    I ordered the berries & cream french toast which came out cold. I started eating it but it wasn't even luke warm. I had the waitress take it back to warm it up and she told me that the toast gets heated up in the pizza oven since it's frozen. Then I guess they add the filling and fruit. It took forever for it to come back....it was warm but they left the fruit topping off probably figuring that's what made it cold. Every time I have ordered the french toast it comes out just warm....never hot. I usually tell the to please make sure it's hot. No manager ever showed up and I never see a manager in this location. The waitress should have told the manager and the manager should have done something. Poor customer service.

    Difficult night for Brio... Not enough staff to care for 1/2 occupancy Sat Dinner hour. Hostess was doing her job and delaying seating times, but Open Table got us right in when it probably shouldn't have. They simply could not care for the tables without a serious struggle. Meal was fantastic once we got it... Also delivered by the Chef who was trying to help out.

    I had the grilled chicken Marsala that comes with mashed potatoes and asparagus. It was delicious and the potatoes were good with the sauce, but I expected the asparagus to be cooked more.

    Brio appears to be terribly understaffed…..took 20 minutes before the waitress came to our table… in fairness to her, she was covering table all over the restaurant. Food came out 45 minutes after we placed our order, and it had clearly been sitting under the heat lamps for some time…..it was luke warm at best.

    The service was non-existence. We had to request water, multiple times. meals were brought in separately so first served were cold. We ha plate set ups for bread but ended up having to ask the hostess multiple times to bring items, like bread, because the waitress disappeared. After having to ask for dessert menus and telling the waitress we were celebrating a birthday, one dessert was not bought , the birthday dessert was charged after we were told the birthday dessert would be free. We had to double check with the hostess to ensure our Open Table reservation was credited for the points.

    Some food was good others not so good. Our server was subpar. There were many items that we asked for that we never received. Bread- never received. More water- never received. Parmesan cheese- the waitress told us that we were going to have to be patient. They were short staffed and she had to wait for the chef to cut the cheese. So we never got it. She was cold and very unfriendly. I only ate a little of my salty scallop & shrimp risotto. Yet I did not ask for a doggy bag.

    It was a lovely warm evening and we elected to eat outside on the patio. It was more than 20 minutes before we were greeted by anyone. Poor service continued throughout the evening. We were forgotten.

    The food was fantastic but I must say, the service wasn’t great. I got the Brio Pasta which was delicious but when I ordered it the Waitress said, “Soup or salad?” Thinking that this side would be free, I said salad. Later that night when I got my check I was fully aware of how much my meal would cost (I would never argue a price when I walked into a restaurant knowing it would be expensive). But my total was around $35 it included a drink, my meal, and a $7.99 side salad-one that I thought was free. I stopped and asked the waitress politely, “I just have a quick question, I thought the side salad came with the meal?” And she responded in a kind of condescending way, “It doesn’t say that on the menu.” I didn’t want to be a pain so I just ended up paying for it but to conclude this my main complaint is that she didn’t say “Would you like to ADD a side soup or salad” she merely just said “Soup or salad?” Implying that it came with the meal. So my only warning to those who may dine there: the sides are don’t come with the meal.

    We were able to get an outdoor table which would’ve been great if it weren’t for all the gnats that were attracted to our food. There’s got to be something done with candles, or not being close to the shrubbery, that would help of make the experience better.

    Overall we had a good, not great, experience. We've been to this location numerous times. The Lobster Bisque was lukewarm, not hot. I think it was sitting out for a long time before the server brought it. Our server also brought out lamb chops instead of what we ordered (pork chops). Because of this, we had to wait for them to make the pork chops, which meant everyone else at the table was done eating by the time the pork chops came out. Then she accidentally left the lamb chops on the bill, which we had to point out to her. Attention to detail from our server didn't seem to be a priority on this particular visit. Hopefully, this was just a one-time thing here and not a trend of "so-so" service which seems to be occurring at so many other restaurants.

    We waited forever to get drinks, ordered 2 appetizers, one was Luke warm, the other the chips were stale. Asked for some fresh chips and all they had was a different kind, they were fresh. Our Cesar salads tasted as if they were made with 2 day old lettuce. Croutons were soggy. Waited for entrees and they were OK. At this point we had been there for over an hr. Got boxes for rest of the meal, paid & left. Pretty poor service when there was only about 5 other tables sat in the entire restaurant. Probably not going back.

    Great table in a great atmosphere. The beef medallions and chicken limone are always great, too, but for some reason it is extremely difficult to get them to add any of that delicious sauce to the meager amount provided. We requested extra sauce when we ordered, but to no avail. And I have to say, the broccolini was a bit tough. Still, the flavors are too good not to go back. This is one of our favorite restaurants.

    Nice business meeting. New waiter was too busy zooming the girls in the back to offer drink refills or ask if we were ready for the bill. I had to break up his convo to get the bill and my business partner had to leave thirsty. Still tipped him, but I don’t expect he will have the job very long.

    Admittedly, we were there on Mother’s Day, but the whole experience was rather average. The major complaint was the food, truly average. We all had pastas and they were less that hot and the sauces mostly non existent. Piping hot Ragu on noodles would have been improvement. The Bolognese was truly in short supply. But the bread was good. Our poor server tried but truly seemed worn out and could remember what we asked for during the meal. Probably will not do Brio again. Just too many Italian options out there.

    We were there for two hours and had almost no interaction with our server. I had to go to the bar multiple times for drink refills and asked anyone who would walk by if they could help up. No one did. People who arrived after we ordered our food received theirs before us. Food did not come out correctly

    Mothers Day brunch for the family. The food was excellent. Seasoned very well and tasted great. Our server was attentive even as the restaurant was slammed for the holiday with every table full and people waiting outside. I had lobster bisque which was very flavorful but could use some actual lobster meat. My entree of lobster and shrimp fettuccine was delicious. Wife had steak and eggs which came out cold. The kitchen refired the entree and it was perfect. Kids had spaghetti, fettuccine and pasta bravo. All eaten with gusto. Food was slow to come out of the kitchen because of how busy they were. Took about 45 minutes to get entrees, but we expected a wait on Mother’s Day. Food seemed much more flavorful than prior visits. We will return.

    Waited for Food for an hour. Everyone around our table received food and they were seated 20-30mins after my family. It was Mothers day and my wife was completely disappointed. When the food did arrive the French toast was stale and eggs were as cold as ice. We go to Brio at Easton and we wanted to try Brio at Polaris which was a very bad idea will never go back. Sticking to Brio in Easton 5 stars for Easton Brio every time.

    There were two hostess standing and the desk when I arrived. One was addressing a customer and the other stood there next to her. The one who was just standing there never acknowledged me until the other hostess did. She then continued to look at me as if I was a bother while the other hostess looked up my reservation and proceeded to seat me. Her overall attitude was bad.

    We came in a quiet time of the day, so we had no problem with noise level, and staff was very attentive. Had a fairly large table with a few more difficult orders, and everyone was delighted with their meal.

    Brio is one of our favorite dine-in restaurants in this city and our family, which has significant diversity in taste for various dishes, can always find wonderful choices for each family member. This particular dinner was a birthday celebration, which was communicated to Open Table but apparently not passed along to Brio or perhaps was just not noticed by the restaurant. Nevertheless, we had a wonder time.

    We came in to taste the food prior to our event, rehearsal dinner, on August 4th. We wanted to try a few items that we'll have served on that date, but many items were not on the menu. The food was delicious, thank you. The atmosphere was nice. Our server was training someone, but I must say that he was not very attentive - slow to bring drinks and we had to ask for bread. We are looking forward to our event, thank you!
