Excellent service from Pamela both Saturday and Sunday evening, she was wonderful and made our visit perfect.

Nice restaurant and concept. However, the steak medallions were way too salty and the service was terrible. When you order another drink as soon as she brings out your first, should tell you something!

We frequent Brio, try to go maybe once every couple months with some friends. We usually have a very positive experience. Food is usually great as is service. Unfortunately last night I can’t say that was the case. Our server wasn’t very attentive and took an incredibly long time to come to the table. The food was okay, but not what I’m used to. The shrimp and eggplant seemed to be heavily seasoned with black pepper (I understand it’s a peppercorn sauce) however last night was overpowering. The fingerling potatoes on three of the guests plates were over cooked and dry and the broccolini was very spicy.

My husband and I shared lasagna and a wedge salad. The best lasagna I have ever had.

Had a very enjoyable dinner at Brio. Had reservations for the dining room, but decided to sit at the bar when seats opened up. Well spaced, and Nicki is always great as bartender/server. Great food and drinks at reasonable prices.

Every time we go to the Casino in Cherokee we eat dinner at Brios. It never disappoints us. We got the salmon dish and was delicious!

I am very unhappy with the change in the crab cakes. My favorite appetizer in all of Cherokee, NC was Brio's crab cake and was by far the best crab cake I ever had. It was large and more crab than cake and was absolutely wonderful, the seasoning complimented the sweetness of the crab and filler was minimal - truly a crab cake. The crabcakes they serve now are pre-made and seemingly more filling than crab - a huge disappointment.
The double pork chop was very dry and seemingly seasoned with liquid smoke which is very off putting. Also, where ever I have ordered a double pork chop in the past I was served a thick pork chop, this was 2 thin pork chops, very disappointing.
They were out of the beef cuts we wanted.
Service was slow. We were left without drink numerous times. This is the first time Brio has disappointed me but was bad enough it is doubtful I will return.

I guess I would like them to cut down the potions and cut the price a bit. Because you cannot take left overs up to casino hotel room as there are no microwave ovens in the rooms. Been three times to Brio and running out of what to try there next. May wait awhile before I go back. But all in all it was good.

The food was excellent as usual. Two days later we ate at Ruth Chris and it was terrible. The steak was full of gristle and the baked potato was mushy. All of their food was floating in butter. From now on we will only eat at Brios when we are at the casino
