Was very disappointed on how the waiter handled himself. He was not attentive. We was very offended on how he went to get the African American Manager to wait on our table but expected a large tip for doing nothing. Food tasted like rubbery noodles. Prices for the meal was great. Services and food was not.

Made reservations months in advance. Still waited 40 minutes and had to show excessive proof that I had a reservation even after I showed the text that my table was ready. Then waited a little longer
Appetizers were put on the table and before we even put a morsel of food on our plate the soup arrived. We had to send it back After the server stared at us for a good 15 seconds as if soup and appetizers always come out together.
Main course was spaced and good.

We were asked if we wanted our check before we were offered coffee and dessert. That’s not a fine dining experience
People sitting all over the place waiting to get in . If you are going to overbook. Provide nice seating instead of ledges and the floor
We could have gone to the food court if we wanted that view while eating .

First time trying , we didn’t complain , still left the 20% gratuity but won’t go back . Very pretty decor .
Food was good but the mood that was set ruined it .

We visit Brio every year for my sister’s birthday and it’s always a treat! The service, food and atmosphere can not be beat.

Food, service and ambience are always outstanding.
Need to book several weeks in advance, or longer for weekends, at this location while capacity is lowered.

I had the Expresso rubbed 16 oz bone in rib-eye and the wife had Raviola Di Bello, two of our favorites.
Both were exceptional, although I would prefer a little thicker steak.

Our server was very attentive and helpful.

The food is excellent and the staff are very nice!

Great experience. Limited menu but we all had something different and everything was delicious. I will say also the warm bread is addicting 😉

Not up to what it used to be and what I was expecting

ordered steak medallions medium and they were close to done.....not as I ordered...

The experience at Brio Italian Grille was awesome. We decided to stop eating room service and the food court. Our server was very friendly and attentive. We received our food in a timely manner and didn’t have to ask for anything. We appreciated the fact they practice social distance and it was surprisingly quiet. I was looking forward to Lamb Chops, but my steak was perfect.

Brii was very good. The Ribeye was cooked just right.

The espresso ribbeye is amazing! And the tiramisu was delicious too!

Had a short wait for a table at the bar - our preference, as we could have been seated immediately at an inside table. Some of the best Lobster Bisque you will find anywhere. Also really enjoyed the Grilled Salmon salad. Nicki does a great job at the bar.

We've dined here three times. Today wasn't quite as good as previous visits. The chopped salad wasn't fresh, like it was make yesterday. The lettuce was on the edge of being wilted and the tomatoes weren't fresh. We both had the lobster and shrimp fettuccine. Overall it was good but a salty. And the shrimp were overcooked. The portion was plentiful. Service was very good as well.

Brio's never disappoints and has moved to our #1 choice at Cherokee ! I will say make your reservation in advance when you book your room, or plan your trip. Due to limited seating due to Covid-19 they are doing all they can to accommodate the guests but with the buffet and Diamond Lounge closed all the other eating place are slammed especially from 6-10 Pm. Friday night we had a 8 pm reservation and there were several other couples waiting to be seated, and rude person came up to the hostess and was demanding to be seated and wouldn't let the young lady speak, to explain they had no openings I made our reservation in Dec so just plan ahead, no need to to treat the staff like that EVER ! Brenda and all her crew do all they can to make Brio's a special place and the service is 2nd to none. We enjoy Ruth's Chris as well and support them also, Brio's has moved to our #1 spot.

Food was excellent, service was exceptional, price was very reasonable.
Will definitely go back again!

Valentine’s precelebration

We were celebrating a friends birthday. The food was awesome but our server wasn’t much. He was slow to come to the table when we sat down and it was not crowded at all. After we got our food he never came around except to bring the bill. Except for that the food was great and we had a good time....just work on your servers Brio !

The hosts were seating folks on the wait list before those of us with reservations. Quite frustrating.

This is the best place to eat at Harrah's by far. Lobster bisque is the favorite!

Everything you desire to eat will always be unforgettable the taste is rememorable experience enjoy

The food was all frozen and overpriced. Our waiter disappeared for extended periods of time and left us hanging at the end. We ordered a bottle of wine and would have probably gotten a second one if he had come back at any point.

We Always enjoy Brio very much.

Food was not that good My husband’s Chicken Milanese came out burnt. Waitress did get it replaced, but it should not have left the kitchen. But to be fair, my mushroom ravioli was good.

Both had the 16oz ribeyes with spinach and asparagus with caesar salads. Steaks cooked perfectly; waitress was exceptional in attitude and right on time with service. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a good meal with excellent service!

The steaks were very good. The cheesecake excellent.

Not too crowded, so we were able to eat at the bar, which we prefer. Nice wine selections and nice , if somewhat limited menu given the pandemic. Try the Lobster Bisque - very nice. Entrees included the Salmon salad with asparagus which was great.

The Server was not good at all. She forgot our beverages and did the same thing at another table.

She was very forgetful and seemed like she didn’t know what she was doing. Hopefully it was just an off night or you’re going to have some unhappy customers

Great food. We’ve tried several dishes and all were excellent.

Has a Very limited Brio menu but overall very delicious. Our waiter was a bit slow but kept up with drinks.

Excellent service from Pamela both Saturday and Sunday evening, she was wonderful and made our visit perfect.

Nice restaurant and concept. However, the steak medallions were way too salty and the service was terrible. When you order another drink as soon as she brings out your first, should tell you something!
