    Unfortunately, it took about 2 hours to get our food. Our server was not attentive. We had to get up and get our own water. The manager did compensate our meals and apologized.

    We were seated by 5:45, got some water and bread soon after we were seated. After we were seated for a while we were ready to order but there was no sign of a server. When we told another staff member we were ready to order she said she would find our server, only to return to tell us she couldn't find her. We were happy she was willing to take or order, which was 4 entrees for our party of 4. Nothing too complicated. After about 30 minutes our server came back and said one of the dishes was no longer available so we ordered something else. About 30 minutes later one of us went inside to try to find out where our food was. By this time we'd been there an hour and others who were seated after us placed their orders and had received their meals. Someone came out to say they were sorry and understood our frustration, but didn't appear to do anything to find out when our food would be ready or perhaps offer us a drink or something for our inconvenience. At 7 pm, after an hour and 15 minutes with almost no contact from staff and no updates on our order, we went and told them we were leaving, which we did and settled for dinner next door at Noodles and Company. We were running in the AF Marathon the next day and had hoped for an early dinner and then go back to the hotel to get some rest. Thanks to Brio we accomplished neither. I can understand that things can go wrong with orders, what I don't understand is why nobody on the staff seemed to take an interest in our situation, try to correct it or show some empathy.

    First leet me state, I believe our waiter was truly doing his best. However, we had to wait a fairly long time for my husband to order his beverage - so we asked to order our meal at the same time. Then began the frustration. Salads and bread came out ok - although the chopped was overdressed and neither was fresh. Then we waited OVER 50 MINUTES for our shared lasagna. When it finally did arrive it was lukewarm. Our waiter took it back and it was another 20 minutes before we received the re-heated entree. All in all, from the time we were seated till the time my husband asked for the check, it was an hour and 45 minutes. There was no visit from a manager apologizing or explaining, and no offer to comp anything off of our check. Very disappointing. We haven't dined here in a long time and, unfortunately, this visit was so unpleasant that we won't be returning.

    Loved that you can reservations. For the price, though, steaks were overcooked and everything else just so-so. The service (hostess, waitress) were good. The accommodated my need for gluten-free.

    Pasta was served ice cold. Was told it was because my grandson didn’t want a sauce over his and mine was cold, even with sauce, because we sat outside. Lamb chops were wonderful though.

    This was the worst pasta meal I have ever been served. The gnocchi was gummy like uncooked dough, broccolini was ice cold. Got a different dish and it was ok but if I would have had to pay 22.99 for 6 ravioli I would have been upset. My 2 friends also had subpar meals. We waited an hour for food in an almost empty restaurant. This was a 1 and done for me. The only redemption was our waiter. He was very nice and efficient.

    I usually enjoy coming and getting the lobster and shrimp pasta but this time it had very little shrimp and I didn’t taste or see any lobster. Since the price point isn’t cheap I was disappointed about that! My friends pork chops were dry this time as well.

    Service was amazing; despite our large party we were well taken care of. Food was mediocre, but this was the only restaurant at The Greene that didn’t have an hour wait (which should have been a clue), so it was a matter of necessity and food as fuel rather than anything else

    Not good service, we ordered drinks, appetizer and a salad to start, the appetizer came out fine, but no salad. When server finally realized, he went back and grabbed it. We finished our salads and still no food. When it finally did come, our 9 year old received AND we were charged an adult sized lasagna, our sweet 16 birthday girl was never addressed and she asked for no mushrooms in her dish and then had to pick them all out. We told server when he finally came to check on it and his response was just oh man they put mushrooms in it... didn't even say sorry and just kept walking by. We were so hungry at the point, she didn't want to wait for another dish. Waters and soda's were not refilled... just no attention. I get being short staffed if that was the case, but he never once apologized or explained. Food was good, but again, just took a long time, 2 hours is way too long when they weren't even busy. And then to receive the bill and NO attempt to make any changes or even address it and apologize was very disappointing.

