    we used to always love brio we went there yesterday and it was really lousy.the guy who seated us was very rude he was too busy bs,ing with another guy before he go to us,seated to the outside of the dining room where there was only 1 server working the area with a empty place took forever to get served the food was bad when we finally got it all we had was a salad and soup we have been there many times before and i am not sure we wanjt to go back again when we go to cherokee we would rather go outside to a fast food plce to get something to eat

    The waiter was hard to find. We ordered a salad. The waiter brought it about 15 minutes later. He then took our order. We did not even see him for 15 minutes. Not offered Parmesan cheese. Took along time to get bill. He was more interested in being social with hostess.

    The food was good. My seating sucked! The outer patio area where I was seated, had wobbly hard chairs. Though I was early for my reservation, I was seated 15 minutes after set time.

    The young man at the counter who sat us was a local buy and very friendly! Gio was great and very attentive. The potatoes were over cooked and crunchy. The asparagus had no flavor! Had the filet but substituted the beans for asparagus I may have stuck to the beans.

    no hostess, wait more than 15 min even reservation. The cooked food was lined up to deliver to customer, but not enough server to deliver. When it was delivered to table , the food was not hot an more just warm. bad experience

    Food was great. Server was slow, waited for 15 minutes to be acknowledged after we were seated. My husband had to ask for his glass of wine three times, my water glass was never refilled. Server never came back to check on us after food was brought out, very few people in restaurant, server only had three tables. Always have had great service here, maybe just an off day. We will be back though.

    Food was really good. I would have given this 5 stars but it seems every time I come to this location for dinner they are always out of their flatbread pizzas and they will not take the time to make one.

    I ordered the Wedge Salad and Lasagna, both were wonderful and we had plenty to take home. They partially sliced the bread which I appreciated very much because it makes it easier to share.

    This was the first trip here since Covid. We had a reservation and learned they only take those with reservations. That seems to be a casino wide issue too. Not just Brio. The hostess was nice enough. The waiter was excellent. The food came out faster than expected and was very delicious. Drinks came out fast as well and were well made. I miss the old bread selection but what we got was good.

    Ordered pork chops, which we have eaten lots of times from Brio’s! However, this time, the pork chops were tough, dry with absolutely no flavor! Very disappointed!

    Very disappointing. When we arrived and checked in 10 min earlier than our reservation, the host said they would text us when our table was ready. 30 minutes later, I went to check on why we hadn’t been seated yet; the host said our reservation had been cancelled. He claimed that they had texted us several times, but there were no texts on my phone from them. They seated us within 10 minutes anyway. The service was sub-par. The server only had 4 tables, all in the same area, but she came to the table so infrequently we weren’t sure she was in the restaurant at all. We waited about 20 min between the time she brought our bread (very tasty), and the time she took our order. The rest of the visit was worse. Our calamari appetizer was cold when it was finally brought out; 20 min after sending it back, the main meal, pork chops dinner was barely warm. When I sent it back, they had reheated it and the chops were over-donee in spots. The couple at the table had the same experience, we found out while talking to them on iur way out. We won’t be back.

    Hostess Renee was very rude! Co-host Carson did his best to make up for it. Waiter Patrick was excellent! Food was wonderful!

    Ordered a dirty martini and got a drink (in a martini glass atleast) with sweet vermouth and gin -- that's it. No olive juice, no olives, no dry vermouth. This is not a drink that should be difficult to mess up for a bartender. Food was mediocre. Worst experience at this Brio I've ever had.

    The food & service are always good here. I got the Pasta Brio & it was very good. They also gave me a free dessert for my dessert & I chose the chocolate cake & it was good. My only disappointment is that they never seem to have the Mediterranean flatbread. My waitress said it was a staffing issue.

    fOOD IS FANTASTIC HERE AND THE SERVICE IS EXCELLENT. OUR WAITER EDWARDO IS THE BEST WE ALWAYS ASK FOR HIM AS HE VERY KNOWLAGEABLE ABOUT THE MENU AND GIVES GREAT RECOMENDATIONS AND ALWAYS HITS THE TARGET.

    We took our aunt here for her 75th birthday. This is her favorite place to dine at Harrah's. She ordered the lasagna and it looked fabulous. She also loves the chopped salad. Their salads are always so good, very fresh greens!

    While our waiter, Juan began by informing us Brio was out of 5 or 6 entrees, the service and taste of the food were great. They were obviously short staffed because many tables we’re unoccupied. All that said, we enjoyed our experience.

    If you are near the Cherokee Casino, would highly recommend Brio's. The food, service and atmosphere is exceptional. I fell in love with the pork chops. Highly recommend. It gets busy, so be sure to book in advance
