   When we got there we were a little late (due to the challenge of parking) but within the grace period but they had no table for us. We then waited for 20 minutes to sit down. Server was there just a week and got no management support until the very end when we complained. Drinks were late, salads never came but then with the food which took more than an hour. Food was good but at that point we just wanted to go and then it took almost another hour to get the bill which was wrong 3 times and finally sorted by the manager. Very disappointing and not the level of service we have received at others of this chain in other cities.

   We waited 10 minutes to even be acknowledged. Waited another 5 minutes for the server to come back and take a drink order. 10 minutes later, with no water/beverages in sight, we left. This is why we usually don't go to chain restaurants. They want your money but give nothing in return. If you're paying for a service, you should at least get some sort of basic service .

   Manager was our server. She was obviously in a bad mood. Isabella took over and did a great job. Food was mediocre at best. Quality has gone down. French toast was not good!

   The service was phenomenal. I had chicken Marsala, and bruschetta sampler. Sampler was amazing. The marsala was mediocre. Mashed potatoes were cold and had zero taste. The chicken was chewy and wasn’t anything great. The mushrooms and sauce was decent.

    Arrived on time for a 7:15 reservation time and was told 45-60 minute wait because kitchen and bar was backed up and behind. Absolutely unacceptable from an establishment who accepts reservations. Will never return and you shouldn’t go there either if you are reading this. Check out the reviews on TripAdvisor……

    The food did not have much flavor nor was it fresh. Everyone at the table wished they would have ordered something different. Service was great, our server Alex was very flexible and helpful to making our dining experience top tier.

    Jessica was our server and she was phenomenal! Very tentative and friendly. I will definitely be going back. The chicken Marsala was great.

    The flatbread appetizer was huge and really good. Our waiter was very attentive and quick to refill our water. I was very disappointed in my strawberry, grilled chicken salad because I assumed it was made with spinach, but it wasn't and I really dislike head lettuce! My husband liked his chicken meal though and said it was good.

    We visited on a Sunday afternoon at 1:00. We made a reservation in advance and even though Brio was not busy, we still had to wait while they prepared a table. The food tasted ok, but was way over priced. $17 for a bowl of spaghetti with plain sauce/$19 for a plate of rigatoni and $7 more if you wanted a side salad. Fountain drinks were $4. The atmosphere was nice and where our table was situated, it was quiet and we could talk with normal voices. When the bill/check came, it was in a tattered plastic device. Overall, our bill came to more than $160 for 5 adults and 2 children. We had no salads or appetizers and no alcoholic beverages. Brio portends to be a top end restaurant and the atmosphere probably is; however, the price and quality of the food left something to be desired.

    Went on a “first date” with my boyfriend and we had a great experience. Our waiter’s name was Andrew and he gave us the upmost best service. We were able to create our pasta, and when the wine was too sweet, he allowed me to taste different kinds until we found the right one. Definitely recommend.

    Terrible service. Manager was rude at check in talking to staff right in front of my party of 6, stating that they were super busy and “we just need to get through 7:30 and we will be fine.” No glasses for drinks. We got brought styrofoam cups with lids just like children…and we had nothing but adults at the table. Service was very slow. Prices are very high for the portions we received.

    Food was its typical good quality; service was excellent. Ambiance was good; a surprisingly large crowd there (people are getting out again), so it was a bit loud. Still, overall it was a pleasant dinner experience.

    The restaurant itself is very nice and the waiters and waitresses very courteous our only issue was it took over 30 minutes to get her appetizers and it was an hour and 20 minutes until our food was delivered although the food was very good I feel the prices are a bit high for the quantity of what you get

    The service was just ok. Although they were not busy, we had to remind our server to bring a salad, refill waters, and more bread. She was very nice and got the items right away. The main issue was the lasagna. There was was a plastic wrapping inside the meal. My son didn’t want to bring it up while we were there because he works at a restaurant and didn’t want to cause any issues. The drinks we had were fantastic, as always. Although we really enjoy the chain as a whole, I’m not sure if I would recommend this Brio.

    Our server was outstanding. The Pasta Brio was served luke warm with ice cold chicken. Very little chicken. Server had it rewarmed. Took about 40 min to get an entre- thats all we ordered. Had to wait so long for grated parmesan cheese for our meals & dipping oil. Server was great.

    Styrofoam cups because glass wasn’t available. No bread plates. Bread after salad. Seated near door in below zero weather. 7 teenagers at hostess stand talking and on their phones while dirty tables sat.

    Too expensive for the amount of food you get. The service was really slow taking almost 30 min for drinks and over an hour for food. Would not return… there are other places in town much better than this and with better pricing for what you get.

    We were a party of 8 celebrating a graduation. The waitress quickly took drink orders as each person arrived and checked on the table regularly. Nice place to be able to talk to others without have to scream in order to hear each other. Appetizers and main meals were wonderful.

    We booked on Open Table for a family dinner after a concert. Unfortunately getting out of the parking lot at the concert venue in Dayton was challenging. I called Brio before our scheduled reservation for 8 @ 6:15 to explain the situation and requested to change it for 15-30 minutes later. We also had to downsize our party to 6 due to Covid. The female hostess that answered the phone was curt and rude making it difficult to change the reservation. It was as if it had never happened before. She finally agreed to make it for 6:45. We arrived before the new time and were seated in an overflow area in the front at a huge table for at least 12. Another reason I downgraded the ambiance. Our server Sean saved the day which changed my impression of the experience at this point. Despite the fact he seemed rushed, but didn't rush us, he was very pleasant, attentive, knowledgable and efficient. Our drinks, appetizers and salads were served in nice intervals as well as our entrees and dessert. We had time to eat and enjoy our family time. In general, the food was good but not the same as I've had in the past, which is why I gave the food a good but value a fair.
