   Very very slow service. Over an 1 hour to get food after we ordered.

   I realize it’s Mother’s Day and restaurants are very busy. Our reservation was at 5:30 for 11 guests, we were seated immediately and ordered pretty quickly. Our food didn’t arrive until after 7:00. Three people in our party had to wait for their food even longer and everyone else was almost done eating. I don’t like to complain, but that’s a long time to wait on food.

   We attended Mother’s Day dinner here, which we had an early reservation, but the service was still very poor. Took forever to get drink orders, appetizers, main course and at 5pm they were already out of sausage for any of their dishes. Server only apologized about the service when handing us the bill. Could be better service on a non holiday night, but doubt it.

   The overall experience was not very good from my perspective. The server was aloof and either didn’t want to be there or had no idea what she was doing. It took over 45 minutes to get our food once we e ordered. We were there 20 minutes before we placed our order. Food was average at best. I have not dined here for a long time time but my wife requested it for Mother’s Day. Probably not coming back. There was a young manager who once I asked about our food jumped on it and really helped move things along.

   The food and table service were excellent. Ms. Aziz (younger sister of Alex) did a great job managing our table. We will come again!

   We had a wonderful server who was then replaced with another server. The new server was awful. She brought out our chicken Caesar salad without chicken. We never got our drinks and were left to sit.
