   Have been many times. This was by far the worst experience I have had in a restaurant ever. Service was horrible. I ordered the shrimp and scallop risotto. Asked fir no scallops. All shrimp. Dish came out with 3 shrimp and a pile of risotto swimming in grease for $29. I could not eat it. It was awful. Decided to split my friends dinner with her instead of waiting on replacement food. Chicken limone was lukewarm. Pasta was cold and stuck together and broccolini was inedible. On the bright side they comped the bill. But it was a total fail on their part. They must do better or they will be closed.

   Good food, atrocious service. When we sat down we explained we are old friends catching up and will take time. Apps, salad, dinner. We didn’t want the ohases tripping over each other. We ordered apps, she put those in. We waited to place our main order. About 10 minutes later she came back and asked for our order. We said OK but make sure they don’t come out before the apps. She said they were busy and there was NO chance. We placed our order. 2 of us ordered side salads. She asked if we wanted those out before or with the meal. We said “before”. 15 minutes later salads were brought to the table. We asked about the appetizers. She looked shocked, then brought apps that clearly had been sitting a while. 15 mins later our entrees were brought out before we had finished the salads. The appetizers were mostly gone. But they failed to clear and tried to cram our entrees on the table and cleared what dishes they could carry. Dinner was good. Afterwards she asked how we wanted the check. We asked about desert and she pointed us to the desert menu on the table. We ordered too deserts. One member asked for a caffe Italian. To which else replied. We don’t have that. We pointed to it on the menu. She said. Oh. Ok. I just push a button the coffee machine. I’ll see if that’s an option. Long story longer. She makes the coffee but has to take it to the bar for the alcohol parts. By the time se returned it was cold coffee. Not anything that anyone ordered. Sad.

   Overall not terrible, could tell they were understaffed. But the hospitality just wasn’t there. There was an issue with our appetizer that no one made us aware of until we asked so then all food came out together with no apology. Just a sub par restaurant, will most likely not return.

   Because we were dining very early on a Monday, we were the only ones in the restaurant for most of our visit. Therefore, it was quiet, and very pleasant, conducive to conversation. The staff was friendly and helpful, and our service was very good. Our food was very good.

   Although I had reservation, I had to wait 25 minutes to get seated (after asking), another 15 minutes to have someone come by and another 20 minutes to get a salad before dinner. The wine order was messed us as I got white wine instead of red wine I ordered. Personnel just does not care about customers. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone!

    We had reservations, but when we checked in we were told that the server had not arrived yet. I understand being short staffed, but the restaurant needs to accommodate/adjust to the demand whether that means limiting the number of reservations that can be made, etc.

    Our experience was fine. However I am very disappointed with Open Table! After multiple communications, our reservation could not be found when we arrived! This is the second time this has happened with Open Table- the first being at Stone Creek! In the future I will try to make reservations with the establishment directly and bypass your inefficient and frustrating system!

    We had a reservation for 5:30 but stood at the welcome stand for 10-15 minutes before anyone came to greet us. By that time there was a line. We were seated but waited awhile before anyone came to even get our drink order. The restaurant wasn’t real full, I don’t think there were enough servers and no bartenders. We also waited quite a long time for our food. I think our server was a bartender also. The food was hot and very good though.

    Came in for date night and sat in a booth, Travis was our server and did an absolutely amazing job with our time there. He was present and very easy to talk to, gave us informed opinions on the appetizers, entres, and drinks. Good was very good but the service was far superior. A big shout out to Travis for making our night great.

    we sat for a little while before being served but it was totally okay! our server was awesome and stayed on top of things the entire night while seemingly being super busy. the ambiance was amazing, it felt super comfortable. food came relatively fast and tho it was a little cold, it still tasted amazing!! very enjoyable experience overall :)

    This was our last visit to this Brio's location. Service was poor and unexcusable. We arrived at 4 pm. The restaurant was nearly empty, but we waited 10 minutes for a table. Once seated we waited 15 minutes before I stood up and asked a waitress if they knew we were seated. She said she had been pulled away. Not true She was chatting with another waitress the entire time. There was no apology for her tardiness. I saw our dishes prepared and put on the counter for the waitress. They stayed there while she was no where to be seen. I would have asked to speak to the manager (Dave) but we were running late when we left. I left a clear message for our waitress on my credit card receipt. But I doubt she will consider changing her poor service.

