BRIO Tuscan Grille - Cherokee - Cherokee Casino
I have eaten at Brio many times over the years. I enjoy the atmosphere and the food is delicious. I ordered the Pan Seared Salmon and asked Gioni our server if he could have it blackened more and boy did he deliver. Gioni has been my server on a few occasions in the past and he is very attentive and friendly. My friend order the Rib Eye and really enjoyed it. I was seated promptly at my reservation time. Thanks again Brio for a wonder experience and scrumptious meal.
Brio is a good choice for dinner at Cherokee Casino. Food is good and it is not something we have access to where we live in South Carolina.
Linda my server was very friendly and efficient. The peach Arnold Palmer was great. Love the bread basket! I enjoyed the shrimp pasta and always love the wedge salad!
Everything was spot on! I enjoyed it so much, I came back the next day with my husband for Father’s Day. He likes the peach tea also and we shared a wedge salad and had the chicken soup with a hint of lemon. It was delicious and the guests next to us made a comment. Your soup sure smells delicious! It is!!!
Food was excellent. Service was quick and professional. Ambiance was as good as can be expected in an open room format. Staff needs to be more invisible, as they were standing in an open area staring at the customers. They were too noticeable. Overall a very good dining experience.
We love brio in dunwoody ga
The Cherokee brio food was delicious and service excellent
We miss the outdoor dining space but our table 84 was very nice
Thank you for honoring our anniversary!
This food is the best around here
I celebrated my 35th birthday here with my friends and Family. We chose BRIO over the other many restaurants at the casino due to its “outdoorsy” but inside feel. Lexi was our sever, and she made me feel very special from the very beginning. The general manager even wrote me a personalized card offering a free dessert in celebration of my birthday. The food was excellent, service was top notch! I will definitely make this my go to restaurant next time I visit the casino! Thank you all!
BRIO was just as delicious as it always is. My only complaint is that the menu has changed since my last visit. I was extremely disappointed that they no longer serve the "Chicken Limone". That was my favorite dish and I ordered it every single time I went. Other than that, the service, atmosphere and food were all exceptional. We will be back!
Excellent service and food. Out hotel stay was lackluster, anniversary dinner at Brio really helped. Food was delicious, bread needs more flavor but the food made up for that by far. We will be back!
This was our second time dining at Brio Grille. The food was exceptional. The service was even better. Taylor was our server and there is absolutely nothing she could have done to make our experience any better. We finished our meal and went into the bar for an after dinner drink because we didn't want the experience to end. All in all a perfect end to a perfect experience. We are only sorry there was no way to give it more than a 5 star rating.
Reserved with special occasions for anniversary. Nothing special offered. Next year will go back to Ruth Crist
Excellent service (Taylor) and food. Manager recognized our anniversary with free dessert, sure did appreciate!
We eat at Brio’s every time we come to Cherokee and as always the dining experience was excellent. Kudos to Brandon our waiter who made this experience memorable. The Calamari is the best I have ever had.
Clean up the smoke smell
We love going to Brio's when we travel to Cherokee. The food is excellent, the servers are always pleasant and the atmosphere is enjoyable. We never hesitate to recommend this establishment to our friends
Food was amazing.
I normally love the food at Brio but this time I was very disappointed. I ordered the spicy eggplant/shrimp appetizer and the shrimp was overcooked and tough. I ordered the ribeye steak and it was so salty that I could not even eat it. The server did send back and have another one cooked, but by that time, I was ready to leave. I used my Diamond dining certificate and was very disappointed that my meal could not be comped or that I had to pay for such a bad meal (even though it did not cost me anything) and I had to use the certificate on such a bad meal. The service was also very slow for a Thursday evening. Not a very good experience all the way around.
Overall excellent experience.. last minute trip to Cherokee and Brio was recommended.. great choice., Gioni waited on us and service/banter were spot on.. All three dishes were incredible.. Salmon, Steak & Lobster, and lamb chops.. we will be going again next time in town.
Food was outstanding. Service was perfect. After dining drink was the perfect end to an awesome meal.
