It was unfortunately slow due to the ongoing Covid-19 turmoil but our server was attentive and friendly and knew the menu. The shrimp and eggplant appetizer was a huge hit and everyone enjoyed their main course. The shrimp and lobster fettuccine was outstanding and we enjoyed the desserts.
Travis took great care of us at the bar made great drinks and suggestions we ordered n food and it was all delicious and fresh and amazing!
Great service, good food as usual, will visit this restaurant again.
Shockingly surprised by the dining experience at Brio. Everything ordered was phenomenal and we will definitely be back! More than just your average Italian restaurant
Enjoyed eating at this restaurant - everything was delightful and I can’t wait to go back
Very loud surroundings and food was just ok at best
Our waiter was to busy with his buddy to take our order until he was SUMMONED! Bread and oil was not served with the salads and when we finally got bread we did not get any oil during the entire meal. Our waiter did not introduce himself and he got a $30.00 tip for doing nothing !!
Brio is a really good place for a company event. I have done a few events here. One for 30 and recent one for 16. The staff was fantastic both times. Food is good and at a reasonable price so you can do a complete experience for your team and not feel the cost is out of control. We did drinks, appetizers, main course and desert all for less than $50.00 per person.
Food was okay but service was too slow.
Disappointing. Food quality is typically consistent, today the pastas were not good. Told server-response, next time tell them light on cheese so they don’t overcook it.
We arrived early for our reservation on a Saturday night and were please to see they weren't busy. Great cozy atmosphere after a long day selling. We enjoyed the happy hour wine ($12 for 9 oz isn't really very happy) and our meals were good with generous portions. We had to ask the waitress several times for lemon for our water and for oil for the bread, but overall she did a great job. With such a cozy atmosphere, we expected it to be easy to talk, but the room was so loud, I had a sore throat by the time we left since I had to should across the booth to be heard. A bit too noisy to frequent often.
Just OK! Service good, Food was good, but the Pollo Caprese was pretty bland tasting....light on the Cheese & Tomatoes, and big on the Pasta,...price reasonable. I have been here in the past, but notca regular,...It was a convenient location for a Lunch/Business Meeting,...worked out OK for Meeting...not noisy or busy distractions!
Nice location, clean, quite and great service with good Brio food
I had the lamb chops, my husband had ribeye, and my daughter had chicken pesto. All was delicious, and steak and lamb were cooked perfectly to our liking. We were seated for our reservation on time, and service was fast and friendly. There was a high school dance that evening so noise level was high with all the teens, but not obnoxious. We will definitely go back!
The reservation was for my teenaged daughter and her 3 friends for a pre-winter formal dinner. Service was great and the staff was so nice to them. Great food. They had a wonderful time.
First time here and can’t wait to go again. Had the special — steak with lobster topping. It was outstanding.
Two in our party had the lobster bisque and it was excellent. chopped salad was great as was the wedge.
Service was good and attentive.
Family Birthday party for group of 12. Service started out ok but got slow as the night went on. Food quality and temperature was good.
Wow! We really love this place. Our reservation was made for 8pm and we still had to wait about fifteen minutes to be seated which was fine. It was busy and Saturday night on Valentine's Day weekend. Our server sat us in a nice and quiet section in the rear as our reservation mentioned date night, so we were very pleased.
As new diners, he mentioned all the specials and we ordered cocktails he recommended which were absolutely fantastic, and our food arrived promptly and was delicious. Service was attentive, thoughtful and definitely worthy or five stars. Bathrooms were clean, and the entire restaurant is very well planned out with multiple different sections for all occasions.
The bar scene was very lively, loaded with very attractive clientele sharing laughs over cocktails. The prices are great, very reasonable and worth every penny. The crowd is well to do young professionals, business and corporate types, and suburban families. The atmosphere is very lively and upscale.
Parking near the restaurant on the weekends can be a challenge though. Not a single space available and no valet service. The parking garage is a short walk away and we ended up parking on the top floor and using the elevator down and walking back. Valet parking service on Friday's and Saturday's would be worth it in my opinion. But that is a small detail.
All in all, the food is outstanding, the service is exemplary, and the entire experience was wonderful. This is our favorite place to enjoy Italian cuisine and steaks, and we'll be back for more quite often. I'll be a regular at the happy hour scene after the office as well. Highly recommended.
Food was great, service was very good also. I will definitely go back.
Ordered the spaghetti carbonara. Was dry. Not good at all. Pretty pricey for what I got.