    The whole dining experience was terrible. We had reservations for 7:00pm and arrived at 6:50 pm. There were 4 booths and 3 open tables ( yes, I counted). We watched 2 hostess whisper and converse, which seemed odd, then saw them move a tiny table between 2 big tables with very little room between. That is where we we’re seated. We asked to be seated elsewhere when realizing how uncomfortable we were, coupled with the fact that the table leg was broken (and not just wobbly). We faced our request with attitude from the hostess. The food was not good to say the least. The chopped salad and bread were good. The meals were not. Both entrees were cold. The chicken could not be cut it was so tough. I took one bite and could not chew it. The pasta tasted like cardboard. Our server did not return one time during our meal to ask how our food was. She dropped the check off and said have a nice evening. We paid the check ( $98.62) and left totally stressed out and dissatisfied. We walked over to Cheesecake Factory and had drinks and desert, which was excellent. The tables and booths that were available when we arrived were still available when we left the restaurant. The little table that we were seated was used for water pitchers. Nobody was seated at that tabled during the time we were there.

    I had an amazing first time experience! The waiter was so funny but very prompt and professional. He was very nice and helpful and went above and beyond for my date and I. I will definitely return and recommend Brio’s to my friends and family.

    The servers were severely understaffed. I felt sorry for our waitress. Overall good food but not sure we will return soon if staffing levels don’t change. We waited 10+ minutes to be greeted at table. Not once did we get checked on if everything was ok after food was served. Not a great experience unfortunately.

    Made our table reservation walking into the restaurant and were seated right away. That was excellent Food was ok, nothing special for my guest. Myself due to allergies was not able to order anything other than salad. The waitress seemed bothered that I asked she verify a certain ingredient had been used in several dishes (they all contained the same thing so only one question not multiply trips) due to that ingredient being used my choices were limited. Prices were I overrated for the food we feel. We won't be returning.

    The food is overpriced for mediocre food and the services is not up to par for the prices they charge. This has always been a favorite restaurant but it has really gone downhill and is no longer a reasonable value.

    We were there to celebrate two birthday’s in our group of eight people. We had a reservation for 7:00 pm. We arrived at 6:55 pm and was told there would be a wait (even though we had a reservation) and they weren’t sure how long it would be. The waiting area was packed full of people waiting to be seated. After standing around for a few minutes we came to the realization that some of those people had reservations as well and that some of them had been waiting for over an hour to be seated. This is just ridiculous. After waiting for 25 minutes past our reservation time we asked the hostess how long it would be and she still wasn’t sure. We explained that we had a reservation and we had already been waiting for 25 minutes past our time. Her explanation was that she was just the host, so we asked for a manager. The manager apologized and got us seated right away and promised to make it right. After he sat us he didn’t approach our table again. As we were leaving he apologized again and asked if we were regulars. We said no that we were visiting from out of town and were there to celebrate. He said that he wanted to try to make it right with us but wasn’t sure how. It would have been appropriate for him to approach our table when we were dining to check on us and compensate us in some way for our troubles. Instead he waited until we were walking out and had already paid for our meals and was unsure how to handle the situation. I will not be returning to this establishment.

    I have never walked out of a restaurant but last night was a first. We had a 7 pm reservation, which apparently means nothing, as we didn’t even get sat until 7:50. The hostesses seemed annoyed when we asked about our the wait time, but did inform us that several servers didn’t show up which resulted in the long wait time. We set the reset button at that point since we understand the challenges of being understaffed. We were finally sat, but no one even came to take our drink order for another 15-20 minutes. Finally a wonderful server, Travis, noticed no one had helped us and came by to take our drink orders… but unfortunately another 10-15 minutes passed by and no one ever came back to deliver those drinks so we walked out. Such a disappointment especially since the manager even came by, saw what was happening and did nothing. What a disappointment and a waste of a perfectly good night out. An hour and a half later and not so much as a morsel of bread or a glass of water. Highly do NOT recommend!

    Loved the Steak Salad - absolutely one of my favorite salads in the Greater Cincinnati area! And my husband's Chicken Marsala was excellent. Brio's decor is elegant and the ambiance is upscale and even a bit romantic. And our server, Angela, was the perfect combination of friendly and attentive.     There's not much point in having a reservation when you still have to stand in a crowded area 45 minutes before getting a table.
