    We were disappointed that we couldn’t sit on the patio facing the fountains due to an event. If we knew that we would have come a different day. But Eric was great and the food was great as always!

    The restaurant has fruit flies. When brought to the servers attention she seemed dismissive and unconcerned. I’ve had better service at Bob Evans. No drink refills except water. Chicken was so thin and bland. The lobster bisque was decent.

    We used to love Brio at Easton. This last experience was less than good. Food was fine but for the money, not worth it. Service was downright terrible, basically nonexistent.

    Overall this was just an average experience. Service was great. Food was not so much. Lemon chicken was bland. Brocolini was hard. Salad was subpar. Oh, restrooms need a lot of attention. Old crumbly floors and not clean.

    We've ate here many times and this visit was the worst ever. Server was un attentive the entire time. Steak was ordered medium and came out double well done. Had to ask for more water. Never offered another glass of wine. Horrible service.

    Very disappointed this visit. Server was very rushed, barely allowed us to tell him our orders before running off and put off if we asked a question. Food was mediocre, and not hot, not to mention overpriced. Wont be back

    Brio is one of our favorite places to eat--especially for Sunday Brunch. This time, though, my poached eggs were soft and runny. I sent them back and then they were cooked fine. Our server was very good and apologized for the eggs even though it was not her fault. We will return again. The Lobster Bisque at Brio is top rate.

    It was a nice day for patio seating for me and a friend that haven't been together for quite a while. I had the shrimp risotto side dish and it was excellent. My friend had the chicken and strawberry salad and she loved it. There was an issue with a coupon that I received the day before by text. The manager said it was expired and she gave me 20% off, which was nice, but it was supposed to be a BOGO. I can't imagine how a coupon can expire so quickly.

    Disappointed. Service was ok but good came very slow. Waited several minutes to order drinks bread came to the table slowly. Appetizers were on Tim but the meal lagged terribly. About 30 minutes after apps were finished. My steak was over cooked wife’s salad made her sick on ride home. We ordered cannolis to go waited 15 minutes for them only to have them half filled with no chocolate chips. A once proud restaurant has lost me as a customer for good.

    The ambience and service were excellent. Fortunately, they were accommodating to our late arrival because we were running behind. We did not get an outdoor spot as a result, but appreciated them still squeezing us in. The mushroom ravioli was wonderful and I highly recommend it. It was also plated beautifully. As good as that was, the chicken marsala was just the opposite. One of the worst dishes I've had anywhere. It was like a boiled piece of white chicken with some sauce on top and a tiny ice cream scoop of bland mash potatoes. Really bad.

    Service was fine. Calamari was bland and “rubbery.” Dinner portions were large. My husband did not care for the lasagna at all. He did enjoy the lobster bisque he had. I had the sausage rigatoni and it was fine, but not great. Bread that accompanied the meal was cold and hard.

    Food was fine for a chain restaurant. I had indicated on the 7pm reservation that this was a 20 year anniversary of a first date. We were seated against the wall in the corner of the restaurant, was not asked if we were celebrating nor was there any indication that the reservation was read. Food came out very quickly. Drinks came slowly. I was halfway through my entrée before the drink arrived. The entire meal felt rushed. We were done with dinner within 60 minutes of arriving and the restaurant was fairly empty when we left. There was nothing special about the experience.

    Not my first pick of the many good restaurants at Easton, but we were meeting friends who wanted to try it. We had a very lovely meal and all enjoyed our food. Generally good food, and our service was okay, but in my opinion, service (our server did not seem knowledgeable at all about the menu or able to answer any of our questions and made no effort to try to find out and and one of the food runners was straight-up rude), food quality and portions do not align with the price point space in which they're trying to operate. If you try it you'll probably like it, really can't say that this or any of our other visits here have been negative, but at least for me there are better options in the area.

    I typically enjoy eating at Brio however last night's (6/27/23) was far below the standards I have come to expect. While the restaurant was busy for a Tuesday night, it was far from overwhelming however the server was extremely slow and not very attentive. For example, she never offered to refill our waters even though most were empty when our salads were served and when we requested refills she returned with one glass after about a 10 minute wait. Additionally, our wine orders sat on the bar for over 20 minutes before they were delivered to our table. Regarding the food, our calamari was the toughest /chewiest squid I have ever experienced. When our entrees were served after a longer than normal wait, all were below what I would consider an acceptable temperature. The three pasta dishes were warm at best and my chicken caprese was cold. Because my three companions were very hungry and OK with the warm pasta we decided to go with it and eat what was served. As a matter of fact, the salads were the most redeeming thing about the meal. When are server finally returned to check on us, we informed her that the food was cold and her response was that she would talk to the manager about taking something of the bill as if she was just going through the motions to appease us. I told her that was not the intent of the feedback and paid the check. Like I said, this is not typical of Brio so I will give them the benefit of a doubt and dine there again in the future.

    It was a nice evening out, however, a couple of things I did not care for: the lessened portions, and the specific dish I usually order had a watery appeal to it.. the sauce lacked its thicker consistency which altered the overall taste. For such menu prices, one would only expect quality and quantity.