Love this place! We always get the Eggplant & Shrimp appetizer, and it did not disappoint. Great, as always! This time we also tried the Lasagna. I must say the lasagna noodles were the softest most luscious I have ever tasted - what a meal!
Respect reservation time and communicate differences
Our server was very nice and attentive but we had to wait 1 hour to be seated and 1 hour to get our food. We understand that valentines day is a busy day but we made reservations to avoid this. If the business cannot handle that many people then dont offer them. Our appetizer came with our entrees so they took it off the bill. Overall we wished that they would have planned better to provide a better experience.
We were seated in the far north side of the building and we love it! So much more quieter and didn’t feel left out.
Great service and nice romantic Valentines dinner.
Seated 20 minutes after our scheduled reservation time. Once seated it took 15-20 minutes to find a waiter and then, once ordering didn’t receive our food for almost 2 hours. We weren’t alone. Everyone’s food was taking forever to come out of the kitchen. Completely ruined our valentines dinner. Won’t be going back to BRIO any time soon.
The food overall went awesome but my 815 reservations turn into 845 see you mean then my appetizer was unable to be honored because they ran out then when I was seated my table was ignored for 45 minutes because the waitress was on break after contacting a second manager for the day for a differently just came over and took our order our food was awesome the service after the fact was awesome. Would return probably not on Valentine’s Day
Food was good it was a very busy night so although it was a few thick up I will come back to eat again. They made all necessary accommodations to make our night right.
My wife and I went to Brio for Valentine's Day dinner. We understand that it was a busy night, however it seems that the restaurant was not ready for the volume of people and maybe the reservation process is overbooking tables. We had reservation for 7:30pm, arrived at 7:20pm and were told that we should be seated around the reservation time. The lobby was FULL. Time went by and we noticed 7pm reservations being called... around 8pm I approached the host, asked about wait line and she said that were still seating 7pm reservations... 15mins later, they called a couple with 7:45pm reservation. I asked host why and she apologized and gave us a table right away! So very disorganized reservation and seating system...
So, with 45min wait (after having reservation!!), we sat on our table and server greeted us (kind of already complaining that she was very busy LOL) and talked about the night specials... we asked for the special appetizer and they were OUT... I can understand they were busy, but this was really bad planning... after that, we decided that instead of having our night ruined, we would just have regular menu items and enjoy our night out, which we did... but it took around 55min to get our main course and then another 15min to get desert...
In my opinion, Brio overbooked the place for Valentine's Day and didn't consider that kitchen would be backed up badly and/or didn't care that customer's would suffer with it...
If this was my first experience there, maybe I would not return... food was good but expensive and nothing extraordinary.
We had a 7:30 reservation on 2/14
We arrived at 7 and finally seated at 8:15.
The waitress was overwhelmed with a extremely large party and seemed to lose touch with her smaller parties.
It took 25 minutes my fiance's Margarita to arrive.
It took over an hour for our entrees to arrive.
The food was good but not worth the 3+ hours it took.
We did get our desserts comped. With was appreciated.
Great food. Service took a long time but it was a holiday.
Good Valentine’s Day Dinner
The bread for the table came out at the same time as the food. Took 15 minutes at one point for our waiter to come take our order.
We normally have a wonderful meal and great service. Brio was our go to restaurant for special occasions but we won't make the mistake of scheduling for holidays again. Will just be there for personal celebrations when service is so good. One thing that ruined it for me was the fact that we were a table for four. When I asked server for a second set of crisp (I love them and didn't want to share), I was embarrassed to be refused. Had we had our own table, we would have had our own. Hence, no more table of four. Bottom line, love Brio and staff but never again on Valentine's day.
Always good food and atmosphere.
Looking forward to returning.
Love the flat breads
Downside was no parking in the parking lot and no valet option, also had to wait 15 minutes past our reservation time to be seated. Food and service were excellent.
The service was great, food exquisite and the ambiance perfect. Worth every penny spent.
They have by far the best beef carpaccio I’ve ever had and I’ve ordered it in restaurants all over the world. Their presentation is just wonderful too.
The server, Jeremy M was very attentive without hovering. As we were having a late lunch, the noise level was not intrusive. The ambiance is very nice, has a Tuscan feeling and very light and airy.
The food and our server Jennifer were great! Unfortunately what soured our visit a bit is that we waited 30 minutes to be seated even though we had a 7:00 reservation.
