Nice spread out outdoor dining, heat lamp nearby food is excellent good value for the money
Our server was great. The food was great. It was a beautiful evening outside to eat with friends.
Wonderful service. We sat outside and had a great time.
steak salad was huge and delicious, pasta Brio was generous serving and cooked just right, server was knowledgeable about wine.
Arrived on a chilly night but Brio was busy and filled with heaters to keep patrons warm! We were seated around the corner outside where the chilly breeze tried to drive us indoors. Our server was very attentive and we forgot about the weather and ordered drinks before reading the menu. I thought the appetizer choices were limited. My partner wanted the calamari, which I am not usually a fan of, and it was the usual crusty dish with dip and not much fish. I then had the New Zealand lamb (hang the expense) and it was really good! Well seasoned and cooked to perfection; I liked the potatoes and asparagus as well. My partner had the Chicken Milanese which was pretty good as well. I would go back and try the flatbreads as an appetizer.
The carpaccio was the best we ever had. Best value. . We’ll go back any time we are in town
Fabulous Happy Hour Bar Bites!! Loved the choices each only $6!!
We were brought to a dirty table then it took over 15 minutes for a server to come over to us. She never introduced herself or spent anytime at the table. We had to ask another server to bring us water because she never came back until after our entrees were delivered. Food was great but the service was not.
Worth the wait on Valentine's Day. Food was excellent.
service was very slow. got drink order wrong. the place was not that busy .very disappointed.
Valentines
The server was also the bartender who was very busy. We were at a high top. Very slow and actually had to ask other servers for help.
Waitress was amazing. Food was really good.
Steak was requested to be rare but it came out burnt.
Horrible menu, bad service and bad food
Stopped for dinner after visiting the Baker Museum...food was fabulous, service impeccable (Doug) and felt very “safe”!
Food was good but service mediocre.
Food and atmosphere as usual was excellent. This is the first time we have had a waitress who was definitely not up to par. She ignored us for long periods of time and seemed to have rather been somewhere else - very slow and not friendly.
We went for short dinner before going to Naples arts. Food was great, nice ambiance, beautiful place, good service, nice variety
We have eaten at Brio’s many times and always had a good experience but this was probably the worst I’ve ever experienced anywhere. Our waiter was terrible, he either didn’t know what was doing or certainly wasn’t ‘t paying attention to his job. The food was very mediocre at best, no flavor and wasn’t even hot. Will be in no rush to go back there as there are so many good restaurants to go to.
Jennifer was a great server!
We're happy you enjoyed your service at Brio Italian Grille. Come dine with us again soon.
Very confusing at the start by receiving the lunch rather than dinner menus. The waiter seemed preoccupied. My husband got the same dish as me but with much less sauce. I enjoyed my dish; he did not. Bread was great! Won’t be returning real soon.
Cocktails & wedge salad were the best value & quality of our dining. Calamari & chicken marsala were tough, lobster in pasta was aoft/ mushy while shrimp in the pasta was ok. Won't order either dish again, maybe stay with bar menu!
Brio was a good choice for an outdoor dining lunch. It was a chilly day but it was slightly protected and had heaters. We felt that it was a very safe dining option. Our server was friendly and did a good job.
Great waiter
We were expecting to have our usual wonderful experience yesterday but that was not the case. We were greeted quickly when we arrived and were taken to an outside table although we had not requested an outside table.
We gave our drink order to our server as the weather deteriorated. We received our drinks and the server took our food order, brought bread and promptly went back inside. At this point it began to lightly rain. Someone came out to help another couple get out of the rain and put up an umbrella for them. The couple pointed out that we were also getting wet. The Edson looked over, went inside and never came back. We moved to another table and moved our drinks and wet bread on our own.
As for the food, we enjoyed everything.
No one ever apologized for leaving us in the rain.
We will think twice about returning anytime soon, especially not during inclement weather.
Too many excellent restaurants in Naples to endure poor customer service.
it was very good. The Salmon and Crab Cakes app. were delicious. thought the Crab cakes were pricey for 2 small crab cakes
Great food,service and ambience!
Excellent Grilled Salmon Fresca! Enjoyed outside dining on the patio.
Always love to eat at Brios😍
Unfortunately, my girlfriends and I were seated in at booth near the bar. We had NO IDEA it was full of soot! According to the manager, the fog caused the soot to fall out of the heaters there. No one had wiped down either the table or the booth --yuk. VERY unhealthy
I appreciated that Lauren was able to accommodate 7 of us at an outdoor table. She said she would try and she can through!
I was very disappointed with the level of cleanliness at Brio. The restaurant tables and chairs were filled with black soot from the heaters and weren’t cleaned off. I had to ask the waitress a few times to clean the table. Chairs were also half broken and filthy. During times of COVID I would expect the restaurants to be going above and beyond to ensure tables and chairs are clean before seating new guests, clearly not the case here. My friend had the black soot all over her clothes and skin as it transferred from her hands to anything she touched. Basically don’t bother showering before you head there because you’ll leave looking like you came out of a chimney!
Anyways, I went to Brick Top after for a drink and they were spotless. I would never return to Brio unfortunately. Place needs a power wash.
We came for brunch and Brio didn’t have one. We had drinks and went next door to Bricktops for brunch.
Friendly service with good food
Recommend outside seating, we were pleased to see the tables were decently separated.
The beef carpaccio is a fantastic starter, and the lasagna is highly recommended, although it needed more sauce in our opinion. Forget the margarita flatbread ... dry, minimal toppings, ugh.
Great experience every time! Food is consistently good. Staff very personable.
My favorite 🤩 Love Mr Wilson! He is the B E S T!!!
Sat outside for Sunday brunch—very pleasant. Excellent menu selections and good value on the house wines.
As always, the food and service were very good.
Food excellent and service very good. Was very nice outside with heater.
