    The kitchen was very short staffed. Our waitress was good but the food took FOREVER to get out to us….well over an hour after ordering. Food was very average quality. Brio isn’t what it once was unfortunately.

    They were short staffed so that became apparent when my husband talked with one of the restaurant staff. Our waitress was also the bartender which is not a good thing for party of 7. Service and attention were definitely improved once he spoke up. When the tip is automatically included you never know what service you'll get either.

    Food was good as usual. But that was it. Service was bad. Was not busy at all yet our server went MIA on our drinks and service overall. Other BRIO locations (Columbus OH EASTON and Newport KY) are much nicer ambience and atmosphere.

    The greens in the entree salad I had were very wilted and not crisp. My wife’s wedge salad, however, was crisp and green.

    I feel like they’re probably understaffed. Our waiter seemed like he did the best he could but he was not at our table very often. I ordered a steak that was terrible. I would not choose a steak there. Plus, the steak was very expensive, which would’ve been fine if it was good. It also took a really long time for us to get our food, to get our check, to pay our check. It was just overall not a good experience.

    Had dinner; then went to outdoor concert after dinner. As a retired teacher, rating for concert would be least skilled musical group --ever! However, dinner for the three of us salvaged our evening - since all 3 meals were fully enjoyable.

    Service was horribly slow. It was a Tuesday night, so the restaurant wasn't very busy. Ordered drinks from the bar, but the server seemed to have forgotten about them. It took over an hour for our food to come after ordering it. When it did come, two dishes were missing. A person, that appeared to be the manager, noticed we had no food, and everyone else did, and asked us about it. And we said we were still waiting. I think at that point is when they put the order into the kitchen. Everyone else in our party was almost finished when our food came. The server did say she was having problems with the computer. Regardless, both the server and this other person in a white coat noticed how disturbed we were, and the server apologized. But usually, in these situations, a restaurant would comp a meal or dessert but nothing. I didn't make a stink about it, but this experience will prevent me from returning.

    Luckily, Candace from the Mason Bravo was the MOD. Otherwise I would have walked out. Chicken Limone was not good. Seemed like heat and eat with too much sauce. Took forever to get drinks and the waitress was rude. Won’t bother ever coming back. We were told that they were short staffed. Made reservations day before. Can’t handle reservations? Don’t take them. The only saving grace was the bread.

    The service was pretty bad, we waited 30 minutes to be seated while we watched the hostess pick her nose and ears the entire time. Once we sat down, all of the staff were unenthusiastic and the food was cold. I would avoid again at all costs.

    Wonderful service. Always attentive. My issue is that it looks like the restaurant could use some TLC. Giant vents near ceiling in bad need of a cleaning. Separaters in the men’s urinal stalls have nails falling out. Prices also seem to be on the high side from what we’re used to paying at a Brio. Food is decent and again, loved the wonderful server team.

    Calamari was cold and like tire rubber. The steak salad was delish but WAY overdressed. The seafood fettuccine looked like a small portion for the price but was more than enuf. It was delish. The lobster pieces were sweet & the shrimp was flavorful (plump, sweet & juicy) and perfectly cooked. Service was kinda all over the place but very friendly.

    Service is gone…just pitiful. Food was good, but service left much to be desired and killed the birthday experience. I mean its an Italian restaurant and they don’t have olive oil! I will not return, new ownership has killed the brand.

    Everything was great, except the service. We sat outside the food was delicious but our server was kind of rude. He seemed he didn’t want to be there and was bothered by us wanting to chat a while before we ordered.

    Have been many times. This was by far the worst experience I have had in a restaurant ever. Service was horrible. I ordered the shrimp and scallop risotto. Asked fir no scallops. All shrimp. Dish came out with 3 shrimp and a pile of risotto swimming in grease for $29. I could not eat it. It was awful. Decided to split my friends dinner with her instead of waiting on replacement food. Chicken limone was lukewarm. Pasta was cold and stuck together and broccolini was inedible. On the bright side they comped the bill. But it was a total fail on their part. They must do better or they will be closed.

    Good food, atrocious service. When we sat down we explained we are old friends catching up and will take time. Apps, salad, dinner. We didn’t want the ohases tripping over each other. We ordered apps, she put those in. We waited to place our main order. About 10 minutes later she came back and asked for our order. We said OK but make sure they don’t come out before the apps. She said they were busy and there was NO chance. We placed our order. 2 of us ordered side salads. She asked if we wanted those out before or with the meal. We said “before”. 15 minutes later salads were brought to the table. We asked about the appetizers. She looked shocked, then brought apps that clearly had been sitting a while. 15 mins later our entrees were brought out before we had finished the salads. The appetizers were mostly gone. But they failed to clear and tried to cram our entrees on the table and cleared what dishes they could carry. Dinner was good. Afterwards she asked how we wanted the check. We asked about desert and she pointed us to the desert menu on the table. We ordered too deserts. One member asked for a caffe Italian. To which else replied. We don’t have that. We pointed to it on the menu. She said. Oh. Ok. I just push a button the coffee machine. I’ll see if that’s an option. Long story longer. She makes the coffee but has to take it to the bar for the alcohol parts. By the time se returned it was cold coffee. Not anything that anyone ordered. Sad.

    Overall not terrible, could tell they were understaffed. But the hospitality just wasn’t there. There was an issue with our appetizer that no one made us aware of until we asked so then all food came out together with no apology. Just a sub par restaurant, will most likely not return.

    Because we were dining very early on a Monday, we were the only ones in the restaurant for most of our visit. Therefore, it was quiet, and very pleasant, conducive to conversation. The staff was friendly and helpful, and our service was very good. Our food was very good.

    Although I had reservation, I had to wait 25 minutes to get seated (after asking), another 15 minutes to have someone come by and another 20 minutes to get a salad before dinner. The wine order was messed us as I got white wine instead of red wine I ordered. Personnel just does not care about customers. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone!

    We had reservations, but when we checked in we were told that the server had not arrived yet. I understand being short staffed, but the restaurant needs to accommodate/adjust to the demand whether that means limiting the number of reservations that can be made, etc.

    Our experience was fine. However I am very disappointed with Open Table! After multiple communications, our reservation could not be found when we arrived! This is the second time this has happened with Open Table- the first being at Stone Creek! In the future I will try to make reservations with the establishment directly and bypass your inefficient and frustrating system!

    We had a reservation for 5:30 but stood at the welcome stand for 10-15 minutes before anyone came to greet us. By that time there was a line. We were seated but waited awhile before anyone came to even get our drink order. The restaurant wasn’t real full, I don’t think there were enough servers and no bartenders. We also waited quite a long time for our food. I think our server was a bartender also. The food was hot and very good though.

    Came in for date night and sat in a booth, Travis was our server and did an absolutely amazing job with our time there. He was present and very easy to talk to, gave us informed opinions on the appetizers, entres, and drinks. Good was very good but the service was far superior. A big shout out to Travis for making our night great.
