   Great lunch specials and superb food. The service is also usually great. Very friendly staff.

   I'm not sure if making a reservation works at Brio. My reservation was for 6:15 we arrived eight minutes late and they said I was late for our reservation. I told the host that Open Table's Policy is fifteen minutes of grace. Just a note, Brio's location has a very difficult parking lot with very limited parking. We arrived fifteen minutes early yet it took us twenty minutes to get a parking spot. Beyond the parking issues, again our reservation was for 6:15 and we didn't get seated until 7:00. Once we got seated we then had a good time. Our server was outstanding. The food was good and enjoyable.

   As always, we had a wonderful experience at Brio in Victoria Gardens. Jessica was our waitress and she was outstanding! The food was delicious and the service was perfection!

   E we went in with a large group (11, including 4 kids). Unfortunately, they just didn’t seem to be equipped to handle our group size!! Two meals (personal pizzas) were delivered after apparently sitting out for quite a long time- they were cold!! Another personal pizza was delivered about 15 minutes after everyone else had been served!! The two cold ones were replaced, but it really meant the group were all eating at different times- it really wasn’t what we hoped for a dual birthday celebration!!

   My family is Italian from Italy. We like the service in getting a table through Open Table. It’s so much more convenient than going in person and waiting for a long while to get a table. I make sure in the reservations to let them know I have and autistic son and most of the servers are attentive to what he needs. It’s when it get very busy that the servers hardly come to check if everything is okay. We sit and wait a long while even to get our orders to start or get our check settled. The food is okay and I do believe the customers love their food. My sons love the food. It just takes a long while to get it. I ordered the lobster bisque recently and it seems to be getting saltier. My son took a taste and he declined to eat any more because it was too salty. I don’t expect this place to be authentic in Italian but the service does need yo be better. The servers that do take the time despite their busy evenings, they manage to check on us. Others will leave us in a corner table toward the back and we only pray they come and check on us to refill our drinks or need anything else. It can be better. I have gone to many Italian establishments and the customer service is more better. I hope that the manager can either hire more servers in a swing shift or hire more during the busy dinner hours.
