BRIO Tuscan Grille - Beaver Creek - The Green
It was a horrible first time experience here !! Had an 8pm reservation with 5open tables in the front of the restaurant we didn’t get seated until 8:45 by the manager himself who then walked us to the back of the restaurant and for 10minutes not one waiter stopped to even offer water or wait on us .. it was only until after 10mins we decided to put our jackets on and leave a waiter approached us after she said she went and asked the hostess who was our waiter and she said the hostess said I don’t know .. so with having to be somewhere by 9:15 we decided it was best to leave instead of chance horrible service and food . For 2ppl a reservation for 8 and not being seated for 45 mins after asking multiple times and having some walk right in t 8:30 and 8:45 and get a table right away is absurd highly disappointed in the service the hostess was immature and didn’t seem to be able to have a handle on the business nor did the manager himself
Reservations was pointless waited 90 plus minutes past our reservation time
The wait times were a mess, even with reservations. The waitress was a little slow with drinks. The food was amazing.
Reservations at 730 got seated at 8. Did not see our waitress for the drink order until 830. Had to change order to make sure we made it out in time for our movie They said we would receive our meals if we changed from steak to pasta. We made the change but didn’t receive our meal into 9 pm so we had to leave to make the move. You would have thought we would have been able to eat when you have reservations 90 minutes before tour movie. Will not return
Unfortunately Brio was over booked, which isn’t the first time this has happened to us when we had a reservation. We were seated about 45 mins past our reservation time. The staff seemed overwhelmed as I noticed eye rolling and a lack of overall friendliness. The food took a while but was good. Overall we spent 3 hours there in total.
First, I will say that this particular location is normally fantastic. Brio’s been my solid go to for special occasions over the last 10 yrs or so but tonight they definitely dropped the ball. Supremely disappointed in management / service and the kitchen was off a beat or two as well. A total disappointment. Please hit the reset button guys!
We had a reservation for 6:30 by did not get seated until 7:10. We waited 40 mins for our food. It was very busy but the wait times seemed a little excessive....esp since there were tables that were empty throughout the restaurant. While waiting for our table we counted 6 empty.
Worst dining experience ever! What was the point of having a reservation when we still had to wait 30 minutes for a table then another 15 at the table while the staff figured out who’s table it was! Then my desert order was wrong and we had to wait again to find someone to make it right!
Great place for lunch or dinner but make sure you have reservations. The area for waiting is small and people hanging around the entrance makes it hard to enjoy if you happened to be facing the entrance. Other then that it was worth the reservation I made and my wife enjoyed it!!!!!!
On this night, service seemed particularly slow. It felt like our table might not have been part of our server's core tables. We only saw the server when she was coming to our tables. Tables around us had different servers who seemed to be more present. We had anticipated 90 minutes for dinner before our show, but at 100 minutes, we hadn't even reached the stage of being offered any dessert options.
When we mentioned that we needed to be somewhere, the server was quick to close out the order and take care of payment.
Arrived for our reservation 20 minutes early and quickly realized that the line out the door was made up of late reservations as they were not taking walk ins. After waiting for over an hour and seeing people with reservations an hour before ours still waiting we decided to leave. There was nobody from the restaurant giving explanation or keeping us informed of what was going on. I have to assume they way overbooked and could not keep up. Very poorly managed and even worse communication. Will not be returning. I can overlook crowds and mistakes but it would have been nice if someone had been managing the crowd waiting and at least behaved apologeticly and not treated guests as an inconvenience.
The wait was a little long as it was valentines day but, the service was fantastic and so was the food
Server was great but waited over an hour for a reservation. Food was average at best. I feel bad for the server because many people around us also waited quite some time.
Overbooked reservations. Waited over an hour for a table. The line was out the door which meant the door was wide open and the restaurant was ice cold. Food was great but was too cold to enjoy it
Valentine's Day Horror!! Made reservation for 7PM, 4 weeks ahead. When we got there, the RESERVATION CHECK-IN line was out the door in the 20 degree weather! They not only OVER BOOKED but the manager was CLUELESS! Only ONE PERSON was doing the check-in and seating. Stood in line for 45 min. just to check-in! Very POOR management! By the time we were seated, it was after 8PM. What was the point of making a reservation!! When we left, it was after 10PM, for a 7PM reservation! NEVER will I RETURN!! At one time, Brio was the "go to place". It used to be very good. I even booked my son's 49 guest rehearsal dinner there, but has gone down hill lately. One positive thing was that our waitress, ADDISON, was VERY GOOD!! Other than that, very, very disappointed!!