    We went for a patio lunch and the visit was unlike any other we’ve ever experienced…in a BAD way! After waiting over 20 minutes for any worker to come outside at all, the waitress that did come out completely ignored us. The manager finally came over and asked us for a drink order. We told her we were ready to order and she said “I can only take your drink order.” So there we sat for 20 more minutes waiting on anyone to come help us. Finally after an hour, we finally ordered. As the hostess sat more and more people outside after us, there were multiple other waiters/waitresses that kept coming out and attending to these people that came in after us. There was a table beside us that came in 20 minutes after us that ordered the exact same food that we did and they received their entire order before we ever received our appetizer!! Another table by us only ordered salads and received those an hour later! All the waitress said was “I’m sorry. The girl that’s making the salads is behind!” Was she growing the lettuce too? How long does it take to “make” a salad? Needless to say, we only ate our appetizer and asked for everything else packed up to go. The waitress acted like she was surprised we didn’t want to sit there any longer! We ate our lunch in the car and the food was terrible. But we were starving after waiting almost 2 full hours for a half salad and a bowl of spaghetti. We won’t be back, ever. This really was unbelievable how disorganized they are. Do NOT go here!

    had a party of 12. Service was a little slow. Many of our group did not like their meal. Two people sent their chicken back as it was like "shoe leather". One person did not eat their meal. My lasagna was so-so, nothing special. We have eaten at a "Bravo" many times before and it was far better. It was too far away for us now so we thought Brio was similar. Not so. Next year we will find a different restaurant. Very disappointing.

    We went late on a Friday. They were near empty which was curious. It’s a bit pricey. The salad I got I wouldn’t have eaten but I was hungry. Bread is amazing. Kids seemed to like flatbread. I’m not sure I’ll Be back but maybe for the flatbread. Service was good.

    I chose Brio due to dining many times with clients, the shortage of your staff really affected the food and service. It was not our waitresses fault, but rather the shortage being realized. The food was definitely not what we have expected as in the past.

    Terrible experience. Reservations for 1:30, confirmed last night and this morning Arrived at 130, seated at 2:53,pm, ordered immediately, meal consisting of 4 flatbread pizzas and 2 pasta dishes, arrived at 415, (one dish was missing chicken which was brought out 10 min later, and one pizza arrived 15 min after that. Never heard from a manager - understand the kitchen staff was scarce- but will not return. Inexcusable -even for Mother’s Day. If they were that short staffed, they should have let us know immediately

    We were not seated until 2 hours after our reservation time. The kitchen staff did not show up for work on Mother's Day apparently. The management seemed indifferent. The food that was prepared by the "pantry worker" was not edible. It really ruined Mother's Day for our group. I would have preferred that they close and not try to offer service and we could have figured out a different eating plan.

    We had a reservation for 12:30 and weren’t seated until 1:00. We waited in bar, ordered drinks, and were served by rude bartender. After we were finally seated, we ordered meals and proceeded to wait 1 hour and 45 minutes for our food. We ended up walking out at 3:00 and we still had not been served. We asked multiple times, got the manager involved, and were told “It’s on its way.” The restaurant was busy, we were told they were short staffed, but 1 hour and 45 minutes??? We can’t remember the last time we had such a terrible experience in a restaurant.

    It is understandable when a sudden death takes the family member of vital staff bur a almost 3 hour wait till llunch with the mothers day brunch menu suspended started to border on a bad experience while our hearts go out to those who lost a loved one this location should have called in help from other stores or closed for the day

    We went on Mothers Day, unfortunately only 2 of 5 cooks showed up. Regardless of that, our server was excellent, and the food was very good. It just took time for the kitchen to catch up. Praise to all the staff that was there. They were wonderful.

    Had our reservations at 7:00 pm. We we seated promptly at a very nice table. It took at least 10 minutes for a server to acknowledge our presence with a “be right with you”. After another 5-10 minutes the table next to us said that they had been there since 5:30 and still hadn’t received their food. This was also confirmed by a second table. We waited an additional 5 minutes before leaving, again with no interaction with our server. This is the second time we have left this location without even having water brought to us. I understand staffing issues and other factors but this is beyond incomprehensible. ABSOLUTELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!!

    We had slow service (drinks, bread, etc). Food was slow and terrible quality. Cold, sitting a long time before served. Manager did apologize and comp dinners, but it was very disappointing as we were celebrating a college graduation

    We waited over an hour for our entrees. Restaurant had very few tables occupied. One of our diners specifically asked for no mushrooms in her pasta and when it was served it was full of mushrooms. We could see 4 of our 5 plates sitting under the warmers for 20 minutes before our food was served.

    I wish restaurants would not open if they cannot properly staff for the diners they have/expect. we arrived for our Easter dinner on time. Took 5 minutes or more to be greeted because the host was dealing with Door Dash orders. Then it took another 5 minutes to figure out what table to put us at, we had reservations. After being seated it to over 10 minutes to have a server come by. She was friendly and great but clearly working more tables than she should have been. Given that we had 3 young children we ordered an appetizer to get rid of their hangries. Appetizer took over 15 minutes to arrive. Place dinner order and it arrive 15 to 20 minutes later. All in all a very unpleasant experience given the place was only half full!!!!!
