Good service
We love the Steak Salad here! It is the best. The service was wonderful- very attentive and the food came very quick!
The food is awesome. A little pricy for the portion size. The ambiance and service were good and the noise level was quiet enough so we could talk.
Tables are spaced out, reservations are recommended, and food is always good! Really recommend going happy hour!
The food and service was perfect. Our server was Amit and he was polite pleasant funny and just overall exceptional. He made out dinning experience.
I had a chicken Caesar salad and honestly it was just ok. Bland dressing, overcooked lukewarm chicken and somewhat soggy lettuce. The food quality is not like it used to be. The server was very good and the atmosphere was fine for a casual lunch. Overall I was disappointed with the food.
Loved the food and how they handled social distancing that we eat there twice in a 4 day visit to Vegas.
We had a reservation and we were immediately sat. It was my birthday. After 15 minutes of sitting there.. I signaled for the manager who was standing directly in front of our table. She didn’t want to be bothered at all. She found a waiter and he took our order and our food came out an hour later. The food quality was great but they definitely failed in the service department.

Food was good, ambience was ok, but it is a bit over priced for what you get. My favorite is the Salmon Fresca. If you like salmon you really should try it!
Nice experience. Too bad they raised their prices and shrunk their portion sizes. Not wise in a pandemic when people are hurting. Just means we dine out less. Otherwise nice experience
I've been here several times, it was lovely as usual. Socially distanced and clean. Staff all had their masks on and even with their reservations being fully reserved, they were still diligent to keep at no more than 50% capacity.
Unfortunately due to COVID, they've been out of several items but I was still able to get one of my favorite dishes, the Salmon entree. My partner had the shrimp and lobster pasta and said it was excellent.
The only thing I would have liked was some honey with my tea, as most establishments I visit include this when they bring it out the pot and lemons. Will certainly be returning.
Made a reservation for 6with open table
As we arrived at the tables, I was told we could be not be seated together because of C -19 and state requirements.
Then one server said no problem because we where a family of 5 adults and a child. Great! Embarrassment was subsiding and felt a bit better.
After 5 minutes second server walked up to our table and lost her composure in front of us and said she had to get the manager.
5 minutes later the manager required us to move to two separate tables, which we did.
No anger, no bitterness, just disappointed. After being separated we where treated and served by the server as two completely different parties.
All could be avoided at the time of reservation or at the hostess desk.

I took my granddaughters to lunch today and had excellent service.
With the current state of the world...we wanted to dine out for the holidays. I choose the Brio due to being a repeat customer several times.
My daughters and I loved it!! I look forward to coming back
In two of our meals there was hair. We didn’t complain. We just won’t go back. Very disappointed in the service.
Our food was delicious-we ordered ravioli with shrimp, lasagna and lamb chops. Excellent!
Great place to eat
Food was great and service was as well until my husband’s order was wrong. No big deal if they had just offered to cover his meal or a free dessert or something. Mistakes happen, just make it right since he had to eat alone.
Disappointing since we were there for Brunch and were informed it had been discontinued. Ended up with lunch.
Bartender was our server she sucked. Apparently we were suppose to have bread.. that was never brought. The place was empty and it still took forever for her to take our orders.
Table was ready as soon as we got there and food was excellent.

Brio Restaurants are always great value for great food. I had a lobster bisque followed by salmon with fingering potatoes and a dessert was shared, tiramisu. Due to COVID restrictions the restaurant was really empty with just 25% capacity and hopefully soon, there will be an end to this restriction.

Food was good. Bread was old and stale which is unusual.
Service was terrible. We were neglected until I got up and grabbed a waiter to attend to us. Very disorganized which is again unusual. We are regulars. Maybe this was a bad day but they definitely didn’t have their act together.

Very glad I found this place after searching for dinner for almost a hour! The food was spot on, although I kinda feel as if the menu was cut short (maybe due to COVID). There was an item that wasn’t on the menu that we had a chance to order and that was one of the best parts of the meal. Service was spot on and the layout of the restaurant was nice for the size. Would visit again

On a beautiful sunny day, it was great to sit outside. The lasagna was delicious, good calamari a nd nice choices for deserts. Add some wine and it was really a nice experience.

Service was average at best we sat outside and waited an inordinate amount of time to be received. Food was below expectations.

The only thing preventing me from 5 stars for the service, is that when 2 credit cards are put down to pay and only 1 is charged, despite me telling him we have an agreement to go "dutch" since it is both our birthdays, and I also am the one with the reservation, I was so annoyed that I was disregarded. I am really mad at my friend who does this all the time, and thus the agreement or I would not go. It has taken me 3 weeks to write this for the waiter. His service was excellent but this is not okay with me.
