Great menu with many options. Food and service is excellent!
We met great friends for dinner. We all ordered the special Shrimp and Lobster fettuccine. Not one of our plates had enough sauce to even coat the pasta slightly. Our dish looked nothing like the picture on you website advertised for “lent specials”
Very disappointed and not planning to return!
What a great date. We let another couple in front of us get seated and a very nice person saw this and ended up pay for our meal. Thanks so much! We were very surprised but very happy to know there are such good people around.
We are happy to receive such lovely feedback. Thank you for dining with us. We hope you visit us again soon.
Great service and food
Thank you! We hope to serve you again soon.
We had a reservation at 5pm on a Friday night. The front was packed with customers waiting to be acknowledged. It took a good 15 minutes after walking in the door before they asked our reservation name. Hostess were struggling that night! Food is always good!!
We're happy you enjoyed your meal and service at Brio Italian Grille. We apologize for the longer than expected wait time. The management team has been made aware of your comments for improvement in our service and expediency.
We have eaten many times at Brio with very good experiences. On 2/23 we had extremely bad service. Our calamari appetizer was over a half hour to arrive. I waited 30 minutes for a glass of wine and our friends waited 15 minutes. Dirty dishes were left on the table during our meal. We also waited about a half hour for heaters to be turned on. It took 3 hours to eat a meal without dessert.
Very disappointing experience!
We are very sorry about your experience. We appreciate your feedback and thank you for bringing these opportunities to improve to our attention. We will undoubtedly pass your feedback to the management team
Food was delicious. Our appetizer was beyond amazing. Salads and main courses were more then expected. I would have preferred a cozier table and a little slower pace. We felt a little rushed. Will definitely go back and sit outside next time on the Amazing patio.
Appreciate being able to make a reservation. Service was excellent!
While I understand the closed table concept for social distancing, why not close the table in the entryway?
The food was not fresh. Seafood should not smell fishy. The lobster ravioli appetizer was Lukewarm and tasted fishy. The salad was good but the the entrees were not. The lobster shrimp fettuccine came with the pasta in a clump like it was sitting for a while. The chicken Milanese was slightly over cooked and the pasta it was sitting on lacked sauce, most noodles were not covered with sauce.
The service was lackluster. The food came out almost all at once. We asked for the appetizer to come with the soup and salad but the entrees arrived 2 minutes later. Dirty plates were not removed. The server was not very attentive.
We have been to a Brio in Orlando FL and Oakbrook IL. This one does not measure up to the Brio brand.
Ate at a Brio bit this time was a bit sissy. Server was nice but not engaging didn’t seem to excited to tell us about specials desseruetc we had to ask them look at menu
The ambiance was good as usual. The waitress brought the wrong food to me. The bartender didnt mix drinks well (how can you mess up a mojito?) When correct food was brought no real cheese on lasagna (cheese sauce really) only real cheese was at the bottom on lasagna..no ooowey gooey goodness. Dont know if chef's were tired or just didnt care that night. Dont know if we are going back.
Great lunch for folks visiting.
Making reservations wasn’t an issue. Food was very good and came out quick. Our server was very attet
Used to love this restaurant. Now very limited menu. Service was slow considering there weren’t many people.
Did go out for food and drinks with friends had a great time
Table was ready when we arrived and the food and service was outstanding
We're happy you enjoyed your meal and service at Brio Italian Grille. Come dine with us again soon.
Our first time there and was very pleased. The carpaccio appetizer was enormous and definitely a table share and the Lamb and Gorgonzola crusted medallions were cooked perfectly! It was all very good. We will go back.
The menu hasn't changed in over two years. We weren't allowed to use our Bonus Gift from our Gift Card purchase since we were using their January coupon. This wasn't pointed out when we purchased the Gift Cards.
Had an early dining reservation. We were seated promptly. Food was excellent, Covid spaced so quiet and comfortable. Strawberry salad was missing pecans. Dinner and service excellent!
We went at 11:00am so it wasn’t full. They have some great lunch menu items for people like me with smaller appetites. I got the half pepperoni flatbread and wedge salad and it was yummy. The food (and bread) was outstanding. Service was good. Will go back soon.
Our server did an excellent job!!!
