   The food was EXCELLENT! The service this time was not. Our server ignored us to the point that another server (Aime) stepped in to help get us drinks and to-go boxes. The manager apologized for this and offered us a dessert to go, but at that point all we wanted to do was go home. Next time, we are going to ask for Aime by name on our reservation request.

   First time there, it was okay. Calamari was too rubbery but the flavor was good. We were sat in a private room which was nice but it was very hot. I ordered the lobster and shrimp fettuccini flavor was great but not enough sauce. Overall it was good but did not have a wow factor. A little too overpriced for the quality.

   Waiting for over 30 minutes past the time of our reservation defeats the point of even having a reservation. Sitting near the kitchen was a great way to hear staff yelling at each other and to the kitchen. Food was decent. Service was great as our waiter knew we’d been waiting. Won’t be going back any time soon, and never on any kind of holiday (Mother’s Day) again.

   We had reservations at 6:30 got sat 30 min later. Appetizers came after food , new tables received our apps before us . Food was cold , kids drink came after dinner . Terrible experience

   Overall we had a wonderful Mother’s Day dinner. The staff was very accommodating. Our server could have been a bit more personable but he was very busy so we understood he didn’t have time to chat. He did a great job especially dealing with a 3 year old who didn’t want spaghetti. All the food was wonderful except the warm chocolate cake. The tiramisu was fabulous. The best I ever had.

   We were 15 mins late for our reservation, I texted them on open door to let them know and got no response. I even called and got no response, even though there were 3 people at the front. They were fine, but still took almost 30 mins to be seated. Started fine, drinks and apps came out fast. Dinner on the other hand came out 45 mins later. The food was good but really wasn’t hungry anymore at that point.

    Horrible experience. Understaffed and took an hour and 15 minutes to get our food. I believe if the restaurant would have doubles their staff for a special event weekend, things would have been alot smoother.

    Server spilled beverage on my mother in law. Never really apologized, made excuse it was a flimsy tray, took awhile to clean up spill. No apology from management, especially on Mother’s Day. Sat me in middle of aisle in way of servers. Poor seating arrangement made it difficult to eat. Most likely will not return.

    We will never return. Sat by the kitchen where they were YELLING so we were unable to talk to each other. There was broken glass in the water cup & our French toast came out raw and cold. They offered to try to remake but ultimately we were no longer even wanting to be in the restaurant by that point. Will not be back & will instead opt for one of the many local gems.

    I didnt realize it was an open kitchen layout. I tend to avoid these because of the noise level. The food was good. The service was great. Just a lil too noisy with all the kitchen commotion.

    We brought a group of 12 here for my daughter's 18th birthday. Everyone's meal was fantastic. I had the salmon wedge salad and the salmon was done perfectly. My daughter said "I really liked that restaurant - thanks mom!"

    Very nice Italian restaurant located in the shopping district of the International Mall. They have nice cozy booths and tables to accommodate parties of any size. I went for a business dinner to catch up with a former colleague and this was the perfect venue. The menu is fulfilling with all of the standard pasta dishes you expect and a few surprises. Portions are generous, but not overwhelming and prices are very reasonable given the high quality of the preparation. Overall a great experience and will definitely return.

    Very good restaurant. Just wish when they serve bread, instead of using butter to swipe on bread, they should use olive oil and spices like most Italian restaurants for dipping the bread in. Also, the table we sat at, was uneven. For a family of 3, we sat at a table for four but it was 2 tables placed together, but one was higher than the other and felt awkward. Otherwise, our meal was good, would definitely go again.

    I’ve been to this restaurant many times so it was ideal that I celebrate my birthday with my family there. The waiter never asked for our drink order but he did bring us all water. My party was a total of 12. The food can a a decent time and it was very good. The waiter brought our containers back to the table and threw them down on a dirty plate. The never can to sing happy birthday to me. The waiter brought my dessert and placed it in front of my husband, not me and he walked away. We asked for the bill and tried to explain who was covering what, the waiter put everybody’s meal on the same bill. All in all my experience was not a pleasant one for my birthday…. Highly disappointed

    Love the Italian food served here! Service is always terrific and attentive, the menu is extensive and reasonably prices, great wine selection. Even picky eaters will find something wonderful on the menu. We always have leftovers to take home.

    We recently celebrated Easter with dinner for 12 at Brio. Our server Sarah was friendly and professional. She was quick to get our drink orders and our dinners came out hot and delicious. We were able to spend time with family we don't see often and enjoyed a great meal. Thanks so much!

    Brio is one of my wife's favorite places. The lamb chops, which I ordered medium, were very well done on the outside and well done on the inside. Had to send them back. When it came time for dessert the espresso machine was down. Plus, the size of the serving of gelato was extremely small.

    We were a large party of 10 with reservations to celebrate Easter! We had to wait about 20 min but that was ok because it gave us all some time to hug and catch up before being seated. Our server was AMAZING!!! I wish i remembered her name 😔 Everything was perfect! Food, drinks dessert..we didnt feel rushed and everything was timed perfectly. They definitely know what they are doing at this Brio location! Cant wait to go back!!!

    The food and service were excellent. I’ve been going here for years. They have rooms for large gatherings also. I held my daughter’s baby shower here and they did a great job.

    I booked Brio for a prom group of 12. They arrived early and table was all ready with water already on table. The waiter was wonderful and the food was AMAZING. I had never eaten at this restaurant and the reviews from everyone in the group were so great that we will DEFINITELY be back. Highly recommend!
