Chris was our server and did a great job. We ordered a variety of things from the menu and they were all excellent.
Chris, our waiter, was great
Upon entering the restaurant things seemed chaotic. It was New Year's eve and staff seemed scarce. Was disappointed that the menu was so limited and typically....Im assuming due to Covid. Our waitress was efficient but not real friendly. She seemed to be short/agitated and rushed. That being said, my husband's steak salad was covered in blue cheese crumbles after he had ordered without, as well as a few pecans he had also requested be left off. We felt they tried to remove most when they realized their mistake. The duration we waited for our food was quite a while so he tried to remove the items himself and ate the salad. Would we return to this Brio, probably not.
Very few tables occupied in restaurant and still took 2 hours for dinner...not sure what was going on with waitress but she came to table to take orders, bring salads and the bring dinner entrees but other than that she spent most of time behind bar serving drinks...had to hail another waiter to get boxes for leftovers and get our check...waitress brought check but never said or apologized for not returning to table...needless to say I normally am a 20% + tipper but tip reflected more then she deserved for service provided...will definitely think before going back again...might not have been her fault she was behind bar but at least could have acknowledged the neglect when another waiter had to get her to get check...
Management did not require diners to wear masks and they were seated next to us. Ruined our meal. We left early. Shame on the manager. We’ll never be back.
Thank you for reaching out to us to share your feedback Ron. Per safety guidelines, masks are required in common areas throughout the restaurant but not required at the tables as they are socially distanced. We apologize you felt unsafe as we want all of our patrons to feel safe dining with us. Your comments have been passed along to our management team, so we can work on doing better.
This was Brio's first attempt at Thanksgiving dinner and the traditional fare was plentiful and excellent.
Thank you for dining with us on Thanksgiving. We look forward to your next visit.
During Covid, when everything is compromised, we had a very nice small dinner party for a birthday celebration. Everything was delicious.
Great patio. Service was perfect as was the food.
We're happy to hear how much you enjoyed dining al fresco in our patio. We appreciate you sharing your experience and look forward to welcoming you back.
Very good food and service! Made me sad to see the low volume of dine in business even though it was a Tuesday evening....
We appreciate your support and look forward to welcoming you back.
We received exceptional service the night we went. Waitress was attentive and the food was great. Social distancing was maintained throughout the evening.
Thank you Terrell. We look forward to serving you again and providing you with a one of kind experience!
Food and service was great! Will definitely be going back!
Thank you for dining out with us! We appreciate you sharing your experience and look forward to serving you again.
Brio has really gone downhill. We are huge Brio fans and have been loyal customers for years. There were maybe 10 parties, it was around 1pm and the service was terrible. The hostess and waitress were unfriendly, it took a while to be acknowledge we were there and to be seated. Once seated it took awhile took awhile for the server to arrive, meal took awhile to be served and then I had to ask for bread and butter (which came after the meal). Hope it turns around soon, not sure when/if we will return
We appreciate your visit and apologize we did not meet your expectations. We are sharing your comments with the team for improvement. Thank you for reaching out to us.
Excellent steak! Staff is very attentive and refilled waters without being asked too.
We love to hear how much you enjoyed dining with us at Brio Italian Grille. We look forward to welcoming you back again soon!
Good quality, good value, good service. Since I am apparently a few characters short of 50 minimum, "Trump Pence 2020!
Thanks for dining with us Kevin. We look forward to serving you again.
We ate on the patio. It was lovely.
Thank you for joining us to dine in our patio. We're happy you had such a great time and look forward to seeing you again.
Outstanding service. The opportunity to support Brio during these difficult times was our pleasure!
We would HIGHLY recommend this establishment.
Thank you Gerald. We're glad you received such excellent service from our team. We will certainly pass along your compliments. We look forward to serving you again soon.
Great set up for outdoor dining. Very safe. Excellent food. Great ambiance.
Thank you for dining out with us! We appreciate you sharing your experience and look forward to serving you again.
The atmosphere and service were excellent. I had the lobster ravioli which I thought was ok. Cold and small portion. Caesar salad was excellent. Will go back- just order something different
We appreciate your feedback and thank you for bringing these opportunities for improvement to our attention. We will undoubtedly pass your feedback to the management team
Limited menu and portions small for money spent. Pandemic fear has caused dining to be less than anticipated.
