El BRIO (palabra italiana que significa "animado" o "lleno de vida") es un restaurante informal y elegante especializado en gastronomía típica del norte de Italia.     Unfortunately, this place has doubled in price. Certainly won't be back. It's not THAT good. I used to love coming here but it's outlandish to think the bill for 2 adults and 1 child with no apps and 1 glass of wine is $150. It's not Eddie Merlots or Jeff Ruby's.

    We had not been to Brios in awhile and thought Italian food sounded good. Food quality was terrible and the waiter was just as bad. We went on Saturday and ordered two items on the brunch menu but amount charged on our bill was higher than on the menu. When we asked the waiter about it he said “oh I charged off the dinner menu” then didn’t make the adjustment and charged our credit card. We had two children with us and when we asked for a children’s menu he brought them so the kids could color however he said if we order a kids meal to know that the menu has $8 but the new price is $11! Food wasn’t even good!!! I know why they weren’t busy…would not be surprised if they close! Very disappointing!!

From being overcharged for brunch items and not receiving an adjustment, to unclear and inconsistent pricing on the children’s menu, and poor food quality—it’s understandable why you left feeling frustrated. Service should be attentive, transparent, and accurate, especially when dining with children, and we apologize that this was not the case.     I would rate this experience a 7/10. Friendly staff. There was 2 issues with the food my aunt ordered. 1st the lamb chops were burnt then 2nd the next plate came out undercooked. Management replaced plate and everything tasted delicious. I had lasagna and I rate it a 10/10. I loved it.

    The food was fine but we arrived at noon. I asked my server for the brunch menu and she said brunch ended at noon. We ordered off of the dinner menu even though we made this mother’s day reservation specifically for brunch. As we finished our good, we saw a table near us being served brunch food at 12:45. We asked our server about it and she said as long as you are sat by 12:30, customers could order brunch which totally contradicts what she told us before. We stated that we were here at noon and she just walked away. After this experience and a terrible experience at Easter, we will not be back.

    We went to your Restaurant for Mothers Day. We had (14) so not an easy find on Restaurants. The food and service were top notch. Had been in a while was very pleased.

    We go to this Brio often, and we love it. We were particularly impressed by how well they handled the Easter Sunday brunch, including a special brunch menu, and also how well they accommodated guests during a "full house."