With reservations stood in line for 45 minutes just to check in. Food was not great and server never checked in. I ordered one glass of wine and I would have liked another but the waitress never came back. My food order was wrong and by looking at the receipt the waitress entered it wrong.
Valentines dinner. Had a reservation but they were still running behind with seating. Food and service was excellent.
Reservation at 6p, checked in at 5:30 with lots of empty tables but told couldn't get sat until 6 so headed to bar which was great for drinks and appetizers. Didn't get sat at table until 6:20 after going to host several times. Waiter was slow, forgot the soup when the salad was brought., had him take it off the check. Ordered salmon which was very thin end piece and too salty to eat, overcooked!!! Lamb chops overcooked too! Salad drenched in dressing! Bad experience! Will return for happy hour at the bar which is usually very good!
great place for a date, a bit backed up for reservations but overall a great experience with good food and a good atmosphere
The food was tasty, but the portions were small for the price. Waitress was friendly, but service was very slow. We waited an hour and a half for our food.
We were there for valentine’s night with friends. The staff will not do anything about the front door being kept open. It was the coldest night too and we kept asking them to ask people coming in to close the front door. We were told they can’t ask people to do that so customers near the front door and vestibules kept their coats on. We arrived threes at 530 but food was not served til after 7p. Servers were done and couldn’t care less to see diners with their coats on. Will not be coming back. Food was dry too.
We’ve been to brio before and had a lovely experience. We just went on Valentine’s Day and the restaurant was so crowded that service was incredibly slow. It was very cold outside and due to the folks waiting for their reservations the outside door was open causing the patrons to wear their winter coats even during their meal. We had a good meal, just wished restaurant leadership could have resolved the door issue.
Celebrated valentine’s day here. Food is great as always
Brio has always been my go-to restaurant from after church to causal meeting with the girls and special date nights with hubby. We love the vegan dishes. The staff is so sharp and knowledgeable about specials, etc. love the Brio. Thank You.
seated witin a few minutes of our arrival; waiter accomadtd special meal requests & suggested appropriate substitutes
We enjoyed our dinner. Good prompt service with delicious food. Don't have any negative comments except we did not enjoy the lemon zest/peel with the olives. For our personal taste, we felt that they took away from the really good olives.
Our waitress Holly is what made the evening perfect
Seated at table and given menu. Took 10 minutes for waiters to arrive.
Portions are well above average. Had chicken under brick, little salty, mashed potatoes were just warm (not hot), roasted vegetables were good, the carrots seemed old. Overall acceptable.
We had 4 people at our table. My wife and I ordered the same meal (scallop special). When they brought our food, we only received 1 order of scallops. Either the server or the kitchen messed up. Eventually got the second order but my wife was half finished with her meal. Service was ok. Server had a lot of tables spread out over the restaurant. She said to us when we sat down that they hadn’t expected so many people to come in that evening so they were short staffed. Restaurant was only 1/2 full so not sure why there were staffing issues. Got a free dessert for the scallop fiasco. In my opinion they should have comped the scallops.
Family dinner to get together. Good food and excellent service.
Very enjoyable! Food was almost too much to eat but excellent.Great house salad!
Simple enjoyable meal. Excellent food and service. Nice menu.
Grilled Salmon was to salty
Disappointed in general. Food came out cold. Wrong meal came out for one person without any attempt to make amends. It really wasn’t busy for a Friday night. This has been a consonant downhill trend in Brio and Bravo
My wife and I decided for our date night that we would choose Brios for a nice meal. We were not disappointed. Walter our waiter was very good. great suggestions and always checking in on us. We will be back! Thanks Brio and Walter for making a raining and dreary evening a great way for us to end the weekend.
Delicious food and great atmosphere. We had a small intimate party and we all enjoyed the food.
Food was good and fresh. Not a lot of people in the restaurant and my friends steak went back twice for temperature. Otherwise food was good, hot, tasty. Drinks were good.
No complaints. Could always be a little better. Food and service were good.
Service was fast and food was perfect. For a party of 8 on Saturday night I was satisfied with all courses and their timing.
Slim menu but classics. Special was a swordfish that was cooked perfectly. Still kinda felt chain like but solid. Wait staff was awesome with great teamwork.
