The pork chops were amazing but the pasta was only good, it was overcooked for me personally. Overall very good customer service and tasty food!

Despit it being ‘franchise food,’ Brio had in the past performed very well. Service has gone way downhill and food is mediocre at best. Disappointing to see it fall off so dramatically.

We had a 5:00 reservation. After waiting 20 minutes to be seated, we left at 6:15, having never received food.

We had a reservation for 4:30 . 6:15 we still didn’t have our food … we had a play to be at at 6:30. We had to leave . Other customers were walking out as well. Won’t be back horrible service.

Very disappointed in the service and the food. Had been good in the past. I suspect a lack of staff was a significant contributor. Sad.

It took our table of 5 (with a 3-year old) almost 2-1/2 hours for dinner. Service was incredibly slow and food was only okay when it eventually arrived. There were two big parties on a busy Friday night and the management had clearly understaffed for the evening. We had to ask several times about everything from our food to our bill. A very frustrating evening for a birthday outing.

Great waiter and awesome table that we could enjoy each other’s company! Food was delicious and the limoncello lemonade was scrumptious!