We always make a reservation at Brio whenever we visit Harrahs in Cherokee. The food is great and we do not have Brio/Bravo's here in South Carolina so it is a nice change.
Good selection and fairly priced wine by the bottle. We had a steak special, my husband's was overcooked but still tasty. What bothered me was that I asked what came with the special and was told asparagus and mashed potatoes, when I looked at the bill later, we were charged extra for the asparagus. I find that deceptive. Overall however, I love this restaurant! The food was good, the service good.
Jake was an OUTSTANDING server. Very personable and attentive.
Great service, delicious selections. I highly recommend a meal here.
The calamari was OUTSTANDING! A generous portion; perfectly prepared (not one morsel rubbery!); accompanied by 2 good dipping sauces (aoli the shrimp was dry and over cooked in both dishes (tho the lobster pieces were perfect); and the sauce for the lobster & shrimp dish was terrible...needed a bit of acid (maybe lemon?) and far less cloying cheesy sauce additive. While the calamari was very reasonably priced, the pasta dishes were over priced.
The beef carpaccio appetizer is outstanding, we get this every time we come. Very disappointed however in the entree steak salad. For $23 it was a few slices of steak on some arugula. In the past there were a lot more ingredients and worth the price. Not sure what happened.
We have eaten at this a Brio’s many times, and we have always had an excellent meal - until this time. This was one of the worst meals we have ever had anywhere. My husband and I both ordered the lamb chops, medium rare, that cam with grilled asparagus and sliced roasted potatoes. When our meals were served, the plates and vegetables were cold, the potatoes were hard, and the lamb chops were charred and over grilled on the exterior, making them very dry. They were essentially rare on the inside, and very fatty and tough. We took the lamb chops off our plates, before we realized how rare they were, and asked our server to at least heat up the veggies, which she did via microwave. This meal was so inedible, we ended up eating almost nothing on our plates. The pasta al la vodka, that we always share as an appetizer, was excellent, as is their bread. I spoke with the manager, and she comped our meal, but we were using Harrahs points and we just wanted a nice meal together. She agreed the lamb was overly grilled on the outside and really rare on the inside. What a disappointment.
We went early so it was quiet, but usually the noise level isn't bad.
The dinner was very good and all of us felt very positive about the occasion. The quality of the food was top-notch and the service was excellent. The pricing was reasonable and the menu had a nice assortment of choices. When we visit the casino again we will plan to give BRIO Tuscan Grille every consideration for our dining.
Very very disappointed. Everytime we go to Cherokee, we make reservations at Brio every night we are there & look forward to it. All of our favorite things have been removed from the menu which was the whole point of going, not to mention the prices have increased significantly. The flavor of the pasta was different & not good...couldn't even eat it. We will not be going back which makes me sad. Service was great though.
I hate the menu has been changed and seems much smaller than it used to be. one of my favorite reasons for going was the extensive options and choices.
Food was yummy and server was great. However, I would have liked and expected a better table that the one we were given, especially since we made a reservation. Also, after we were set, the hostess sat another couple at a nicer table near us. It did put a bit of a damper on the evening.
Building smells like smoke.
Best Calamari I have ever had. Entrees were delicious and service was awesome!
Greeter was not friendly. Server was not friendly. Also noted it was our anniversary - no one acknowledged and poor service. Disappointing. But food is always amazing.
New menu. Everything was salty, very. This place changes floor people so often is crazy and some of them are not very good. I’m going to take a rest from them for a few months. I’ll check back later.
Great food, great service, great birthday treat. Thanks for making my special night at the Cherokee Casino an excellent adventure. Gioni did an excellent job.
Much better than Olive Garden!
Great selection on the menu, staff friendly and service was great. Highly recommend.
The food was ok. I was disappointed that they took the veal Milanese off the menu. The spaghetti pomodoro was flavorful but was luke warm when it arrived. I doubt if I’ll go again.
It took over an hour to get our food after ordering. I had salmon, sautéed spinach & fingerling potatoes. Each item was room temperature at best but tasted good. If it had been served when the food was plated, it would have been a nice meal. Overall, this is a mediocre restaurant.
