 to talk across the table, and the final waitress was nice, but I wouldn’t recommend making a reservation unless you are very flexible with your time. I was a little embarrassed because I suggested the place to the group.
First time customer. Server and service - wonderful. Very well run operation. All servers hustling. Two supervising managers also helping with delivering orders to customers. Both came to our table to check how things were and offer 10% off (may have been 20%) on our next visit. Will definitely return.
Went here for Mother’s Day. It was crowded, but since we had a reservation, we only had to wait about 5 to 10 minutes to sit. We ordered the calimari app which my husband and son thought was very good, my husband especially liked the pepperoncini. I got the filet, it was done a perfect medium, husband and son ordered the lamb and both enjoyed it. My other son got the chicken rigatoni and he did like it. This restaurant has been consistent the 5 or 6 times I was here and I would definitely go back. Our waiter was very good, got us refills on our soft drinks without us asking, so he was very attentive. Overall this is a good value for the price.
Extremely accommodating and friendly. Service was good. Food was also decent. One issue, we came for brunch and were given lunch/dinner menus and had to share one brunch menu for a table of 12 because they were "short on brunch menus." This was offputting because it was clear they'd have preferred we order from their regular menu. Why have brunch listed as an option if you don't ideally want to serve it? Confusing and unnecessary. However, our server was lovely and did her best on a very busy day to give us a good experience.
I would not recommend this restaurant on any busy holiday like Mother’s Day. There were too many people and and not enough servers to accommodate people food at appropriate times. Our server neglected us for about 15 minutes while we were seated and then we were given another server that was spread way too thin and was absent minded. Not the best experience on a special day like Mother’s Day.
Everything was very good. Our server was especially nice.
Brio was out of orange juice for brunch at 10:30 am.
Apparently if y make a reservation on open table, the don’t guarantee you a table. We had a 7:15 reservation for 12 and at 8:30 they said they could not accommodate us. Absolutely terrible customer service.
Waited 35 minutes to be seated and an hour for our food to come out and it was over cooked
Don’t go there for Mother’s Day or the day before because they can’t handle it. You will wait forever for food. It even took over an hour just to get the bread! The food is good but I wouldn’t choose them for any holiday.
Let me start by saying the staff attempted to give 5 star service for the most part. That being said, we waited well over an hour for our food. We had 2 waitresses who seemed to have too much on their hands. I felt like they were overwhelmed and my table had food missing, would see no staff for very long periods of time as people were waiting for water, refills, our food, the check. I once tried to wave down waitress and asked for check and she snapped "yea!!". Again, the staff was very busy, food was good, prices fair but I was dissatisfied with the experience overall.
Great job! Somewhat crowded due to the fact that
a nearby restaurant was closed.
Very limited and inflexible brunch menu. Few choices and an inability to alter the menu to taste. Friendly staff and a beautiful facility.
Had a great service. Leo our waiter took good care of us. Had a pleasant experience. This is why I keep coming back.
Always good here! Staff is amazing
Service was extremely slow, had to wave down server to get service several times
Mark our server was inattentive-couldn't remember anything we asked for. Brought desert menu over and box for my leftovers while I was still eating. Never asked if we wanted coffee. Penna a'la vodka was so watered down and tasteless. This was a very disappointing experience. Hope to hear from the company.
I have eaten at Brio many times, in fact I worked on the restaurant when it was being built. This was the first time I wasn't really happy with the service. We had a reservation and didn't wait long at all, hostess was nice seated my family and waited waitress came over and everything was slow, had to ask for bread which took forever once it came we had no silverware so I had to grab another waiter to ask for silverware and napkins, everything took long. After dinner waitress asked if we wanted anything else, my wife asked for a glass of water which came 10 minutes later by that time my wife went shopping and left my daughter and I at the table. The water came with the check but it wasn't my check it was another tables with there credit card in the bill fold. I called her over and showed her she said she was looking for that. I just wanted to leave. I will eventually be back but if it happens again I won't be a patrone.
We had a party of 8 including 3 children for an Easter dinner. The staff was great, food was equally good and the general ambiance was better than you would expect on a holiday. We loved that the full normal menu was available.
Decent food & drink excellent service noise level very high though
The food was undercooked or overcooked ..drinks were good. Waiter was nice but didn’t know anything. He was definitely new and not familiar with the menu. It was a holiday so for that fact it wasn’t terrible.
Easter brunch. First time there. Seated quickly. Service was very good our server was adept at a table of 8. Didn’t wait long for food and food was good. Two dishes didn’t have all their listed ingredients IE missing avocado in a vegetable omelette. Overall, the brunch menu is reasonably priced. Craft beer selections were a little weak could be improved but local so that is good. We will try again for dinner as it was our first time there and it was nice overall.
Waitress was fantastic - 5 stars. She was very attentive and helpful in making decisions between a couple of choices.
Apps and main courses were good although the pasta dishes my 2 sons selected were a bit small.
Desserts - the chocolate cake was a bit smaller than we expected.
There for my mom 84th birthday. The server was a very bubbly amazing Jamaican girl. Sorry forgot her name but she was awesome and made our stay so relax. Always loved BRIO and still do
Sam and Bill were the best! Sat at the bar for happy hour. Everything was delicious and service was great! Can't wait to go again
My husband and I went for our anniversary and this was his first time there. He has already said we will be returning because he was so happy with the food and service. We arrived 15 minutes early for our reservation and they say us and even gave us the option of table or a booth, which was very considerate. Our server Mark was great and the food was absolutely delicious! We will definitely be returning to this BRIO again once I give birth so I can enjoy more of their menu!!
I really used to love Brio but it seems to have gone downhill. We keep trying to go back thinking it might have been an off night. Just not the same as yesteryear
our server Leo was attentative, knowledgeable and offere reccomendations when asked. the meal was served on time and was hot and delicious.
The waiter was very good at explaining different items on the menu. Restaurant was alittle loud.. we had reservations, but was surprised there was no line for a Saturday night..
Execellent service! Delicious food and drinks
Caesar salad with salmon was lettuce, dressing and salmon, no crouton, cheese. Nothing special for an almost $20 salad.
Husband requested dressing on side. Didn’t get. Waited too long to complain.
Kids both had the ribeye and it was so fatty only half was edible. And it was an adult steak for 9 year olds.
Only thing good was wine!!
After a $200plus meal.. we were disappointed to say the least.
