My husband and I celebrated our 19yr. Wedding Anniversary there last night. What a wonderful experience. The food was great, ambience was nice, a little loud but we all had a wonderful meal. We are going to come back with more neighbors. Thanks again Brinkleys!

We had such a lovely experience for my spouse’s birthday. The staff were incredibly attentive and thoughtful with recommendations. We had one of the boards which was plenty for 4 and a few other goodies for starters, drinks, and desserts. Definitely plan to return!

This was only my second visit, but I will be back. I had a coworker from out of town with me in addition to my sister, and we were able to enjoy a delicious meal and good conversation outside - couldn’t ask for better! The staff were on point and friendly, and made great recommendations.

Excellent restaurant. Food was outstanding, service very good, and they even have valet parking, which for the area is important in my mind. I enjoyed this greatly and will be back. My only constructive criticism is that I like to have some bread on the table, however, the portions are large enough of each course it's not necessary, I just really like it. Anyways, highly recommend this restaurant.

Brinkley's was a godsend for the city of North Augusta. We used to have to travel to Aiken or Augusta to get a good meal in a better atmosphere. The atmosphere is very relaxing at Brinkley's and the food is very much worth the price. I would recommend Brinkley's to anyone in search of a good meal and a good atmosphere.

The wait time was zero (thanks to reservations). The atmosphere was great. There were happy people everywhere. The waitress (Taylor) was outstanding. The food was of the highest quality as usual. We will always consider Brinkley's Chop House for special occasions.

We dined at Brinkley's Chop House for our 51st wedding anniversary and it was a delightful experience. Everyone treats you like royalty from the valet who parks your car, the waitstaff (Peyton was amazing!), the manager - all go out of their way to make you feel special. To start the evening, we were treated to complimentary champagne to toast our special day. Nice touch! We followed with an appetizer of Korean BBQ wings which weren't the traditional dark teriyaki coated wings I expected, but were delicious. Plated on a bed of cucumbers and covered in a fairly spicy reddish sauce, they were tender and coated just right. We choose the Wagyu Burger with fries (hubby) and the 10 oz. Teres Major beef with sauteed mushrooms (me). The Teres Major cut was new to me. In researching it I found that, if cooked correctly, in can be as tender as any beef cut. It's also touted to have a beefier taste than other cuts. I had mine cooked Medium. It had a good flavor and was tender, but next time I might would want the center a bit more pink. The mushrooms were a great choice as a side. My husband was not 100% thrilled with his burger. The bun just couldn't hold up under the weight of the beef. He ended up having to eat it by cutting it on his plate. It really was messy. He loves a great burger, but would probably chose differently next time. The fries were prepared dinner style and were tender on the inside and crispy out. We finished the meal with a slice of chocolate torte that was plated on a caramel sauce and had candied walnuts sprinkled about. It was rich and delicious! The atmosphere of the restaurant is upscale but not at all ostentatious. Our meal of an appetizer, 2 entrees, and a dessert, with a glass of wine was $135 with tip. (There is a 3.5% credit card processing fee) Probably not what I'd spend on a nightly basis, but definitely worth it for a special occasion. Looking forward to going back!

Brinkley’s service and food never disappoints. From the time you walk-in, service is nothing short of a world class chop house style restaurant. The butchers cut for the day was aged 60 days and was melt in your mouth. The catch of the day was a light and fresh rainbow trout with some fruit with quinoa and was prepared and cooked to perfection. Great wine list as well! Will definitely be coming back soon!

We loved our experience. Great Food! The Filet Mignon, the Meatballs and the Salads were all fabulous! Great Service by Tori (Victoria). Thank you also for the Complimentary Dessert for our Grandson's Birthday. Since the weather was perfect, we decided to dine outside due to the air conditioning. It was way too cold in the restaurant.
