    Make sure to check your bill before paying. I was charged for two beers when I only had one. My wife got an extra $10 charge for chicken on her salad which she did not order. Chicken was added to my meal (for an additional charge) when I did not order it that way. I also ordered a side dish of spaghetti which was suppose to be included in my meal. I never got it. It was a verry disappointing Father's Day meal.

    Absolutely fabulous service and food! All of our entrees were great.....consisting of the salmon, beef medallions, lobster and shrimp pasta, and eggplant with shrimp. Three of us ordered the salmon, savoring each delicious bite! Our waiter was unbelievably the greatest ever! My nephew tipped him 30% of our dinner tab. The noise at Brio's is still on the louder side, most likely due to friends and family enjoying the amazing food and so happy to be together on a Friday night!

    When I book the reservation, I indicated that it was a special milestone birthday celebration. This was never acknowledged by any of the staff at the restaurant, which was very disappointing. Food was good.  server forgot to refill my beverage, and brought me one to-go, but it was too late to have it for the end of the meal. :(

    I ordered a special they had with risotto and braised beef. The meat wasn't tender and it came in chunks. I guess I expected shredded beef. My husband ordered pasta with just butter and lemon on it. That was very dry. A glass of Prosecco was $11. Thought that was too expensive, but then all drinks when you go out are way overpriced including salads.

    Brio used to be a wonderful dining experience, but now it seems very expensive for what you are getting. The food was okay, but not worth the price. My husband had the spaghetti. I think it was $25 for a small portion of spaghetti that was no better than what could have been made at home. I had the beef medallions. Again, the medallions were okay, but not great. The restaurant itself is looking rundown, even to the point of ripped fabric in the booths. The drapery on the ceiling looks dingy. Brio is beginning to feel like an overpriced Olive Garden. We could have had a much better meal for the price. The server, however, was wonderful.

    BRIO offers a wide variety of menu choices; meat, chicken, seafoods, and pasta dishes. I had the Chicken Spinach Fettuccine and my friend had Lasagna. We both enjoyed our entrees. Wine list is very good. Our service was excellent.

    Overall experience was very poor. Bread basket had bread that was hard. Like it had been sitting or overcooked. Food took a very long time to arrive and one of the meals was awful. Chopped salad with shrimp. The salad seemed to have been sitting for some time as lettuce was soggy and 5 small shrimp were on the side of the plate. Served was mediocre. She could see the salad hadn’t been eaten and didn’t offer to replace or refund. We had to ask for it to be removed. This is the 2nd time at a Brio in 6 months and I’ll never go back. Both were poor experiences and there are too many other choices of good restaurants in columbus oh.
