Excellent service and food was great.
Nice staff.... Good food.
Wine by the glass outrageously expensive.
The service was really pleasant, especially considering I was their last diner of the night, just before 9pm. The table bread was much better than I’d have expected, and the mushroom ravioli was extremely good!
Food is not as good as it use to be. Chicken was dry limited sauce. Lobster bisque hardly had chunks of lobster like it use to. Disappointed overall
great food, great service and wonderful time with family
Brio has great food but terrible policies regarding service. Brio requires the bartenders to also provide table service. This week, we were the bartender's table and service was slooooooow because he had a bar full of thirsty customers. I finally asked another waiter to help us. The other waiter didn't want to because he knew it was the bartender's table. The customer waits too long; the bartender's are overworked and under appreciated; restaurant has a reputation for bad service.....go figure. This is just plain stupid. Almost a nice restaurant. Needs smarter management!
The service, food quality, and atmosphere is always great at Brio!
Food was excellent. Had to wait about 20 minutes beyond the 7PM reservation, but that wasn't bad. Overall, it was a very good experience.
Waiter recommended Fish of the day. It was a wonderful entree!
I’ve had Saturday brunch here many times but yesterday’s experience was terrible. Service was slow, eggs were hard and they had no jelly for the toast. It’s brunch for goodness sakes, you’d think they would have jelly! It took forever to get our food as well as our check when finished eating. An hour brunch took almost two hours and we got bacon and eggs! Doesn’t take that long to prepare. The place was almost empty and all of the wait staff looked like they were moving in slow motion. A friend of mine warned me not to go, that she had just had a bad experience there a few weeks prior. I didn’t listen because restaurants can always have an “ off day” when things just aren’t going well. I hate to see this happen to Brio because they’ve always been consistent with food and service and Ive enjoyed going there. Hope they can get it together before they go under!
The food was delicious. We had a reservation and were seated but our service was very slow. Our waitress was very nice but she obviously had too many tables to serve.
This was a special celebration as it was my daughter in laws first visit since moving here so I was disappointed that the service was not what it usually is at Brio.
The food is consistently good. Fried calamari and carpaccio are excellent every time. A couple of minor kitchen errors were quickly and cordially resolved.
Great place for a young couple’s pre-dance dinner.
The heavy set bartender was a bit short and bordered on . Note I don’t know his name because he didn’t offer it. Once we moved to the main dining room, Nicole took good care of us.
Where is Garrett?
Everything from the staff, atmosphere and food was excellent!! First time eating there and will definitely be back for more lobster ravioli!!!
I tried the new Lobster ans shrimp fettuccine. It was good but had a haed time finding any lobster
Their wine selection was very limited, food was great, service was great...the valet parking was great..the only thing that I could say "negative" is that the horizontal surface(s) could use some attention, excessive dust. Other then that, wonderful experience.
Great food and service. Lots of action in this place.
Delicious dinners and outstanding service!
Lovely atmosphere and the food was delicious!
Great location with plenty of parking.Great hostess and server, top notch service even though it was a busy evening for the restaurant. The appetizers and food was really good too!
Food was not good at all. Very bland with no flavor. Service was very slow. Waste of money. Upset we wasted a date night here.
Our first time visit. It was great! We will definitely be back.
Food was really fresh and good, servers were quick to refill drinks and make sure everything is ok.
Only downside is the seating, the servers or seating host need to be more flexible in seating you where you want to be. Noise level was a little dramatic. I heard dramatic screams all night while trying enjoy my dinner
We were quickly seated and was provided great service
Absolutely fantastic! This was our first time at Brio, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The food and service was so good we contemplated going back again the next night!
We were late getting around to making reservations for Friday night Valentine's Day but were able to secure a spot at Brio's a little more than two weeks out - it's close by and we've enjoyed meals there in the past but would normally seek out a "one-of-a-kind" local restaurant. We had a great meal with a few glasses of wine for under $100 and the service was excellent.
Valentines dinner and it was great!
The staff was a bit cold. Our waitress took forever to serve anything. We were there for 2 hours...it was a Sunday night. Food was fine. Service extreme slow. People in other sections came a left before we received our dinner. The final straw came when she tossed the bill on the table. We only had to ask for it 3 times. The hostesses at the door were just a cold. No hello or goodbye. We were 10 minutes early for a 6:30 reservation and I was told " you just have to wait" . Spent $173.00. Last time.
Food not good and waiter with an attitude. I will not return with my family!
Not as good as we remembered
The dinner was excellent. I had the Chef Special, the Fish of the Day. It was perfectly prepared and delicious. The waiter was congenial and knowledgeable. He giuded me to the special and I was not disappointed.
BRIO was a delightful experience and a great value. I recommend it highly.
Food was not good.
Food came out fast and it was not hot. The service was good. The waitress was very attentive and Kind.
The waiter was hard to hear, not at all welcoming or helpful. Rude to be exact. The tiny piece of Salmon I had was overcooked and dry, my husbands shrimp and lobster alfredo was not good - dry, red sauce not alfredo, and my son's gorgonzola crusted steak was such a small portion it should have been an appetizer. Service was slow while the restaurant was empty - literally only 8 or 9 tables seated. Very overpriced for quality/portions. Will not return.
The food at Brio is always really great. Our server, however, did not seem invested or helpful during our dinner. He forgot parts of our food, rarely visited the table to check on us, and was not very friendly. Really bummed that this was my parents’ first experience here. Again, the food was really good like always.
Always love going to Brio.
John was our server for the night. He was very polite and knowledgeable. I would recommend Brio for a nice dinner.
Fabulous restaurant. Awesome atmosphere! Wonderful service and even better food!
