Really bad service
Brio has always been one of my favorite restaurants for their food and service. So I choose this to be the first restaurant for dine-in after pandemic. The outdoor seating is plenty at this location in downtown West Palm Beach, a big draw for me too. Was a little disappointed to see the much shortened menu, especially not having the weekend brunch I was coming for. I ordered a grilled salmon salad for lunch, salad greens were perfectly seasoned and very fresh, salmon was nicely grilled and charred. I didn't give 5 star for this visit because the host didn't check off my reservation even though I told him I had one before he proceeded to sit me, so I had to wasted some time to answer OpenTable's no show inquiry.
Disappointed in the food and service. The chicken marsala was very salty and the chicken breast overcooked. The pasta was just ok. We had to ask for parmesan cheese. The server didn't come over to ask how the food was until after the meal. Was going to get a second beer but no one came.
On the upside the tables were socially distanced appropriately not like Bellagio next door.
This was our third time to this location and frankly it was a disappointment for the money we spent.
Was amazing as a first timer. Things went well and on time. Food and drinks were amazing. I would highly recommend eating at this restaurant.
It was fun and the food was amazing the tiramisu was amazing as well
The host , told us that we have to wait 30 minutes, just because we made reservation 2 minutes ago ... why they allowed to to reservations then....
I had a reservation for 4 I showed up on time and was seated. It took 20 mins for anyone to even acknowledge that we were there. Took another hour for our food to come out. The manager tried to offer dessert for the inconvenience smh
There's something called "too much information". This restaurant was kind of a mess on a day they called a "holiday" when it isn't. Also, even if...Valentines is more of an evening thing and we were there for lunch.
I was given attitude over staying firm on outdoor sitting when my previously made reservation was made for it. The two ladies working the hostess stand, one which appeared to be a manager or supervisor were very disjointed. One wanting to take more tables and the other turning people down. I knew better to stand near the host stand and not wait outside. The lady that appeared to be a manager complained about other customers and how they should make reservations if they want to be tended to. Who in the right mind in the service industry complain to a customer about other customers?
She rudely spoke to the waitress about the speed of whomever was clearing tables and that they needed to move faster if they wanted to make more money. Then learned that supposedly the executive chef was working alone with a sous chef because three cooks walked out that day. None of this was any of my concern or business...all I wanted was the outdoor table I reserved, be served promptly and for the food to be good.
The two stars, are not reflective of the service provided by our waitress who was very nice, attentive and provided with a good experience given the drama I learned was going on in the restaurant. If I was rating just her, I would give 5 stars but to me service isn't isolated to service at the table but the entire experience.
In the end, the lunch was fine with good service and tasty food but someone better look at the service standards of the restaurant and put everyone through some training. I've dined at other Brio's and the experience has been superior than this experience.
I would give it a try again to see how they deliver in a non "holiday" but would not recommend to anyone.
Bad service, friend didn’t get his salad. Small portions.
Had to wait a lot for service. Server was walking around like a headless chicken. Server took a long time for our order. Kitchen was pack with only few cooks. I ordered dessert and after 30 minutes waiting told server to cancel the order.
Our server was wonderful, but the service was very slow. We were seated by the kitchen, and people were constantly shouting to the chefs in the back. The food was good though.
Great service and good food
We were celebrating my birthday. Sat outside due to COVID concerns. It was breezy and about 68 degrees. If it was warmer I wouldn’t have minded such a long wait for our lunch. There was hardly anyone else in the restaurant. The waiter was pleasant.
Worst experience ever. My guests food were charred and burnt and they charge so expensive. Night was ruined. Will never go back.
Date with my wife and we went for the high top tables outside. We enjoyed over although there was no music or ambience as other places. Service was basic and inner restaurant did not seem very Cousy at all.
The food was great and the server was really sweet. The restaurant was a little dirty. Not sure if there had been a rush before we got there, but debris on the table and dirty napkin under the table.
It took half an hour to get a drink, which came in a dirty glass and had to go back. Table cloth was not covered with paper, as is usual, and cloth was stained and had bread crumbs left on it. After the meal (food was very good), we ordered a flatbread to take home. After another half an hour, my husband went to check on it, at which point the pizza cook threw a flatbread in the oven. Apparently he had burned the first one but nobody told us and he was not making a new one until we asked about it. We had a very bad night. It just seems like much of the staff doesn’t care. Our waiter was nice, but he was handling most everything alone. We will not go back to this location again. There has been a great reduction in the level of service here very recently.
Food was excellent. Appetizer arrived late, manager took it off our bill without even having to ask. Great customer service on his part
Waitress was terrible. Bad attitude Was my bday and New Year’s Day. She did not look happy.
At the end of meal I was talking with my partner, she reached over and grab the bill. We left her 18% in retrospect I should have given her a lot less
Our aerver was not good but the food and atmosphere were great
Great food and the waiter was very nice. Was a wonderful evening.
Service was terrible. My waiter was super friendly- but took 30 min to even get a waiter then once my drink order was put in they kept checking the bar and the bartender wasn’t making the drink.... bread came and hour after we sat... had to physically get up to ask for shredded cheese and a side of ketchup.... get up to ask for more water. TERRIBLE!
Good service. Nice above average dinner experience.
I love this place
Poor service. Food marginal. Not the usual quality.
Inquired about a Brio gift card and the manager’s idea of helping me was to give me a contact name and number so I could call rather than just doing it. I left abs met my friends at a different restaurant
Did outdoor dining on thanksgiving. The wait staff were friendly and the food was great
We're glad to hear you enjoyed your Thanksgiving meal with us and hope to serve you again!

Nice patio area for outdoors dining . Nice location at the heart of City Place in West Palm Beach FL.
Thanks Jose. We're glad you enjoyed dining in our patio. We hope to see you again soon.
Food and service great. The only complaint is parking at rosemary sq. Very expensive.
Thank you for dining with us! We hope to serve you again soon.
It was nice, food excellent as always, but service wa slow. Maybe because they are not fully staffed, but waited a lot for food and drinks
We apologize for the longer than expected wait time. The management team has been made aware of your comments for improvement in our service and expediency.
We sat outside. Very pleasant. Moderate priced Italian. Food was adequate. Service was excellent.
Thank you for dining out with us! We appreciate you sharing your experience and look forward to serving you again.
Lovely evening with friends. Our server was awesome, food tasty, will definitely return.

Great food and service with social distancing on outside patio.
Thank you for choosing to dine with us at Brio Italian Grille. We're glad to hear you enjoyed your meal and hope to serve you again soon.
This was not my typical experience at this restaurant. Usually the food is fantastic and the service outstanding. I believe it’s more a result of the challenging times we are facing right now. The service was just okay as was the food.
We apologize your experience was not up to our usual standards and appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We hope to have the opportunity to serve you again.
seems portions of salad , salmon Fresca were smaller
as always, lasagna delicious
Went fir lunch with a friend. Everything was fine as usual.
It was ok. Nothing to get excited about. The eggplant shrimp appetizer was delicious. Chicken Milanese was really chicken parm and very dry. Shrimp and lobster fettuccine was good. Probably won't go back since there's so many other restaurants in the area to try.