Went to celebrate my wife’s admission into her Master’s degree program. Service was quick, ambiance was pleasant and quiet. COVID protocols were being followed. We felt safe inside, but there was also outdoor dining available with heaters if it gets too chilly.
We used to go to Bravo in Indiana all the time, and there is a Brio in Arizona; so we decided to stop in today because I was craving the Chicken Milanese :)
We made a reservation and noted that we wanted to be on the patio. Their patio is large two different areas) and they have heaters to ward off the chill.
Service was really good, seemed safe, and we enjoyed the ambiance.
Of course; my chicken Milanese was good, and hubby had the chicken Marsala. He gave it a B for flavor, texture and the asparagus that came with it was mediocre.
I was really disappointed that they force you to order a dinner size portion on Sunday's. I certainly cannot eat that much food; so it goes to waste. Certainly; in this day of excessive obesity, this policy should be revisited. Crazy to force feed everyone.
So 'lunch' was $90 before tip- two entries, two glasses of wine and one beer. Lots leftover.
The menu significantly changed. A lot of our favorites were no longer there because of a change in ownership. The food just wasn't as good as it used to be.
Birthday They were very accommodating and we were able to light the candles with one of our cakes at the location
It’s hard to review during Covid, but after this experience I’m not likely to eat out again until it’s over. It was a Saturday night, expected it to be busier, but did not expect the amount of people that were there. That said, our service was very slow. She came by but the time between was lengthy. Even with a much reduced menu, our food took nearly 45 minutes to arrive and when it did, only half the table was served and it was cold. The rest arrived 10 minutes later - this time the kids meals were hot but the adults meals were still cold. The food was good, just not enjoyable because of the experience and temperature. We went next door for dessert because we figured it could be an hour before getting anything else, and it was now late.
They sit Open Table reservations next to the kitchen. Very very noisy with dishes clanging. They could have selected the tables better and NOT sit anyone in the table by the kitchen and serving area. Disappointed, one of our favorite places.
It’s always a good idea to stop by at BRIO in San Tan, good value for money especially when using a $20 email voucher towards your check. So we had the lobster bisque (4 out of 5 stars), scampi fettuccine 4/5, carpaccio 4,5/5 , chicken limone (my favorite) 4.75/5 and a tiramisu 3/5. Drinks were nice and service was ok. Would return anytime.
The salmon with roasted veggie, and, balsamic is terrific
Great outdoor dining, friendly service. Very accommodating.
Fabulous waitress, Abby took care of the timing we requested for pacing our meal. Very nice evening.
It was all around good
It took nearly 30 minutes after we ordered, to receive our food. The server said that the kitchen was busy, but the table that was seated three minutes before us, was done eating and putting their food in to go boxes, before we had even received our food. I knew something was up, because the server kept avoiding our table, as she was tending to her other tables. It was almost like she did not want to have to explain to us why our food was taking so long.
I ordered the Gorgonzola crusted beef medallions. I told the waitress that, in the past, they allowed me to substitute a side of pasta for one of the sides that normally comes with the meal. She said that would be no problem. I asked for angel hair pasta with Bolognese sauce. She said there might be a slight up charge for the Bolognese sauce, which I said was fine with me. When we received our bill, I was charged eight dollars for a child’s order of spaghetti Bolognese. My entrée was $20 to begin with. So eight dollars is more than a slight up charge. I don’t think I would’ve had a problem with that, if I had gotten the pasta, in addition to the other side dishes. But I was substituting, so I did not expect to be charged that much, for a substitute.
We typically go to brio for happy hour, as they have six dollar burgers and flatbread pizzas, in addition to six dollar cocktails. That is always a good value. I think we will just stick to happy hour, from now on.
Dessert portions were rather small. We had a mixed drink, and the whole glass was filled with ice. Maybe 1/4 of the glass was beverage. But overall, a good dining experience.
The food was alright but much lower quality than I expect for the price.
Christmas Eve Dinner with the family.
Food ok, service 1 out of 10 . Never got our 2nd drink order. Waitress added another party’s tab to our bill... it was another $100 not sure how she missed it.. took awhile to get sorted out.
Good, best lasagna!!
Our server Val made our experience too notch!
We dine here every year around Christmas; the food is always great, service impeccable and we like the location!
Great food, customer service, outside dining was good.
