    Overall great experience. The dining room lights could be dimmed a bit more for dinner. Service was great and the lasagna, best we’ve had in a restaurant.

    Food average, service by Val was great. Our issue was making a 7pm reservation 2 weeks ago, being seated at 7:45, served at 8:30pm. The waiting area cleared 2x before we were seated. I wondered if my race was not light enough. Still wondering.

    This location has the slowest service of any restaurant I’ve ever been to. I’ve been there at different times of the year and it’s always the same. I was reluctant to go back, but we needed to go out for Christmas and it was one of the only places open. I also had a coupon that came in the mail, but I knew it would be slow. We had a 630 reservation didn’t get our food till 8 PM. We saw our waiter twice. We had to hunt someone down to get a check and then to get our card back. The waiter never came back. There was no manager evident in the restaurant at all. They were allowing people to stay at tables way too long even though there was a huge back up in the waiting area. You could see the kitchen was putting out food and a dozen plates were up there waiting to be picked up and kept sitting there. Our food was barely warm when we got it because it sits out so long before anyone brings it to you. Picking up hot food is not seem to be a priority at this place. Poor training program , bad time management and lack of management supervision is to blame. We will never be back… We learned our lesson at this place!

    Made a reservation and wait was too long. Took15 minutes to be acknowledged once seated. Took another 10 minutes for water. Wine ordered was out. Ice tea out. Food took an hour because kitchen was backed up and then they lost our food order paper ticket. Service was horrible. Seemed like a major lack of leadership here. First and last time visiting.

    Our Christmas dinner, was great. It was extremely busy so service was slow. Not our server she was great but all the food came out cold. We did not complain but it was wasn’t as good as Brio normally is.

    We were sat 45 min after our reservation time while we watched multiple tables sit empty the entire time waiting for others. Water took 20 min. Main dishes took 30+ min and were served cold. I spoke with.a manager and our food was comp’d, but overall experience was still horrible. I know it was Christmas and staff was probably short, but if that’s the case, don’t over-book the restaurant.

    We definitely noticed the difference in price vs the amount of food received. Makes eating out less enjoyable. Wait staff was great as always. Kitchen needs to work on presentation. Two people at my table order the exact same item and it was completely different in appearance. Food was good despite the lesser amount of food.

    Was a truly lovely Christmas dinner. Thank you for being open to make such a wonderful feast. I have always loved this restaurant for many years. Keep doing a great job!