We are very sorry about your experience. We appreciate your feedback and thank you for bringing these opportunities for improvement to our attention. We will undoubtedly pass your feedback to the management team.
Another great evening at Brio at The Greene! Great food, wonderful cocktails and excellent service and all-the-while keeping us Covid-19 safe! And, making a reservation on OpenTable made it so easy!
The food was ordinary and the service was slow, but it was great to sit on the patio
We had a lovely anniversary dinner. Our server, Tom, was very knowledgeable and attentive. He timed out drinks and food perfectly.
Let me know when you remove the mask requirement. It’s like eating in a morgue.
The food was fabulous (as usual), but the portions seem to be getting smaller and the prices keep getting higher. Their signature dish, Pasta Brio, (a simple rigatonidish with a little bit of chicken) is now $17.99 and a steak is $32 (as if they're a quality steakhouse)
Lasagna was flat! This was not typical Brio food, at least not in the past and hopefully not in the future!
Overall we had a good experience on our anniversary
Our server was slow to bring our drinks, our appetizers were served cold. Our entrees were worse, the Chicken Marsala is nothing more than dry tough frozen chicken served with pre made mashed potatoes and 3 lousy slimy pieces of asparagus.
My wifey meal was supposed to include lobster which it was completely void of. Over all never again. The food is overpriced and on top of that they allowed a group near us to let their children run all over the restaurant touching everything, after the children tried petting my service dog we reported it to the manager who said it was his first night and there was nothing he could do
The food was great, limited menu and seating due to COVID, but soooooo nice to get out!!!!
Nice place. Good food.
Expensive
Nice evening dining outside but we’re disappointed with portion size and prices. The portion size is 1/2 and no protein dishes. Will go elsewhere if no improvement
Food was bland and my fish was over cooked. I know We had a lrg party but would have been nice if everyone was at same table.
The only disappointment was the failure to apply a $10.00 discount for ordering 2 entrees. I had mentioned the special to our waiter prior to ordering but forgot to check the final bill
I have been a few times tonight sevice was super slow. Friendly but slow
It was a horrible first time experience here !! Had an 8pm reservation with 5open tables in the front of the restaurant we didn’t get seated until 8:45 by the manager himself who then walked us to the back of the restaurant and for 10minutes not one waiter stopped to even offer water or wait on us .. it was only until after 10mins we decided to put our jackets on and leave a waiter approached us after she said she went and asked the hostess who was our waiter and she said the hostess said I don’t know .. so with having to be somewhere by 9:15 we decided it was best to leave instead of chance horrible service and food . For 2ppl a reservation for 8 and not being seated for 45 mins after asking multiple times and having some walk right in t 8:30 and 8:45 and get a table right away is absurd highly disappointed in the service the hostess was immature and didn’t seem to be able to have a handle on the business nor did the manager himself
Reservations was pointless waited 90 plus minutes past our reservation time
The wait times were a mess, even with reservations. The waitress was a little slow with drinks. The food was amazing.
Reservations at 730 got seated at 8. Did not see our waitress for the drink order until 830. Had to change order to make sure we made it out in time for our movie They said we would receive our meals if we changed from steak to pasta. We made the change but didn’t receive our meal into 9 pm so we had to leave to make the move. You would have thought we would have been able to eat when you have reservations 90 minutes before tour movie. Will not return
Got seated about twenty minutes late with a reservation. But the food was great especially the lamb chops
Unfortunately Brio was over booked, which isn’t the first time this has happened to us when we had a reservation. We were seated about 45 mins past our reservation time. The staff seemed overwhelmed as I noticed eye rolling and a lack of overall friendliness. The food took a while but was good. Overall we spent 3 hours there in total.
First, I will say that this particular location is normally fantastic. Brio’s been my solid go to for special occasions over the last 10 yrs or so but tonight they definitely dropped the ball. Supremely disappointed in management / service and the kitchen was off a beat or two as well. A total disappointment. Please hit the reset button guys!
