    While our waiter, Juan began by informing us Brio was out of 5 or 6 entrees, the service and taste of the food were great. They were obviously short staffed because many tables we’re unoccupied. All that said, we enjoyed our experience.

    A MUST TRY!!! WE LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS PLACE! THE PORK CHOPS ARE A MUST HAVE, AND THE LASAGNA! THEY ARE AWESOME, AND SO IS THE SERVICE. THE PRICES ARE REASONABLE TOO.

    If you are near the Cherokee Casino, would highly recommend Brio's. The food, service and atmosphere is exceptional. I fell in love with the pork chops. Highly recommend. It gets busy, so be sure to book in advance

    The service has really gone downhill lately. Maybe there just isnt enough servers, but there just isnt quality service here any more. The food taste and quality is still very good. You just might get it cold because it sat waiting to be delivered to you. Or you have your app, salad, and entree all delivered at the same time. I still like Brio’s, but it just really needs to tighten up on the details.

    Food was good esp the Grilled pork chops, Chicken & spinach fettuccine. Chicken in Brio signature pasta was a bit undercooked though. Service was okay.

    I had a reservation and was taken on time even though they were very busy and seemed short of staff. Once seated our waiter Sam was very attentive and had a wonderful personality. Our appetizer of shrimp and eggplant was delicious and Brio pasta as well as the mushroom ravioli was delicious and both were very filling. My husband and I enjoyed the entire dining experience. Will definitely return when visiting the Cherokee location.

    Drinks took a long time, salmaon was way undercooked and they did nothing about it, either send a new piece or take off bill

    The truth is we ordered the 14 oz strip steak and we're going to split it. We asked for it to be medium well. It came out oozing which is not medium well. It also had a lot of gristle and fat on the tail end of it. First time I've ever had a bad meal. Only reason we didn't bring it up at the restaurant, is because our server was off the chain excellent.

    Although we had reservations we still had to wait at least 20 minutes. There seemed to be a shortage on servers but they were doing all they could do and were very pleasant. As always the food was amazing

    Awesome place to eat!! Food was amazing!!! Highly recommend the cheesecake desert it is delicious. They were a little busy from what I could see but other than that it was awesome!! Definitely coming back!

    The food was excellent. We waited almost 40 min past our reservation before we were seated. We then had to wait an additional 20 min roughly before we had any bread or water. I was ready to just leave but it was suppose to be our anniversary dinner so I stuck it out for the wife. I will not be eating here again until this issue is fixed. After speaking with many frequent visitors, this location has been on the decline after the change in management. Such a disappointing dinner for the cost of it.

    I must say we were “Highly Disappointed”. The service was “ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!, “our server - IDA” - supposedly a server that has been there for a while was the absolute worst. Appetizers weren’t brought to the table so that we could all eat at once. The calamari was overcooked, but dear IDA never came back to check; they sent out an extra Lobster Bisque (which was very good) to the table, so one of the other ladies in our party took it. When they finally bring the salads, again they sent an extra and placed it on the table, one of the salads that was placed on the table was the wrong salad. The person that had the “wrong salad” HANDED THE SALAD BACK, - in other words “TOUCHED THE SALAD”. One of the other members in our group said they would take it but IDA said “NO WE CAN RESELL IT”. You mean a salad that was placed and touched you’re going to give to another patron? We had to ask for bread 3 times and finally after they brought out our Entrees (which were messed up as well). Then they flooded the damn table with bread. Meals over were ok, but of course there were issues. My husband was irritated to the point that he refused his meal, especially after she said they were going to resell the salad.

    We arrived about 30 min early to enjoy a pre dinner drink as we have many times. We were told we could not sit in the outside area and have a drink, we would have to have drink at our table. Hostess asked why we arrived 30 min early and we explained (see above) . We were told we couldn’t sit for a drink! Food was great, and that keeps bringing us back each time we come to Harrah’s Cherokee!! Please continue to offer the complete bar area for relaxation, socialization and enjoyment!! D.     The shrimp and eggplant appetizer was delicious! It was so good - and filling - that I didn’t have much room for my entree. My peach Bellini was also delicious! Service was good as well.
