    We had a very nice server, but he seemed to be forgetful. There were very few people in the restaurant, so it didn't appear to be due to being busy/overworked. We had to repeat requests multiple times. The food was mediocre at best and one order came our wrong. We also asked for limes and the server delivered a plate of limes that were so dry that we couldn't believe it. He brought out another, equally dry plate of limes. They looked like they were cut a week earlier.

    We recommend their delicious Beef Carpaccio specialty and Ravioli Di Bello and Stuffed Vodka & Shrimp Pastas. Add a bottle of Kim Crawford Sauvignon Blanc for a great dinner. Excellent service from Vojislav (Voj).

    Restaurant overall was as quiet as always off season. Waiter was outstanding--attentive, unobtrusive and friendly. Food was served promptly and served HOT, excellent portions. Ambience is always welcoming and relaxing. Overall, a five star experience and, as year-round residents, consistent!!

    Our waitress Jessica was very professional, attentive, and friendly! I was disappointed that Shrimp Risotto and the Vodka Pasta are no longer menu items . I was also disappointed that they no longer offer the Artisan crackers as a complementary bread service.

    The wait staff has improved tremendously. Kudos to whoever is doing the hiring. Our waitress, Reyshaya, I apologize if I butched the spelling of her name, was great. She was very attentive. The food has improved too. My pasta Brio was very good with chucks of chicken and fresh mushrooms. If you haven't tried Brio's in a while because of the problems they had with staffing issues and food, you might want to give them a try now.

    Lamb chops were very tough and the linguini with clams was horrible; gummy tasting. Waitress had way too many tables—she was nice and good but spread too thin to give us good service. Never going to Brio again!

    We had a delightful meal with 8 in our party, but including 4 kids. The server was great, made excellent recommendations, and helped keep the pace of the meal reasonable keeping the kids in mind. The food was fantastic and all 4 kids actually devoured their meals. The adults took advantage of the 2 for $40 which was a great deal for 2 salads, 2 entrees and a shared dessert. I would go back to this Brio in a heartbeat.

    Server was excellent, unobtrusive yet attentive. At 12:00 with only 3 other tables, we would have thought that the meal should have been served faster, BUT (positive!), our entrees came out piping hot...one slight criticism is that the mashed potatoes served with the chicken limone was only lukewarm. A detail definitely not worth a negative rating as the sauce provided the warmth needed! Overall a luncheon dining experience well worth a return.

    Service was not good. Seemed like the waiter's first day on the job and I didn't like the pasta dish I ordered. Too much sausage and sauce. I would still recommend Brio and have been there many times.

    The food was very good as usual and the portions generous. Our server, Andy, was outstanding, very friendly, efficient, checking our meal as it progressed, even anticipating our need for "doggie bags" before we had to ask. Great service and food, a pleasant evening and a 2 for $40 special as well! We are regulars ar Brio and look forward to our next visit.

    If you want to wait 45 minutes to be sat after your reservation time and then keep waiting and waiting for your server to show up than I would choose this restaurant. If not, I would go anywhere else. I will never go to this Brio again.

    Our food was good, our drinks and food of good value and our waitress was nice but completely overworked. She forgot a dish, which had been out on the bill, and she, and her colleague, seemed to have multiple jobs including barista as well as attending to many tables. brio definitely needs more servers!

    Food was delicious. The encrusted lamb chops (there were 3) on a garlic spinach with a mushroom sauce (not enough mushrooms) was excellent. They accommodated a marinara sauce sausage dish switch from a cream sauce... the chicken flatbread was large. Both the flatbread and lamb chops were an appetizer it was our main meal)! The tiramisu was light but lacked flavor.

    Our reservation was at 5:45. We ordered drinks and when they arrived we ordered salads and entrees. We did not get our entree until 8:00. Then when we got the checks they were wrong

    A great restaurant for perfectly prepared food. We ejoyed their super soft Beef Carpaccio Appetizer, delicious Lasagna and Sausage Rigatoni Arrabbiatta Dinners. Excellent Meiomi Pinot Noir, and top service from our server Sulimar. Indoor/outdoor seating makes this a perfect place for people watching.

    Art was a great waiter. When my husband spilled something on his shirt, without asking, Art brought over a napkin with seltzer water on it to clean it. We responded quickly to all our requests.
