BRIO Tuscan Grille - Boca Raton
2 dinners were with shrimp, and although the presentation was nice and the flavor was good, the shrimp were overcooked. 1 dinner was salmon and it was almost raw and had to sent back. It was good once it was returned. 1 chicken dinner was fine. Not sure we'll rush back however.
Excellent dinner. Food was done perfectly.
Consistently good food and we enjoyed an excellent dinner. Looking forward to coming back again soon.
Service was very slow. Noted menu changed not as good. The bar tender made a great Manhattan. We were not happy with the service and the food wait. Servers and welcoming staff should have s neat appearance and hair should be comb. It’s not a rock concert.
Consistent, as always!
All in all I like Brio for dining. Food has always been good but the service is lacking. Never rude but “forgetfulness and slow “ has crept in. We just ate there and asked for bread with our waiter it never came. I had to ask another girl-it never came. Asked a passing waitress she went and got it - not up to par sir.
The service was terrible. Say for more than 30 minutes before ordering. Server kept disappearing and when she would return she would disappear over and over W/O taking order. Very very disappointed. Not sure if I will ever return. Would like to hear from someone
Service was poor at best. Too many issues to describe.
Hot food was delivered warm or cold, mushrooms ravioli was served cold, it was reheated overcooking the ravioli (the ravioli my husbandhad previously bit into was on the reheated plate) and more sauce was added that was extremely salty making the dish inedible. The service was extremely slow, we sat outside and the bartender was our waitress. I asked for my salad to have the dressing on the side, it was delivered tossed with the dressing. My husband asked for balsamic and olive oil for his bread and salad, the cruets the oil and vinaget were in were filthy. We alerted the waitress and she cleaned them and brought them back in the filthy holder. We have eaten at the Naples FL location (we live in Naples) many times and never have the issues we have at the Boca location. We ate at the Naples location last weekend and my husband enjoyed his properly cooked, served, and seasoned mushroom ravioli.
Food was delicious. Wait staff was very efficient and courteous.
we brought another couple and they were so pleased they asked for the reward card and said they will definitely return
I picked Brio for my Birthday dinner because I loved their Pork Chop entree. Upon arrival I discovered entirely new menu without my beloved Pork Chop. Our waiter at first sit down was very attentive but although the restaurant was far from busy, less than 25% full, he also had a large party . We had to ask twice for bread, sweetener and my party had arrange for a cake to be delivered to the table which took them three trips to the table to get delivered. The food that I ordered was good and accurate but I do not have the desire to return as I once had.
4 diners - 2 served entrees and began eating- 2 waited over 10 minutes - would have been nice if they offered dessert
I mentioned we were celebrating a birthday but they didn’t do anything. Wait time from order to service was quite long, approx 40 min.
excellent service and food. have been there many times and i always enjoy the visit.
Amazing as always! Great food and very good service!
We have been going there for a few years now. This is the 2nd time that we were not satisfied with our entree. My chicken was very dry and burnt. My husband had the spaghetti bolognese and it was very dry. We will not be going back there anymore.
Excellent waiter and food.
Everything was excellent. Will go back again.
Waiter Alexandro at Boca Raton Military Trail location was great.
My husband ordered chicken limone. the chicken was very tough when he cut into it and 2 pieces did not taste good. It was sent back and replaced. Usually the food is very good there. Will return and give it another try.
We really enjoyed BRIO
Waitress was outstanding
Our waiter was not very attentive and while two people were satisfied with their meal, the third was not enamored, but no one to talk to about it.
It was a great choice to spend with my friends of 30 years. The restaurant was quite as it was a Monday night.
Seating is mostly tables and “half booths”. Not entirely as private as one might like. A little bright inside; a slight dimming of the lights would do wonders.
With that said, the food and service were excellent and the prices are reasonable.
I am very disappointed, the service has declined tremendously, we’ll never return. We had to continue calling wait staff for service, the place was empty, we waited 10 min for someone to arrive! Our bread basket was empty way before the meal came and it wasn’t offered to us to be refilled. The manageress didn’t seem to be happy in her job AT ALL, everything seemed like and effort.... no smile or friendliness. Very sad night
Service was great . Nice accommodations for the children An adult menu for the children was prepared and severed on two plates when brought to the table The steak was tender and the two children enjoyed the food. thank you
They put us in the back room which was a nice gesture however the restaurant was not very full so we did not have any ambiance. Food was good but very slow coming out of the kitchen and we only had a party of 8. They were very prompt with drinks so that was a plus. Our server was polite, responsive and worked very hard to deliver the best experience within her power.
We went with friends to Brio for a quiet dinner and conversation. We started with cocktails and I especially enjoyed the Apperol Spritz. it is not at all sweet and very refreshing. three of us ordered the salmon which was perfectly cooked and was served with sauted spinach and roasted potatoes. The other entree was chicken in lemon sauce. The portion was huge and delicious. Our server was attentive and ala in all we had an enjoyable evening.
Nice place and great fresh italian food. Great price:)
Meal was excellent, service pretty good atmosphere okay.
Restaurant mostly empty and hostess seats us on top of other table that they were like sitting with us so I asked to be moved so we could talk to our friends
I asked if my dish, pesto chicken with tomatoes aNd mozzarella
Could be served over veggies instead of pasta — waitress said fine...what I got was plain grilled chicken piece with no pesto no tomatoes no mozzarella ....waitress didn’t come back to see how meal was. I motioned over manager who said it’s the pasta with the cheese and tomatoes.. told her waitress never said She did t say “ what cAn I do to make it right”. I just then said give me dish as it was supposed to be and I’ll just not eat the pasta so she argued with me that she’d see if chef could just add the “ sAuce” over the dry chicken Breast ... never did get any pesto... they threw tomato sauce over chicken with minimal mozzarella pieces . 15 min later waitress comes over and I said manager had to deal with it. No one asked if anyone needed Parmesan cheese... hAd to find some other person to get it. My husband and friend ordered lobster and shrimp with cream sauce fettuccini .... said almost no lobster. Asked manAger ( again not accommodating ) who said yes mostly shrimp and a little lobster ... we said that’s not on the menu “ a little” she finally had staff bring maybe 2 little extra lobster pieces..1/2 oz container for my friend not my husband
Service has always been an issue here . We had not been back in a long time but figure not busy off season... thAt didn’t help
We will not be back
Good selection of entrees. Great night out with good food and friends. Always enjoyable and good value.
A good choice!
If you love a classic wedge salad - not here. Why would you substitute for the Blue Cheese Dressing found in a REAL wedge salad, but they do. One of the main dishes (steak medallions topped with Blu Cheese) was quite salty. The Tiramisu was a large serving, but watery and not enough coffee flavor. The Spaghetti Carbonara was excellent. On a slow weekday evening, the server was a bit inattentive.
I have liked Brio in the past. It now seems ordinary. Our server did not appear interested in serving us well. She and the experience were disappointing to me and my friend.
Also our dinner was average, vegetables were over cooked.
Our dinners came out after a long wait. The orders weren't properly filled.
Great chicken Marsala with crisp steamed veggies. Good service and ambience. Join their dining club for rewards.
Friends had to return their chicken dishes. Enough said.
Everything was overall good however my grandfather’s crab cake was very dry, tasteless, and overall a disappointment. He usually loves the crab cake so it was not a pleasant experience for him.
The menu has changed for the worse! Food was mediocre at best! Not going back there anytime soon😡
