The atmosphere and service were excellent. I had the lobster ravioli which I thought was ok. Cold and small portion. Caesar salad was excellent. Will go back- just order something different

The food was fabulous (as usual), but the portions seem to be getting smaller and the prices keep getting higher. Their signature dish, Pasta Brio, (a simple rigatonidish with a little bit of chicken) is now $17.99 and a steak is $32 (as if they're a quality steakhouse)

Our server was slow to bring our drinks, our appetizers were served cold. Our entrees were worse, the Chicken Marsala is nothing more than dry tough frozen chicken served with pre made mashed potatoes and 3 lousy slimy pieces of asparagus.

My wifey meal was supposed to include lobster which it was completely void of. Over all never again. The food is overpriced and on top of that they allowed a group near us to let their children run all over the restaurant touching everything, after the children tried petting my service dog we reported it to the manager who said it was his first night and there was nothing he could do

The only disappointment was the failure to apply a $10.00 discount for ordering 2 entrees. I had mentioned the special to our waiter prior to ordering but forgot to check the final bill

It was a horrible first time experience here !! Had an 8pm reservation with 5open tables in the front of the restaurant we didn’t get seated until 8:45 by the manager himself who then walked us to the back of the restaurant and for 10minutes not one waiter stopped to even offer water or wait on us .. it was only until after 10mins we decided to put our jackets on and leave a waiter approached us after she said she went and asked the hostess who was our waiter and she said the hostess said I don’t know .. so with having to be somewhere by 9:15 we decided it was best to leave instead of chance horrible service and food . For 2ppl a reservation for 8 and not being seated for 45 mins after asking multiple times and having some walk right in t 8:30 and 8:45 and get a table right away is absurd highly disappointed in the service the hostess was immature and didn’t seem to be able to have a handle on the business nor did the manager himself

Reservations at 730 got seated at 8. Did not see our waitress for the drink order until 830. Had to change order to make sure we made it out in time for our movie They said we would receive our meals if we changed from steak to pasta. We made the change but didn’t receive our meal into 9 pm so we had to leave to make the move. You would have thought we would have been able to eat when you have reservations 90 minutes before tour movie. Will not return

Unfortunately Brio was over booked, which isn’t the first time this has happened to us when we had a reservation. We were seated about 45 mins past our reservation time. The staff seemed overwhelmed as I noticed eye rolling and a lack of overall friendliness. The food took a while but was good. Overall we spent 3 hours there in total.

First, I will say that this particular location is normally fantastic. Brio’s been my solid go to for special occasions over the last 10 yrs or so but tonight they definitely dropped the ball. Supremely disappointed in management / service and the kitchen was off a beat or two as well. A total disappointment. Please hit the reset button guys!

We had a reservation for 6:30 by did not get seated until 7:10. We waited 40 mins for our food. It was very busy but the wait times seemed a little excessive....esp since there were tables that were empty throughout the restaurant. While waiting for our table we counted 6 empty.

Worst dining experience ever! What was the point of having a reservation when we still had to wait 30 minutes for a table then another 15 at the table while the staff figured out who’s table it was! Then my desert order was wrong and we had to wait again to find someone to make it right!

Great place for lunch or dinner but make sure you have reservations. The area for waiting is small and people hanging around the entrance makes it hard to enjoy if you happened to be facing the entrance. Other then that it was worth the reservation I made and my wife enjoyed it!!!!!!

On this night, service seemed particularly slow. It felt like our table might not have been part of our server's core tables. We only saw the server when she was coming to our tables. Tables around us had different servers who seemed to be more present. We had anticipated 90 minutes for dinner before our show, but at 100 minutes, we hadn't even reached the stage of being offered any dessert options.

When we mentioned that we needed to be somewhere, the server was quick to close out the order and take care of payment.

Arrived for our reservation 20 minutes early and quickly realized that the line out the door was made up of late reservations as they were not taking walk ins. After waiting for over an hour and seeing people with reservations an hour before ours still waiting we decided to leave. There was nobody from the restaurant giving explanation or keeping us informed of what was going on. I have to assume they way overbooked and could not keep up. Very poorly managed and even worse communication. Will not be returning. I can overlook crowds and mistakes but it would have been nice if someone had been managing the crowd waiting and at least behaved apologeticly and not treated guests as an inconvenience.

We had reservations for Valentine’s Day. We had to stand in line for 40 minutes just to check in. Our reservations were for 745 and we got seated at 840. Then they were short staffed in the kitchen. So we didn’t get food until 940. It’s unfortunate that even despite reservations everything was so delayed.

Valentine's Day Horror!! Made reservation for 7PM, 4 weeks ahead. When we got there, the RESERVATION CHECK-IN line was out the door in the 20 degree weather!They not only OVER BOOKED but the manager was CLUELESS! Only ONE PERSON was doing the check-in and seating. Stood in line for 45 min. just to check-in! Very POOR management! By the time we were seated, it was after 8PM. What was the point of making a reservation!! When we left, it was after 10PM, for a 7PM reservation! NEVER will I RETURN!! At one time, Brio was the "go to place". It used to be very good. I even booked my son's 49 guest rehearsal dinner there, but has gone down hill lately.One positive thing was that our waitress, ADDISON, was VERY GOOD!! Other than that, very, very disappointed!!

With reservations stood in line for 45 minutes just to check in. Food was not great and server never checked in. I ordered one glass of wine and I would have liked another but the waitress never came back. My food order was wrong and by looking at the receipt the waitress entered it wrong.
