    Went for Thanksgiving dinner. Because there were only two in our party, we were seated in the bar with a small table next to a couple talking at high volume. We would have preferred the dining room with more space to spread out. The service was very good. The food was very good also, however the stuffing and potatoes could have been warmer. We did get a choice of salads, but not desserts. Value was not great, but it is a higher-end restaurant.

    Lovely!! We’ll be back! It was a little louder than normal due to thanksgiving celebrations!! Pumpkin pie ran out and no whip cream left but good was delicious

    It took over 10 min for our waitress (Kindra- according to the check) to greet us then another 10 min just to get water. She never gave us her name so we didnt even know who to ask for when we needed something. She would disappear and didnt even ask if our food was okay when it came out. We had to ask the manager (who looked pretty disheveled) for boxes and our check. The food was good, but overall terrible service. The downtown location is way better.

    The salmon was good, but not spectacular. My husband ordered the beef medallions and couldn't finish them. Apparently he doesn't like marsala sauce. Salads were great, but smaller than I remember last time I ate there (chopped and wedge). The waiter was attentive but we felt rushed to get in and out. Overall not bad, but very pricey for what we received.

    There's WOW-blew me away, there's hmmm-very interesting and there's OK. It was OK even if attentively served. Lobster and shrimp linguini had good ingredients and flavor, but pasta was cooked less than al dente. White lasagna was plain and uninteresting, both in flavor and appearance. Lettuce wedge was was good. Truffle bread needs different bread/cheese, its flavors are fighting each other.

    We had a wonderful experience, eating dinner last night at Brio in Murray. Food was very reasonably priced and the service was excellent. Our server was new, so the manager stepped in and helped with suggestions and taking care of our needs. Will definitely go back again.

    We were all served dinner at the same time except one person, there's came out about 5 minutes later which made our food cold while we were waiting. I had a glass of wine and it was 12.00, that's alittle over priced so I won't order a drink again. Other than that, everything was good.

    Our server was completely uninterested in serving us. She did not stop to check on us one time. She in passing asked if we were ok, no refills on drinks, and was not friendly. The food was very average. I ordered the chicken milianse which was tough. The sauce was very sweet and lackluster. My wife’s dish was similar. Overall I thought is was overpriced bad Italian food

    The food was good, our server though, I have to say she was by far the best I have had. She was on top of it, she took really good care of us, and she had made a comment that she was glad to have a table that had easy going people. She made our night. The food was good, I don't want to take anything away from the food. But we were so pleased with our server even though it seemed like her night wasn't the best, but she sure made our experience that much better.

    We went to the Murray location for my moms and sisters birthday and we enjoyed the food. The waitress was okay, but could have been better. I’m am surprised they don’t give birthday desserts. We had a party of 7 and they automatically add 20% gratuity and the waitress made a comment at adding more. Has she been more attentive I would have tipped more.

    It was fine food was just okay and it took forever to get our drinks and then even longer for the food. The server was nice but forgot about us a few times and it was completely dead in the restaurant so that was disappointing but other then that the experience was okay

    I have liked Brio for a very long time, but unfortunately it seems to have recently gone downhill. This time I just had the steak and eggs for brunch and it was pretty much awful. The steak was so tiny and had no flavor. Easily the worst hollandaise I have ever had. It was as runny as water.

    I seated myself outside and had to go inside to ask for a waiter. There was a creepy man at the bar going in and out of the bar area to the patio with drinks, think he was a staff member-talking to the staff but made me uncomfortable. My guest has a horrible gnocchi that looked and tasted old, and was returned - Not the typical experience

    Very disappointed in the food, as it was bland, with not much substance or meat in my shrimp and lobster meal. My wife said the best part of our $200 meal for 4 was the bread.

    I don't normally do reviews but I think it's necessary when the last 2 times the attitude of the waitress is not nice even very unfriendly and rude. The first time I visited this year I thought the waitress had a bad day, but when the same thing happens to me on the last visit it's because that's the vibe of the innkeepers and staff.

    I have been to Brio in years past and loved the food, but on my last visit the food was almost not eatable. I ordered the stake salad and most of the lettuce was brown and wilted. The blue cheese dressing was gross and the stake was chewy. Our waiter was fantastic so I gave a healthy tip, but I had to eat when I got home because I was still hungry.
