The manager was so accommodating! She set up a longer table outside so we could have dinner with another couple and sit at a little distance from them. The service was fantastic as well!

We waited for more than an hour to be seated despite having a reservation. Poor management. If Brio can't accommodate any requests during a reservation, then they should have removed that option. The management should review any requests done online and have the courtesy to at least update or offer an accommodation. Blaming a new staff to mess up a reservation is just a scapegoat of poor management skills.

Appetizer was served ice cold (calamari). Server tried to convince us that the sauce was supposed to be cold. (NOT).
Meals came out wrong - server didn’t notice. Took forever to get meal back. Chicken was dry and tasteless. My sons chicken fingers were chewy. He didn’t eat them.
Server seemed to care, manager couldn’t care less.
Got the bill - they charged me $2.00 for ice in the bourbon on that was ordered (on the rocks). Server said that was normal. (REALLY??).
Asked for a manager - no one came.
We won’t.be back and caution others.

We eat here all the time but today the chicken was burnt and the entire dish had no flavor at all. very disappointed, Will probably stop going to Brio and back to Cheesecake factory or Maggianos where the food is always on par. It sucks because Brio was always high quality food and today it wasn't at all. very disappointed in entire experience.

The lunch menu isn't available on Saturday so that was disappointing.
Sourdough bread is excellent. The steak salad was tasty but didn't look very appetizing, bland and no color pop.

We dine at Brio in Orlando and Naples frequently and I was very disappointed this last time. I had reservations but we waited approximately 10min while the Host was on the phone taking a very large order. We finally get seated, order drinks right away but our waitress took forever (approximately 10 minutes) to bring our wine. I asked if I can make the eggplant and shrimp appetizer into an entree by putting it over pasta, the waitress said she would ask and again took 15 minutes to come back and to tell me the chef won’t do that. Meanwhile, they do this for me in Naples all the time. Another 15 minutes pass & the runner brings our food. We see the waitress & ask for some lemon wedges. She was taking too long and my food was getting cold so my husband walked to the bar to ask for lemon himself. I was almost finished my food when a runner came with lemon. I told him we got it already. The entire time we were eating our waitress never came back to see if everything was ok or if we need more wine which we did. Another waiter noticed that we were looking for our waitress. He asked if we needed help. We asked for the check and our ToGo order. He brings the check, I give him my credit card and we finally see the waitress who brings back my credit card. This is the first time we see her since we asked for the lemons. Also, the entire time we were there, this woman kept walking past us (I’m assuming to go to the ladies room) without a mask on. She walked by us at least 6 times and no one asked her to wear a mask while walking inside. Horrible service. Will NOT go back.

This was the worst experience I have had at a restaurant in a long time! It took almost a half hour to even get our drinks and over an hour for our meals. I will definitely not be going back.

We’ve been here many times before. More so before than now, new management took a lot of items of the menu. Nonetheless, we made a stop at Brio and enjoyed our dinner and time. Kylie was our server, she was pleasant and professional. I’m sure we’ll be back again at some point.

Excellent service from Eric Ross! We had the Italian wedding soup, shrimp and eggplant appetizer and split the strawberry and chicken salad. Each dish was awesome! We could have the soup everyday. Such a great ambiance at this beautiful restaurant.

Drinks and food were slow. It was dead, so not sure why things dragged. We weren't in a hurry, but worth noting. It is standard restaurant Italian food. Nothing remarkable, but nothing bad. Overall we had a nice meal, but it could have been better for the prices.
Took 20 minutes to get our beverages. Took another 29 minutes for our salads and bread.... which we had to remind them we hadn’t received. Then of course our entrees arrived before we were done with the salads. And they weren’t even busy.......,,
Food was good but service was very slow
We were surprised and happy that Brio has reopened the dinning room. They are honoring social distancing utilizing every other table/booth. Menus were single use paper, discard after use. We enjoyed our shared appetizer and entry salads. Service was very good.
The food is overpriced. Ordered 2 lamb chop dinners, both came out over cooked and cold! The service was terrible. We waited about an hour to get our food. We were there for almost 2 hours total, and we were seated immediately. Will not be returning there again.
The food was excellent! The service, ambiance and GMs stopping by for table visits was great! The only thing that disappoints is my birthday was not acknowledged as noted in my reservation:-(.
I had a bad experience previously at this location however, after this recent visit my opinion has changed! There was more than one hostess and they were extremely nice, the waiter was great, and the food was delicious. It also did not take long to get service! Overall great!

The overall experience was excellent. We were greeted and seated immediately. No waiting, and our request for mezzanine seating was honored. The service was excellent as well. The food was amazing. The lasagna was served hot and it was delicious. And the Lobster Bisque is the best that I have ever tasted. Will definitely be back.

Food and atmosphere is amazing. Has reservation and was seated within 5 minutes of arriving. Server seemed overwhelmed with the business. She forgot to bring a drink that was requested.
We arrived earlier than our reservation but was seated anyway. We lucked out with a good server and my water glass was always full. The food was very good and the timing of each course was just right. It does get a little loud because it is in a mall.
Food was pretty awful. We thought it was just us. When we were leaving we talked to people sitting near us they said the same. I was the only one who loved hers. Been here before always liked it. Very loud inside

We had the absolute most wonderful server..If I remember correctly her name was Omshante. She was very attentive and was everything you look for in a server! Food was delicious and served at just the right temperature. Definitely will be back!
