BRIO Tuscan Grille - Boca Raton
Exceptional service, great food, good prices, what more can you ask
Our reservation was not honoured until half an hour after we arrived.
There were 4 of us in the party. The salads pre dinner were the best part. Salmon was good but other entrees were just mediocre. We had a hard time finding our server and he didn’t check on us- maybe it was because we weren’t drinking much.
Our friend who always time 20% or more tipped 10%.
Hate it when you have a table for 7, and six meals come out! The 6 sit there having their food get cold, and then maybe 7-10 minutes later last meal arrives! Not good!
This place is fun and the patrons somewhat entertaining and amusing. Food is good and the variety is better than most. Bar service is a little slow but that may be due to the size of this place which is huge. Other than that it's a nice place to visit and an enjoyable experience.
This is the first time I have ever rated a restaurant poorly. Our soups came out cold and a very nice hostess or manager replaced them. Also, the soups and the salads came out at the same time as our main dishes and these were not hot either. We didn't say anything about this issue. Our waitress seemed to have an attitude until the hostess came over who was very friendly. The food was good, but as good as it was in the past. We had a couple of desserts that were very good and we told the waitress that they were going to be shared, but we had to ask the waitress for extra plates and forks.
We have been to BRIO many times but the last two have been disappointing. My house salad was mediocre: the crisp Parmigiano was left off, the menu offered 2 dressings and the dressing I received was neither. The Pasta Vodka portion was small. My Shrimp & Eggplant was very good. Probably would only go back for the shrimp & eggplant app at happy hour.
Service extremely slow
Chicken under the brick... excellent dish....
The chicken Milanese was terrible... nothing like in an authentic Italian restaurant.....
The server never came back to offer grated cheese or water.
A beautiful place, but the quality of the food and service leave much to be desired.. ..I don't think I will be bringing friends there anymore..
Our server was the bartender and as a result of her inexperience as a waitress, our dining experience was tremendously dreadful. Simple things like clearing the table at the meals end, one of the waiters spilled the water as he was trying to serve it all over the table and on my husband. It took for ever to get our drinks and for refills, we had to flag down and alternate waitress. Waitress attention was just non-existent. We had to get utensils our from a neighboring unoccupied table........just overall a very disappointing service experience. The Floor Manager was a nice young lady and she tried to compensate for our awful experience by sending over several deserts which we appreciated.
The waitperson was very friendly and helpful. She helped us with our Brio frequent diner card. We enjoyed the Italian Weddding soup and each of us had a salad. We could have shared one. Our food was very tasty, the bread was warm and crusty and we loved the crackers.
We were offered an appetizer and since it was my birthday we selected a lemon sorbet to share.
We left very full and had an enjoyable meal and evening
It has been awhile since we dined at Brio. We started with well-prepared salads - the wedge salad and the garden salad - followed by our entrees - mushroom ravioli and shrimp capri. The mushroom ravioli was very delicious, but unfortunately the shrimp dish was bland and disappointing. Service was very friendly and efficient. We did find menu pricing to be somewhat higher than it had been since our last visit a year ago.
We had a great family new year’s celebration dinner.
The manager visited our table twice to ask how we were doing.
Reliable as always.
Something for everyone. Even the vegan in the group!
the service was very poor. she tried but was to busy with another very large table. I asked for a manager and the hostess came over and said she was a manager but I did not get a good feeling. service did not get better.
at the end I asked my waitress to send over the general manager but she did not and I waited 10 minutes and decided to leave.
this is the first restaurant I have ever given a review this bad.
I will never go back there.
Brios is one of our favorite restaurants.....consistently good food and service!
Service was exceptionally slow. Our reservation was for 6:30 and we did not get our appetizer until 8 and our main course until 9. The manager was extremely rude and unapologic when we asked what the hold up was with our dinner. Our waitress was very polite but absent for most of the meal.
