Everything was great, except I think our server was new. He did not introduce himself to us and he seemed bewildered when he would talk with us. He wasn't very attentive. We did enjoy our meal though.

Like many places, Brio was short-staffed. This has to be hard as we saw empty tables and not because there weren't people to seat there, but because there were not enough servers. The hostess was bombarded but did a great job of recognizing everyone and addressing the delay in getting to them. She was also having to run back and forth with carry out orders.

Our service was great and the food was delicious and came out quickly.

It was just extremely warm in the restaurant and my salad came with my lasagna even though other’s at my table received their’s to enjoy before their entree. Other than that, everything else was great.

Lobster bisque is excellent. Good service. Valet parking closes at 8:30- too early for most diners.

It’s sad as this has been a favorite of ours for years. This place, for being located in an upscale mall is really run down! The booth they put us in has many large rips and holes in it. There were only about 10 tables worth of people in the place and it took over 35 minutes to get a salad. The waitress was very nice, but disappeared for 30 minutes at a time. Food was good, but not worth the price any longer. The manager walked by a few times and would not even make eye contact. It’s like they have left this place to die! It’s really sad considering how good this used to be!

poor management, poor communications was seated without service for 30 minutes while new and arriving booths were seated, SERVED WATERS AND BREAD.... WE hadn't even been greeted. we had reservations. others were walk ins. go figure. we planned on sitting with a bottle of wine and food. WILL NEVER RETURN. manager never even apologized or talked with us after we got up and went to tell a bar tender!!!

Dinner took an unbelievable amount of time. Our waitress forgot to put in our food. Never apologized. The people we were with had to eat their food while we were still waiting on our food making it a very uncomfortable dinner. When we finally got our food it wasn’t even correct.

It was ok, our waiter tried but it was not very pleasurable. We waited 20 minutes for our drinks and an additional 10 minutes to have our order taken, when our drinks were delivered we asked if we could order and he said to give him a minute then proceeded to take the orders of two other tables before coming back, one of them being a table that was for certain seated after we were. I opted to just get a dinner, no salad or starter as we were Thinking we may be late for the show we were in town to see. Overall not a good experience for dinner, had a much better experience for lunch mid summer.

Brio is a family favorite. We made reservations and got their few minutes early. No one at the host desk with plenty of people waiting some with reservations some walk ins, and few for a party.

One manager playing host, recirculating tables, serving food from the kitchen and responding to questions.

Table was totally empty (no silverware, salt, pepper, candle, etc. They were out of children accessories (coloring crayons). We had to ask for children menu despite writing a comment during reservation about two children.

Drinks were ok but presentation suffered from understaffing.
Kids drinks came in foam cups with the wrong lids so we had to pay attention all dinner to avoid unintentional spillage.
They were out of one kind of bread and bread tray looked like the one you get from a scaled down restaurant.

The manager told me they are ok with staffing now when I asked him!!!

The food was as good as ever and the manager made a point to check that we liked it.

Basically the food quality wasn’t affected but we felt this was a washed down restaurant from what we are used to for the last 15 years.

Only one waiter and restaurant was dirty. Felt for only guy working. Saw manager when we walked in but he never helped the waiter. Will not go back to Polaris brio.

Terrible.. at restaurant told only reservation was 8
Open table had one for 7:30 when I told the hostess she was very mean and irritated
Manager had to accommodate
Sat for 15 minutes waiting to be greeted
Took an additional 15 to get wine
Then salad was 20 minutes after we ordered
Foot was cold and had been sitting
It was a waste of money and my time!!

Food was excellent and server was very friendly and nice to our two young kids, but overall service was slow and requests for a couple items were forgotten and had to be repeated. I think they may be understaffed so consider that before you go.

Service was very slow. Raspberries on the French toast were moldy. Lobster ravioli appetizer was cold (literally - not fully warmed from being frozen).

Our waiter was wonderful – – polite, caring, and hard-working. However, it was disappointing that we did not have outdoor seating, when we had made a reservation and requested that. We were told that they don’t take reservations for outdoor seating because they can never be sure of staffing. I would suggest that you not allow that to be a request on your website.

Normally a great experience however tonight not so much. Our server had a 10 top,6 top5 top and three 2 tops all at once he did not have a fighting chance. I understand your are short staffed, however you just cannot seat every table at once in one section

Brio is great for a date night. Great atmosphere and really good food at decent prices. This experience was less so this time due to service. I take into consideration maybe the server was new, overwhelmed, etc.; however, the server gave great attention to the 2 tables near us. The server actually forgot if he took out order and came over to ask us - by then we decided to skip the appetizer and just do an add on salad. Funny thing, the server was so rushed he never even asked if we wanted to add a salad so we just skipped that too. Our meals arrived soon after and I asked for grated cheese and water refills which were not done. After awhile he came to check on us and realized he never brought water or cheese.

Menu seems a bit simplified since COVID but that makes sense. I miss the Romano crusted chicken salad. Also miss the insalada de la casa. Service was very good.

Dined in on a Saturday night. Food was great and dining room very nice. Service was friendly but slow and the noise level was very loud. Would still go back but probably during the week when it’s quieter.

We're huge fans of Brio, but this was our first trip to the location at Polaris, I was surprised when we arrived that the restaurant was mostly empty since the other locations I've been to have always been very busy. We were promptly seated and the waiter appeared but then disappeared. He came back about 20 mins later to take our drink order and we requested the bread that's always on the table at other locations and he said he'd bring it but then he disappeared for another 20 mins. Long story short I think he was either trying to socially distance himself from his tables or was working remotely from the smoke break location. Lunch in an empty restaurant took over 2 hours and we had to go find another server to get drinks, or to get ours to bring the bill so we could pay the check. We asked for quicker service when we sat down because one of our group had to go to another event. I'm not normally one to complain but there should be a little bit of service if I'm paying $150 for lunch. We'll be sticking to the Easton location from now on.

The food was excellent as always. The service was lacking after the orders were taken. Delivery time was good. But ten minutes later we had to go looking for a server to provide grated cheese and additional bread. It was not crowded so better attention needs to be paid.

Three people dining. Waiter and service was terrible. Did not offer to bring more bread but just took the basket. Asked if we were done with the appetizer with some left on the plate. Brought one of our dinners out first. It was at least 10 minutes later until anyone went by our table when our waiter finally came up and asked “is there anything else I can get for you guys?” I then had to tell him that the other two of us would like our dinners so that he could get that. No apology was offered. No acknowledgment of a mistake made or any urgency to remedy the issue. He casually went back and brought our meals a couple of minutes later. It was very obvious the food had been sitting under a heat lamp for a long time. Good was dried and hard and plates very hot. I had ordered a meal that I have eaten there before which is my favorite so I know how it is supposed to taste. Took quite awhile to bring our bill which was a plain receipt laid loosely on the table. The most attentive our waiter was was when he kept watching for me to get my card out to pay. He took it quickly and brought back the one for me to sign with still not one mention of how long we waited. I brought this all to his attention after which he proceeded to make excuses for the poor service. I again told him that doesn’t excuse him not acknowledging it or apologizing. He then finally said he was sorry. For spending $100 on dinner for three people (with no alcoholic beverages) I would expect better service than this.
Additionally, our booth was near the bar where they decided to fill up their ice machine during our dinner for at least 5-7 minutes which was extremely loud.
