   We were seated at about 6:50 and only got our food at 8:00 after asking the waiter what happened to our dinner when we saw people who arrived after us having been served and standing up to leave. He told us it would be there shortly. He followed up and stood at the open kitchen area and got our food in about 10 - minutes. My dish was warm but the other two meals were hot. We asked what happened, if the ticket was lost or what, but he deferred. The food was tasty but service really slow and no steps taken to ensure food was delivered in a reasonable time. He comped us some Tiramisu . The other time I was there about two years ago the service was also really slow. For a somewhat higher end chain this level of service should not happen in my opinion.

   Out of so many items. Couldn’t even get a salad! Can only get the robe I wanted by the bottle. Very disappointing. Not the Brio I’m used to.

   We have dined at Brio previously without any issues. The food is typically good but never exceptional. Unfortunately, that was not the case this time. The shrimp and scallop risotto was like a bad fried rice. The risotto was dry and over-cooked and with only 3 pieces of shrimp in the whole dish and no discernible scallops to be found. I left most of it uneaten, and would have sent it back if the server had ever come to the table to ask about our meal. Chicken Milanese equally as dry, and the mozzarella appeared as it was placed on top while being walked to the table. Asked for more bread, and while promised, was never provided. Water was never refilled and were never asked about a drink refill for wine or ice tea. When delivering the check, the server apologized for poor service saying they were "very understaffed". This despite seeing the server in long conversations at the computer station throughout our meal. Seemed like an attempt to salvage their tip. Far too many other good locally owned restaurants to go back here.

   Overall, the food was good but nothing special. Perhaps the fact that we waited 30 plus minutes to be seated may have set the mood. Once we ordered our dinner, soup and salad came quickly but entree arrived after a long wait. Food was room temperature but tasty. Realizing that they may have been short staffed is taken into consideration. Our waitress was very accommodating, upbeat and offered suggestions on the menu. She was a delight.

    The worst service we had in a while. The waitress never checked to see if our food came out correctly or was good. We requested items that were never received, water was not refilled. Appetizers plates were on a table until we left. Not the usual service for this location. Food quality and service are not the same as before, both are definitely going in the wrong direction.

    Service was slow. The food was mediocre. The Shrimp and Eggplant dish was extremely salty. The Calamari was rubbery and tough. We had a reservation but were seated next to the kitchen, so it was noisy. A disappointing dining experience,

    The ravioli with mushrooms and braised beef is listed as a side dish. I had it as an entree. I still took half home. It was awesome.

    In days gone by they served Focaccia bread and fantastic dipping oil. No more Focaccia and the dipping oil is OK but not great. Pasta Brio was up to its normal standards and our server did a nice job.

    Brio is one of my go-to restaurants when I have a small group of friends, because they consistently handle the group well, and their food is always fantastic. This evening was no exception. Our group of nine was seated promptly and Jordan, our waitress, was outstanding. If I HAD to complain, it would be that they send out the food with other staff who have no idea who ordered what, so it becomes a state of confusion trying to match diners with their dinners, especially when the staff isn't even positive what they're serving. This is a minor quibble, however, and definitely not limited to Brio. Bottom line, their food is fantastic and we've always had great service as well. My personal recommendation: the shrimp and eggplant appetizer is without equal!

    Unfortunately, the staff was short-handed. While they were kind and professional, service was delayed and disorganized. The food quality was below par, with a salad drowning in dressing and an entree that tasted like it had been microwaved. At this price point, I expect much higher quality.

    Our server brought the wrong meal to the table. When we informed her that my wife had ordered something different, she acted like it was our fault. There was a lack of apology, however, she went to the kitchen and ordered what my wife had originally selected. She said they were working on it, but my wife waited very long time to receive her dinner. There was no attempt to accept accountability.

    The young man hosting was SO friendly (some young hosts are painfully shy). The waiter really accommodated our special dietary needs. Food at Brio is always excellent.

    Great food and the server tried, but was overseated numerous times with large parties, and could not keep up with the standard of service you know at Brio! Food was good, filet cooked to perfection -- but service lacked as our poor server was running around like crazy-- waited over 10 mins for the checked to be picked so we could leave! Not the usual service for this location, they had 3 large parties of 8+ and 1 larger party of 20+ -- it was too much for the staff to handle along with the usual crowd! Better staffing would serve the customers and staff better in the future!

    We were seated in a timely fashion at the time of our reservation. Upon ordering appetizers we were informed that the restaurant was out of shrimp. That included the entrées that two of us were there to order. I proceeded to order the entrée that I wanted minus the shrimp, and was assured that there would be a down charge related to the fact that no shrimp would be included in the meal. We waited an hour and a half for our food. Had difficulty getting our beverages refilled. And we had to flag down a separate waitress for our complementary bread that should’ve been placed at our table upon arrival. This was 30 minutes into the seating. When the bill was presented, no down charge was taken off of the meal that was supposed to contain the absent shrimp. When questioned, the waiter stated that the manager wouldn’t allow it. When I asked to speak to the manager, the waiter went around the corner in full view of our table, promptly returned, and then said the manager approved it. We are frequent clients of this restaurant, but no more. The quality of the food, and the quality of service has plummeted. So sad to see.

    I normally eat lunch at Brio or Dinner. We decided to try their Brunch offerings on Sunday. VERY limited menu, no omelettes. Only a scrambled egg dish, avacado toast, french toast (which they were out of). And on Sundays they don't have a Lunch menu, just dinner and brunch (with not much offered). We won't return for Brunch again.

    Delicious lobster bisque! Solid lunch. Value is just a bit high but good portions. Would have probably ordered other desserts but very high in calories!
