The food was not so delicious. Lots of mistakes with our order.
Our server was very friendly and attentive. Caesar salad was over dressed and I should have sent it back but ate it regardless.
Entrees were lasagna and pasta bolognese both delicious.
Overall enjoyed our dining experience.
Went to Brio's for a business lunch. Hostess was very considerate in fulfilling my request to be seated in a quiet area. Waitstaff was perfect - there to refill our drink and check on us at the right time, but not obtrusive in any way. Food looked and tasted delicious and was reasonably priced given the obvious quality and preparation.
We were there for a birthday and we could converse and interact really well within the group. The service was really good. Allan was attentive and present and appreciated.
Excellent as usual
This Brio's has been in this location as long as I've lived here ~16 years, and not much has changed including the decor and menu. My recent dinner here was just "ok" and not really worth the expense. Our waitress was late to the table and clearly surprised that we wanted to order cocktails (I don't know why she felt that way), and it took too long, especially when you carry only 2 drinks at a time. The food was timely and actually tasted ok. Again, the waitress was not attentive and left us not served for way too long, there was plenty of help/staff in the place. It's too bad, this is a great location, plenty of disposable income but clearly not competitive. I'll spend my dollars elsewhere next time and I encourage others to think wisely. Decor and menu need a do-over, wait staff needs a review, and oh yeah the bartender needs to know how to make an Old Fashion, it's not sweet tea with bourbon...
They were able to seat us quickly, and even moved us to an inside table when our reservation was for outside. The Service was great and the food was great too. I like getting coupons too.
Wow. Things have changed at Brio. Their prices are almost as high as fine dining, and they are not fine dining. Cost us $180 for 3 people (before tip). That is too much for a casual plus Italian restaurant. There were 3 of us and they sat us at a table for 6. We had 4 friends in the bar that didn't have a reservation, so we asked if they could sit with us. Both the manager and server were very hesitant to allow us to add a chair to our table and did not give us any other options (lots of tables were open by the way). Later, they pushed 2 tables together for another party. Hmmmmm. Our service was very slow. Took 20 minutes to get our drinks from the bar. They were out of olives for the martinis (but had juice to make them dirty). Hmmmm. My friend asked to substitute a side of pasta for her mashed potatoes. She was simply told - not I can't do that. So she ordered a side of pasta instead which was acceptable. Hmmmm. Our salads came out about 1 minute prior to our entrees. I can say we won't be back. Our friends that ended up sitting next to us said they won't be back either. Prices too high and service poor. Such a shame because we used to really like Brio, but lots of other better options.
My daughter is getting married this year and we went to see if the ambiance had improved since Brio’s has a nice separate room for a special occasion. We went earlier during the pandemic and the menu and drink selections were vastly pared back from before. The food selections this time were much better as was the food quality. The bar still doesn’t have all the previously available selections and needs to improve. Also it was a cold evening and while food and service was good, the restaurant was cold. Had to ask the manager to turn the heat up. They did but to keep it warm they should prepare earlier for cold since it takes a while to properly heat a large space. So on the mend but still needs more TLC to get it back to what Brio’s was before the pandemic.
The restaurant was freezing otherwise I would have rated 5 stars on everything.
Our waitress Ashlee was fantastic! She took great care of our family with a good sense of humor and great service. Food was very tasty as well.
Our family went out for Christmas Yves dinner. We made reservations and we’re seated right away. We were thrilled to see that the bruschetta was back on the menu. Everything was wonderful!
Food was great, as always. Our server, Joe, is a veteran there, and he was outstanding. Such a great place to spend Christmas Eve.
Great food and friendly atmosphere for a holiday get together!
Great evening to end Christmas shopping! We will be back.
I took my family here during the holidays. We were seated promptly but placed at a table for four when there was five of us. It was a little tight. Food was delicious. I loved the Grilled Salmon Salad.and everyone nearly finished their plates. Pasta dishes were generous in portion. Servers were busy and very friendly. I will be back.
Christmas Pre-Dinner, service tonight was excellent.
The host was very rude and said she could not sit us due to there not being any reservations available. I went on OpenTable and reserved a table that would be ready in 10 minutes, she had previously stated it would be 1 1/2-2 hour wait. She then proceeded to tell me I had to wait for our reservation time to be seated, mind you the table she sat us at- we could see from the lobby where we were standing and it had been empty for the 15minutes I waited to be seated. She then proceeded to sit everyone who walked in after us and I could hear at least 4 different parties state they DID NOT have reservations and she sat them anyway. It was the most uncomfortable experience and I was a little embarrassed that was happening to us. I am a paying customer like everyone else and I feel we were judged from the second we walked in.
Hostess need to be little more friendlier. Don’t be borderline rude!
Brio never disappoints! One of our favorite restaurants in town
Wonderful as always!
Restaurant is extremely loud, we happen to go on a busy night I suppose. We were going to order dessert but gave up by the time the server was able to come back by.
It was a nice evening and enjoyed food.
Atmosphere nice, service was excellent but food so so. My Pasta Brio dish seemed like it was missing an ingredient or two as it was blah in flavor - not what I was expecting for a Brio Italian Grille and this was not my first visit to one of their locations.
Cesar salad, wedge salad, and sourdough bread were outstanding as usual. The pasta dishes were good, but not outstanding.
Service was good, but a little slow.
The restaurant only had house red and white, they literally had no other wine in stock.
The food was ok. The service was severely lacking. You would order a martini and wait 40 min to get it. No outstanding flavors to speak of. All and all it was fairly meh.
Been here since it first opened. Since Robert left it just has seemed off. Food was marginal and the staff looked confused. I chalk it up to be understaffed. Overall the food quality wasn’t what it used to be. But I like it and will keep going back - hope they figure it out.
Great food! One of our favorite date night places.
Good food. Bad service. My family has dined at this location for 8 years. The food has always been good. Love the steak salad.
However, the service has gone downhill recently. We had to constantly ask for waters to be refilled and for just general service needs. I observed The wait staff just standing around and chatting it up in the kitchen while tables went unattended.
We will try again another day and hope for an improvement.
Went to celebrate a birthday, no one acknowledged the birthday. Also waited 10 minutes to be acknowledged after sitting down and that was after mentioning to someone that we hadn’t been helped yet.
We had a big group (12 people) for a work lunch and our server did a great job keeping our drinks refilled and getting our food out to us as soon as it was ready. This was in spite of the restaurant being full and were told short on servers that day. We couldn't tell!
Can never go wrong with the lobster bisque and a steak salad at Brio. Nice location and ambience and very friendly service from the moment you walk in. Despite everything that is going on,everything was very enjoyable.
We brought friends from out of town to Brio for dinner. The food was very good and delivered with a smile. Our waiter was average, and not very personable. The restaurant and restrooms seem worn and could use some updates. We had higher expectations for such a nice restaurant in town square. Some refreshed decor and training for waitstaff and hostess would go a long way. Thank you!
We enjoyed celebrating our anniversary in the wonderful surroundings at Brio. There is a real team approach by servers which ensured we were served promptly and the food was well prepared. We've been here many times and have seen remarkable consistency of quality and attentiveness to every detail at Brio!
One of my favorite places. Dinner and Staff wonderful!
Family in town
