   I have always been more than happy at Brio on other visits and that’s why I chose Brio for my wife’s birthday celebration. This year her birthday fell on Easter and it appears kitchen staffing was a problem today. Plenty of wait staff and they were friendly and attentive. I didn’t track the time exactly but entrees were very slow, and arrived at the table warm, but definitely not hot. Overall experience was good, but not great as I had come to expect.

   We sat outside, the tables around us were dirty. No utensils, no bread plate. The chicken was dry and not good at all. Very disappointing, the food is usually really good.

    Waiting for over an hour for sub par food, steaks had no flavor, tasted like meat, the pasta sauce was runny, the lasagna was burnt on the bottom. Very disappointed for the price point. The only thing good was the sourdough bread. The manager was not helpful at all. Probably won’t eat here again.
