BRIO Tuscan Grille - Cherokee - Cherokee Casino
We almost always have a meal at BRIO when we visit Harrah’s Cherokee. Food is consistently good but I wouldn’t go so far as to call it amazing. Service is always good. It’s always been an enjoyable meal for us.
Our server Miranda was awesome!! We could not our 25th wedding anniversary any better. The restaurant prepared a very nice anniversary card with personable touch and treated us for a free dessert and coffee for both. Thank you so very much for the wonderful hospitality and service. We sure will be back!
Love this place! We go every time we are in Cherokee. They did an awesome job setting up our table with some Birthday items I brought balloons, cake open with topper, etc. The table was all set when the Birthday girl got there.
Food is ALWAYS delicious. We have never gotten a bad meal. Wish there was one where we live!
Salmon was suppose to be pan seared. It was poached and tasted fishy.
I should have gotten the grilled.
Had to redo steak over cooked 1st time but was delicious
We are pleased every time we go. Highly recommend to anyone visiting or if you live within 100 miles!
I ate lunch and was very pleased with the food and service!
I highly recommend the wedge salad and the shrimp/eggplant appetizer was amazing! The lobster and shrimp fettuccine was also good, but I would try another dish next time. I’ll be back!
This restaurant used to be a favorite, with excellent ambiance, service and food. But the management seems to have slipped. Food was fine, but not excellent. The table, where it used to be immaculate, was set with a wrinkled tablecloth, covered with a piece of paper that was much too small for the table. The waiter for the first evening, George, was very good, attentive to our needs, and actually spoke to us with more than “what may I get you today?” The 2nd meal was served by a waiter who seemed not to care about us. The wine available was limited in selection, and even the higher priced wine was quite acidic, and the waiter took no action to check with the bar to get a better wine, although he did not charge for the wine that my wife couldn’t drink. Our steak was OK, but not exceptional at all. And this for our 48th Anniversary?
Good service, great food, and pleasant atmosphere. Restaurant is at Cherokee Casino; so, readily accessible if you are gambling and/or staying at the hotel. Reservation process was easy, and necessary because "walk up" patrons had a 30+ minute wait on Monday night.
Make a reservation or you won’t get in. 4 couples told us they ran out of some entrees the by before. not a go thing to be Telling people. Fine for a hotel restaurant.
The food and atmosphere were great - didn't have to wait too long for a table. Server was friendly and checked on is just the right amount of times.
Great service - Very attentive. Rib eye steak was tasty and cooked perfectly. Great food choices and pleasant atmosphere. Nice wine and beer selection. Will be eating here again.
We love the Grilled Pork Chops and Fettuccine Alfredo. Everything is fabulous and the service is wonderful and it has great views of the outside.
The food and service were excellent! Always enjoy Gioni for our service! Remembers all our preferences, very professional and is such a delight! Miss Brenda is a wonderful manager and makes sure everything is to our liking and the food is on point! Our favorite restaurant when we are at Harrah's in Cherokee!
Consistently a wonderful experience. Love the Salmon Fresca. Never disappoints and we are there almost every 2 Months.
Service was great! We always have a wonderful time at Brio!
Always quality food and service at Brios,,, bar tender is a master of his craft..
I gave BRIO a low review because when I created the reservation I was asked if there were any special occasions. I said there was a Birthday. When we were seated and asked the server if they had notification of a Birthday and she said yes. Unfortunately when we were served and our check came there was nothing done related to my wife's Birthday. This was pretty much of a let down.
Child’s spaghetti was decent . My steak was full of gristle and for the price I would have thought it to be a better quality of meat. Wouldn’t ever order it again. Atmosphere was nice and server was pleasant .
My lobster and shrimp came without lobster and was cold.
My wife's salmon was good what there was of it.
This was by far the worst meal I’ve had here and I’ve eaten here many many times!!
I will give it another chance - could have been a off night that you should NEVER have !!
We arrived early yet were promptly seated in the booth I had requested. We were greeted by our waiter Hannah B who was engaging and fun. She really catered to our every comfort and ease which made our dining experience outstanding. The drinks we ordered were perfectly crafted and delicious. We shared the spinach artichoke dip and an order of lasagna which were wonderful. Thanks so much for the great date night! We will be back again!
Wonderful bone in ribeye as always.
I told the waitress that it’s too bad there isn’t eggplant parmigiana on the menu. She offered to make a version to order....it was excellent. Nice effort, nice result. Hats off!!
Outstanding food & service, my fifth trip we will certainly be going back.
Excellent service as always. All of our selections were delicious including the pasta dishes, salads, and lobster bisque soup. No room for dessert, the portions are huge!
We eat at Brio's quite often when we visit Cherokee. The food is always excellent and the service is fantastic. Often we dine at the bar when seats are available and we have not made a reservation. The service here is also great and the servers are very cordial and accommodating. All in all, we have never been disappointed when dining at BRIO.
Took 1 hour from the time we sat down to be served. No alcohol or appetizer was ordered.
The food was great. The drink service was slow. We did not receive our drinks until about 5 minutes before our food arrived. The server was friendly. I forgot her name. The brought a lava cake for my friend's birthday. It was delicious. My salmon was perfect. Next time I will be aware of the time it takes to dine there.
Wonderful Italian food is served at this elegant restaurant at the casino. We have been several times and the food has always been excellent. Good bread and fancy desserts add to the quality of food and service you get at BRIO. Cannot wsit to return.
Some food was very good, some was average. Over all, it is overpriced, including a $6.00 charge for a flimsy side salad to an entree. Service was cordial, even coming us desserts for our anniversary. But, for a couple, there is not much excuse for bringing one their entree twenty minutes after the other.
We ate two meals at Brio on our last visit to Harrahs Cherokee. Both were very good in terms of service and food quality.
Great restaurant and great service! Because we had such a large party we were able to sit in the private room in the back of the restaurant. I would highly recommend! The food was delicious! Our server recommended a few apps and everything was amazing!
My husband ordered the spaghetti carbonara. The spaghetti was over cooked and mushy. There was hardly any sauce or pancetta. I ordered the chicken Milanese which was very good. However, I had to share it with my husband since his meal was basically inedible.
A great meal, good service, friendly staff, really a fine restaurant.
My wife and I enjoyed the experience and the meal. We would definitely eat there again
The food was very good. The wine was chilled to perfection. Was celebrating our anniversary but no special recognition or mention of that by our server.
Loved this restaurant, the atmosphere, food and service was terrific.
They did a great job of attending to our table of 8, and the food was fantastic!
If you are bothered by the smell of cigarette smoke, try to sit in the interior of the restaurant, and not in the bar area that is exposed to the open air of the casino.
