We just arrived into town on Thanksgiving. They had Turkey. Problem solved. Quick service, great food.
The food tastes like the chef has a heart condition, or previously cooked for a convalescent home. If it had slightly more salt, sauce, and fat the food would be fabulous.
We apologize the meal did not meet your expectations. Our guests' feedback is highly valuable to us as we utilize it for improvement in our guests' experience. Thank you for reaching out to us.
Food was yummy. Great job with social distancing.
Thank you Shane! We are glad to hear you enjoyed your meal with us. We look forward to welcoming you back again soon.
Overall, good food and experience.
Thank you! We hope to serve you again soon.
It was really cold, food was average
We appreciate your feedback and thank you for bringing these opportunities for improvement to our attention. We will undoubtedly pass your feedback to the management team
The food was good; however, with respect to the cost, there are better Italian restaurants across the valley.
Thank you for taking the time to write this review as our customer's feedback is very important to us. We will be sure to share your thoughts with our team. We hope you come back again.
Outdoor dining available. Indoor dining socially distance. Delicious food. Park in lot under ground.
Thank you! We hope to serve you again soon.
Brio has always been an easy restaurant to visit in my Salt Lake City mall. The servers are friendly and efficient, and the food is remarkable. I can't wait to go back there soon!
We love to hear how much you enjoy dining with us at Brio Italian Grille. We look forward to welcoming you back again soon!
We went at 6:15 and were told there was no
More bread. Otherwise, it was consistent for Brio.
For some unknown reason it took much longer to get a table ready after our reservation was checked in.
I was hoping to get to this page where I could explain rather than have to assign stars first. Our reservation was canceled by the restaurant because they had to shut down temporarily due to Coronavirus. But we have always loved everything about Brio in the past and look forward to going again in the future.
Brio is a nice place when we are attending the theater but the service there has never been great. This time, however, it was far less than great. We ordered drinks and it took some time for them to arrive. We then ordered our dinners but while waiting we decided to add an order of calamari. We asked our busser and he said he would tell our waiter. Some time later our entrees came out--no calamari. We mentioned that we had asked for that addition and he said "Hmmm".
After we finished eating he wandered by and my husband asked for a dessert menu. We ordered a dessert and my husband ordered a second glass of wine. He brought the dessert with one spoon even though there were 3 of us and NEVER brought the wine. We had to ask a passing waiter for our check and that waiter dropped it off then the hostess grabbed it and ran the card for us. We will most likely look for a different place to eat from here on out.
Even though we had a confirmed reservation on open table, when we arrived at the restaurant we found a sign on the door that said “closed for maintenance.”. No advanced notice was given to us. Other patrons were standing outside with the same problem This is totally unacceptable and unprofessional.
We were planning to have dinner before the play. Other nearby restaurants were already crowded. What a disappointment!
We love going to Brunch at Brios before the Theatre! Love that they do not charge for corkage and Brunch menu is excellent!
Terrific location, amazing food, wonderful service, and fantastic ambiance. Be sure to set a reservation, or you may not get a table. A little pricey, but worth it.
The Brio staff were extremely accommodating, especially with one our guests life threatening allergy. Thank you for your wonderful service!
We had the worst experience and our food was awful. We waited an hour to get our food and the only reason we got it is because I asked where it was. My moms pasta sat in the window for so long that it was dry and her plate was very hot. My daughters salad was not dressed and my sons lasagna was luke warm. Our service was horrible. We may not go back. They also had us sitting at a table practically in the kitchen so we had to yell at each other over the noise. I made reservations well over a week in advance at they were at 5:30. Not insanely busy.
We had to send a meal back because too much salt was used.
Delicious! We chose this restaurant because they had a dedicated gluten free menu plus the regular one. There was lots to choose from and it was all really good. Everyone enjoyed the meal and staff was great. We would definitely do this again!
As always the food and service was excellent. The restaurant tends to be a little noisy. But you can carry on a conversation.
Great service, great food.
The food was outstanding. However, we waited an hour and a half after we ordered to get our food. There were three tables that were seated well after us, ordered the same meals and received their food before we did. The floor manager's excuse was "the steaks are mighty thick tonight." right as we watched a later table receive the same steak before us. If they would have owned up to it and told us why it was actually late I wouldn't have been so bothered by it, but "mighty thick steaks" is no excuse.
We went for a girls night out and the food was so good! Robert is amazing!!!
The wait staff was very attentive and the food quality was very good at this restaurant
Everything was great!
Although we told our server that we had tickets to a show beginning at 7:30 and our reservation was at 5:45; the service was rushed to the point that we had less than one minute between courses. The main entree was over salted but properly cooked. Our server seemed less than professional. We have eaten here before and enjoyed it, but we will try someplace else next time
Our server was GREAT, we were having a business meeting and he was on it but not on top of us.
Steve V treated us really well. We enjoyed a lovely lunch because he was the right kind of attentive (took care of our requests, but allowed us time to have good conversation, as well).
The experience i can only describe it as perfect from the moment that we arrived the service was fabulous, food was really good drinks as well definitely gonna come back for our next special occasion.
Was in restroom and chef came out of toilet did not wash hands looked to see if there was a sink in that stall and did not find one. Not good.
We were having a business dinner and our waiter was sensitive to that, for which I applaud him. The food was delivered on time and was of very good quality. Thank you
Service was rather slow and the one waiter appeared to be very inexperienced- but we understand, they need to learn.
Water was spilled all over the table by the waiter because he set it on the uneven seam where two tables had been pushed together. He wasn’t quite sure what to do after he spilled the water all over on the table and guest. We had to ask for towels/ napkins to clean it up.
Food was good. Waiter mixed up orders but we sorted them out.
Took awhile to seat us even though we had reservations. Ordered appetizers and drinks only to be told after sometime they ran out of the appetizers. 35 minutes later the drinks came. Once the food arrived after we had been there for over an hour it was amazing. Could not understand why the service was so poor when the restaurant was not very busy. Next time we go to Brio will will go to the Murray location where the service is excellent.
Always a good place to eat before going to the theater. The quality of the food, service and price are excellent and it makes the evening complete by having a good meal.
Dinner and a show
It was amazing I had a reservation for 8:15 on Valentine’s Day and they got me in 15 minutes early the food was excellent but the waiter went to the table next to us first even tho we were there 12 minutes before them.
It was an amazing date for Valentines, we have never been to a elegant restaurant such as BRIO and all we have to see say is we will definitely be back!
Would recommend for the service and the ambiance, however dinner was bland and disappointing.
This was the absolute perfect place to have Valentines dinner! The food was outstanding, the wine was memorable and the prices were very reasonable. The ambiance of the whole place along with the professional staff made this a complete winner!
Busy Valentines Day and we were treated well.
