    I was so looking forward to the brunch item, Bistecca Alla Romano, but they didn’t have it. I ordered the steak salad, medium rare but it was very well done. The service and atmosphere were great

    Our waiter, Andrew, was exceptional. The hostess needs more training. She was telling customers the restaurant was booked all night but at 8:00 the restaurant was nearly empty. Our food was delicious.

    We were very early on Saturday night (5pm). We asked for drinks and bread to start. The waitress said they were out of bread and we all laughed thinking she was kidding. She was not. I asked her if we could get any type of bread (pizza crust , app bread or something). as we would pay and it was important to our dinner guest. She just said they were totally out of bread..sorry. This has happened to us before so Management has a problem here that they don’t care to solve. Everything else prepared was very good and we enjoyed our dinner. Management, please get the bread problem solved.

    The chopped salad had almost no dressing, it was watery and was made up of almost nothing in it (no cheese olives tomatoes etc) except big chunks of yellow iceberg lettuce. The grilled chicken was ok nothing special. Never had any bread delivered. Flatbread was fine but cold.

    The restaurant was not staffed for the amount of people that were eating lunch that day. It was not the fault of the server but the service was extremely slow. The bread was served as we were finishing our meal. We really miss the crackers that Brio used to serve. The coffee was weak and not up to Brio standards. Needed utensils were not returned in a timely manner. It must have been an off day for Brio

    Our server was Summer and she was very pleasant and personable. My friend and I hadn’t seen each other in a couple of months so we wanted to catch up. Summer checked on us and gave us enough time before we ordered. We both decided on the Chicken Marsala. The dishes come out quickly and hot, which was a definite plus. We had a nice size chicken breast placed over about 5 stems of asparagus over mashed potatoes. This was partially covered in the Marsala sauce, which was delicious. The order was the perfect size portion for lunch. Along with the sour dough bread alongside butter as well as olive oil with balsamic vinegar, our luncheon meal was perfect. The restaurant as always was very clean with a wonderful ambience, and the price for the Marsala Chicken was appropriate. The only complaint we had was the music was just a little too loud.

    Awful experience!! After bringing our apps our waiter completely forgot about us. We waited 45 minutes for our dinner which we ordered when we ordered our appetizer. For 45 mins he completely forgot about us. Later came back and said he put in our orders as “to go” by mistake. For 45 minutes he never checked on our meal? Our seafood dinners sat at the counter for at least 40 mins. So gross, they were ruined. Felt so disappointed that our special dinner was ruined. By the time we spoke up and said something it was so late and we just wanted to leave having only eaten an appetizer (split in3) and half a salad. It was supposed to be a nice dinner to celebrate our daughter and it was completely ruined by our waiter. When we asked what happened he simply said he got busy with a bigger table. Really??! I guess our table of 3 didn’t matter because the tip would be better at the bigger table? The whole dinner was a sad disappointing bust, so if you are wanting to have a nice meal out DO NOT GO TO BRIO, find a nicer place to have a meal.

    First of all my Salmon Fresco was superb and my friend’s strawberry chicken salad was excellent. However, my other friend’s wedge salad had too little dressing to the point of being dry. She asked for more, but our server forgot, so she sat for over 10 minutes not able to eat it. Finally, I got up and went to the kitchen and asked for more. This was the 2nd time I’ve been to Brio’s and they have been out of the carpaccio… the sole reason I go to Brio’s. If they’re going to be out of it so often, perhaps remove it from the menu. Doesn’t make me want to go back.

    We asked to be seated in the patio in our reservation. They said that they don’t honor outside seating requests when we got there. One very nice waitress said she would wait on us at an outside table, so we stayed.

    We asked for a quiet area and seated in the bar area, which was perfect as we were the ones boy table there. Jen who was the bartender and our waitress could not have been nicer. My scrambled eggs were exactly the way I ordered them which is a rare. Most places will not serve runny scrambled eggs. Bacon was the perfect amount of crisp.

    When We arrived at the restaurant we were informed (via sign at front desk ) that the air conditioning had been broken for several days. It was 103 that day and the temperature in restaurant seemed ok at first. However, after about 20 minutes it became uncomfortable.

    I had the best eggplant Parmesan. It’s not on the menu but they will always make it. It wasn’t mushy and fried just right. Our waitress was charming as well!!

    I ordered the lamb chops medium, with asparagus and potatoes. The entire meal (including the vegetables) was dry, extremely overcooked. My wife meal was bland. We were celebrating our 8th year anniversary, and we decided on this restaurant over Ruth Chris. What a mistake.

    We picked a busy night but our server was fantastic and even though had three tables seated at the same time...was fantastic. Kitchen noise though was very very loud and often times a bit too much. And we can see perhaps a little TLC would be good for the large ceiling vent close to the kitchen as well. Otherwise, great dinner!

    Serving sizes are ridiculously big. Good or bad thing? They were out of a number of items - a specific wine, balsamic glaze, and something else that was on the menu. Cocktails sounded interesting but the "dirty" martini tasted like it was about half olive juice.

    3 people: one entre salad and two pasta orders. Both pasta plates were extremely dry; actually terrible. Should have sent back but would have been embarrassing. Just suffered thru them. $25 for nothing but plain spaghetti-- really? Gnocchi very dry-- awful!
