Met family for nice quiet meal. Food was delicious, and the waitress was very friendly we badly s as no efficient. She kept the beverage refills coming, too.
Thank you for sharing such complimentary feedback about our team. We look forward to serving you again soon!
Met my parents halfway from Cleveland and cincinnati. 11:15 reservations - restaurant opened at 11 am - bathroom was DISGUSTING! Definitely not cleaned from the night before. Awful
Restaurant was just not clean - the host didn’t even give the correct directions to the restrooms!
We appreciate you for taking the time to write this review as our customer's feedback is very important to us. We will be sure to share this experience with our team in an effort to improve future guest experiences.
Service was extremely slow and we had to ask multiple times for silverware.
We appreciate your feedback and thank you for bringing these opportunities for improvement to our attention. We will undoubtedly pass your feedback to the management team
Nice evening at Brio. Our server was excellent. We appreciated having a night out and everything being top-Notch. Thank you Brio!
We love to hear how much you enjoyed dining with us at Brio Italian Grille. We look forward to welcoming you back again soon!
My wife and I celebrated our anniversary here and we both were very happy with the food and atmosphere. We will be back.
Thank you for celebrating your special day with us! We wish you many more years together and look forward to seeing you again.
Food was delicious! Service was good, just ran out of drinks a couple of times. Seemed to be noisy the night we went, unlike usual!
Thank you! We look forward to welcoming you back to Brio Italian Grille soon.
Most diners were outside due to pandemic. Inside dining was extremely quiet. Server was very attentive, but not intrusive. Food was delivered timely and prepared as requested. Overall, a very enjoyable evening.
Thank you for that glowing review. We pride ourselves in providing excellent food & service to our guests and we're happy to see that reflected in your experience with us. We'll see you again soon.
Everything was fabulous including the wait staff. We were a little disappointed that we didn’t get our free pasta meal!
Thank you Paula! We hope to serve you again soon.
Nice place to stop after shopping. We got the take home pasta special, so that a nice treat!
Thank you for dining with us Jeremy! We're glad you enjoyed our take home special and look forward to serving you again soon.
Service was great. Food was good.
Thank you! We hope to serve you again soon.
It was great
Thank you! Come back again soon.
Understanding COVID affects all things.
Food menu items were changed in how they were prepared and not for the better, and portions much smaller (except for Lasagna).
Wait staff did not clear dishes, even with multiple visits to the table.
The food was more what I expected from Olive Garden than one of my favorite restaurants.
Our service was outstanding and the ambiance was great. Two of our party of five ordered the Pasta Brio and were unhappy with it. There was too much pasta and not enough sauce, chicken and mushrooms. Everyone else was pleased with their food.
We apologize the meal did not meet your expectations. Our guests' feedback is highly valuable to us as we utilize it for improvement in our guests' experience. Thank you for reaching out to us.
Nice evening on the patio. Service and food was great.
Nice place, good food , friendly staff, I would recommend it.
Great as always!
Great management of social distancing and food was good. The restaurant didn’t have a busy crowd but our service was slow and not very attentive. Greeter was friendly and engaging, though did not acknowledge that we were there for a special occasion (anniversary) even though I noted this on the reservation detail. I was very happy with how they set up for social distancing while not compromising the ambiance.
This is one of our favorite places to eat and we will return.
Though relatively emply due to the virus, service was extremely slow to start. Normally they take your drink order right away, but this time it took about 15 minutes before they got around to us. After that, service improved dramatically.
Food good. Price not too bad.
It was great.
Great reception when we arrived. We were seated quickly and the waiter was attentive! Food was amazing!
The steaks were cooked perfectly and the service was exceptional. The only issue was the restaurants as very cold.
We like Brio and the food that we had was good. The reason the rating is lowered? Even though the online menu indicated they offered 'brunch' food (i.e. breakfast type food), when we were given the menu, this was not the case and that brunch food has been taken off the menu for the time being. We were all disappointed in that because we were all planning on ordering brunch food. We made do (Father's Day and all), but I believe that restaurants need to take the effort in making sure that what they have online is actually what they are offering in the restaurants.
It was a very nice evening. Very good service too.
This was the first visit to this Brio location. Everything was the best!
The attention to detail because of the Corona Virus was handled in a top notch way.
Great service; delicious food. Courteous and attentive service.
Brio is easy. Easy to get to, easy to get from. The decor and layout is easy and relaxing. The food is imaginative and delicious.
Very. casual but elegant atmosphere. Good food and prices reasonable for the level of cuisine
The server & chef worked together to accommodate my low salt diet.
Good experience overall, would have been great if the waiter had applied the opentable coupon.
The food portions were small for the price they charged but was very tasty. The table we sat at had very poor lighting and was difficult to read the menu.
Service was good and food was good.
Great food great service!
We had a great time. With the happy hour at at the bar and the bar being open to restaurant and the restaurant not being busy... the drinkers are distracting.
But we had a great dinner with great friends
Food was subpar. Some of it barely eatable. We have gift cards and still wont go back
Food and service were great. It was a little noisy
An enjoyable evening with friends and a booth which gave us a little bit more room and a feeling of privacy. Our server was attentive but not overly and we enjoyed the food and atmosphere.
BRIO is normally our go to joint when we can’t decide a place to go. Last time we went it was great. This time not so much. Our server just didn’t seem to care. Sadly,we have had her before with the same reception so at least we knew what to expect. I had to ask what the fish of the day was then next I had to ask the soup of the day. I felt like I was bothering her. We placed our orders with no special request. Wedge salad as a starter with one stuffed chicken parm order and a breaded chicken with pasta. Salad never came but are meals came out looking great. My husbands side of pasta was coated in red pepper flakes to the point he had to stop eating it because his lips were red from the heat. This is a man that loves atomic wings and eats them like no big deal. We both hoped for a side of sauce since the chicken was a lil dry. I was over half finished with one piece of chicken when our server came with the salad. I told her that was ok and we would pass on that. She never returned until we were finished. So no extra sauce and no point discussing the red flake pasta. It truly wasn’t a big deal. She then brought a molten cake dessert to “make up for the salad situation.” OK that was nice but not necessary. My husband took a bite looked at me oddly and asked what is this? I took a bite and thought this is an odd dessert. I then asked my server “what is this we are eating?” She replied “why don’t you like it? It’s Molten cake!” I didn’t bother to reply honestly and let her know it was almost frozen in the middle, hence why we were asking what it was. It tasted ok, strange and rich, but ok I just didn’t know what this chunk of choc was I was biting into. Point being, it was an off night at Brio. I wouldn’t expect anything different Valentines weekend. We will of course be back but not for awhile! Everyone has off days or nights. This location is normally spot on and if you can sit at the bar do it! The bartenders are fantastic and provide great service.
Enjoyed our family date night out to celebrate a late Valentine’s Day dinner!
Our server was very good. The food for the price was not so great.