Miserable weather. Busiest tourist week of the year. We stopped in the bar to share some wine prior to being seated. Computers went down leaving credit
T card system and kitchen dark. Staff informed us and one manager suggested we all leave. We were going to when they approached us and seated us. Service was slow but that was expected. A second round of wine was ordered at the table and not delivered. Food was good. Portions large. I expected management to pick up a round of drinks or a dessert because of the inconveniences to guests but none came.
This happened once before at this facility. We waited almost a year to go back. Will give them another chance in the non tourist off season
Computer system was down and we waited for one hour over our reservation time
Birthday....have a free choice of dessert. Food was very good and service was good. Waitress continually checked with us to see if we needed anything.
Have been here before. A friend wanted to go here for Christmas Eve. I had Chicken Limone(like Francaise). I usually don't eat meat but it was very good , a little eggy with roasted veggies and mashed potatoes. The prtion was generous 3 pieces of chicken. My friend had a chicken parm with pasta and tomato sauce. He said he enjoyed it. It was a satisfying experience.
Excellent service, serveuse Karen exceptionnelle....souriante, attentionnée. Personnel de réception très agréable
Not enough selection for vegetarians. But, you are an italian restaurant so this is understood.
Everything was great
Waitress got Oder wrong and then tried to say that is what I ordered. Eventually I received what I ordered. Then the bill was wrong. Charged for the wrong order. Bill needed to be corrected. Then the wrong amount of loyalty rewards was applied. Finally got the right bill. The worst service I had at eating at any of the Brios.
The service was excellent the zucchini appetizer was tasty yet could have been seasoned better. I ordered angel hair pasta in garlic and oil with shrimp which was made to perfection. It had the right balance of garlic and oil. Neither flavors over powered the other.
The doors open on a cool, damp evening does not make for comfort.
Very disappointed with food
Our office lunch was great! Only one person said his food was just okay, but that's what he gets for ordering a sandwich. The rest of us loved our food! Our server was professional and nice. The restaurant was a little busy, so our server may not have had the opportunity to attend to us a little more attention, but that was not a major issue for our group or 10, nor do we hold this against the server as he did his best and was zipping around the restaurant taking care of customers.
I would recommend Brio to family and friends, but would probably recommend not going during the holidays for lunch since so many people come out in groups. Again not the restaurants fault, just the nature of the season.
ordered the lasagna but it was very creamy with a white sauce on it that really didn't suit my taste overall. wouldn't order it again. my husband had the grilled chicken w/spaghetti and he felt the spaghetti was very dry. overall, the appetisers of zucchini fritti and tomato caprese were nice.
Once we got past the 15 minutes it took to determine who would wait on us, everything was just okay. We probably won’t go back.
Same great food........same great service........every time!
Excellent service by Daniel. We love to eat here as there are no raised eyebrows about sharing dishes. The crackers in the bread basket are addictive. We love the eggplant and shrimp appetizer which is ample for 2 people. And the bread stops up every bit of the leftover sauce. We shared a Caesar salad which was split in the kitchen. And we shared the lasagna, my favorite as it is made with a bechamel sauce too. We splurged on tiramisu...yummy! All washed down with a reasonably priced Chianti
There were 6 of us for dinner - two meals came out wrong. Service was so slow and it wasn't even busy as it was early evening - we never bothered even ordering a second drink as they took so long to bring the first one. We have been to the one in West Palm many times which is excellent but the staff in Boca need some serious training to be anywhere as good as the WPB location.
Shame as the food is good.
Always enjoy a good experience at Brio. Good variety of choices on menu.
Service very slow. Most of the dishes were cold. It took 45 min to get our salads.
Always happy to go to Brio Boca ,had great service ,Chris was A+.The food was Ok ,,,,portions are getting smaller,,calamari ok,salad's ok, shrimp capri ,,,,,,jumbo shrimp,a joke ,,nothing jumbo in that plate .
Because of the excellent service ,we had a nice evening ,but I am not in a rush to go back for the food .
