   I had the 16 ounce duck fat, ribeye, medium it was cooked perfectly. The brussels sprouts were the best I’ve ever had the old smoky drink was very strong and made correctly. My wife’s lobster tail was cooked. Perfectly delicious. I didn’t care for the wedge salad but I loved the valet parking very smart move for this restaurant👍🏿 I will come again

   The food was outstanding and the service was excellent; however, the restaurant is so small, it was very noisy and not very private at all. A little pricey but again the food was excellent.

   Wedge salad was phenomenal as was bread. The airport chicken had too much going on. The Asiago is too much with the gnocchi. The chicken is as just average in taste. As someone who eats very little meat and no red meat, the menu is limited. My husband is the meat eater. His filet was tough. Shouldn’t have to have a knife to cut a filet. His Longhorn steaks are better, he says. Service, ambiance and location are primo. I doubt we will return to dine. The drinks were good—wine and a mule and we would return enjoy drinks.

   Alli took such great care of us. She was pleasant and helpful. The scallop dish and NY strip were delicious. Hoping the salmon is available the next time to try.

   We went for my wife’s birthday. Along with our daughter we got the land, air, sea board. It was quite yummy. Our waitress was Megan and she did a fantastic job. The cuts of meat (ribeye and strip) were very nice and melted in your mouth. It was a nice experience and we will be back.

   The restaurant was having internet issues so my OT reservation was not received. There was a packed house with no availability but they found a table for us. Very nice experience!

   My salmon dinner was delicious. My husband lamb chops was undercooked & bland. It’s was a table of young adults that was very noisy. My waitress was in training but very nice.

   Peyton was absolutely wonderful with the service! She provided me with wine samples and recommended a lovely moscato. She was knowledgeable about the menu and so kind. It was our first time here and we will back back again! I had the CAB filet, cooked medium and it was perfect. The sides were delicious. 10/10 would recommend!

    My husband and I ate here 3/11/23. We both decided it was…meh. The staff was friendly and when the hostess realized I didn’t like my seating she promptly adjusted, which was much appreciated because I didn’t even tell her but she observed my discomfort and immediately accommodated. Our waiter was very friendly and knowledgeable. The atmosphere was almost liken to a cafe rather than fine dining. I definitely feel the price point is a little high for the food they serve. We ordered the Cajun buffalo blue cheese fries ($8) which were a huge disappointment. I think our expectations were too high based on the previous reviews. The fries were literally fries with hot sauce and bleu cheese crumbles just thrown together. My husband ordered the 8 oz filet mignon ($45) and I ordered the 12oz NY Strip($47) I am pretty sure my steak was no more than 8oz. Definitely not a 12oz. The New York strip came char broiled with little while potatoes. Hardly a $47 plate. Although the steak was very well cooked it lacked seasoning. The small potatoes they just need to get rid of. I also ordered the mac and cheese ($7) which was good. My husband had the loaded mash ($5) which was ok. Our meal totaled $135 for the above mentioned items and our drinks. All in all, I’m glad we gave it a try but it wouldn’t be my go to steakhouse.

    The service from everyone was amazing, We had Scott D as a server and he was great and super knowledgeable about the menu and drinks that paired well with our foods.The serving sizes were more than expected & I loved how seamless the experience was from valet to being seated to ordering and then Scott calling valet to bring the car back. I can’t wait to come back.

    Food was good. Ambiance was lacking considering overall price. Noise level was loud. Nice that the front of restaurant was windows looking out on patio; but need some sort of window covering to reduce sun glare. Anyone with 4 in their party would have at least 1 forced to wear sunglasses. Surprised that restaurant at this price level would include 3.5% surcharge on debit/credit cards.

    The Wagu tasting met all expectations. I had the duck duo with risotto and my wife had the filet with Mac n cheese. My duck confit was perfect texture but quite salty while the duck breast lacked flavor altogether. The risotto was more like soggy undercooked rice and lacked the flavor and creamy texture one would expect. My wife really enjoyed the steak and the bite I had was perfectly cooked and well seasoned. We both agreed that the Mac was Thanksgiving ready and delicious. I also had the smoked Manhattan that had a lingering intensity the longer it sat. Taylor was our sever and was excellent, she was knowledgeable about the specials and even informed us that the steak was finished under a broiler incase we didn't care for that texture, this possibly saved my wifes dinner basedon my preferences. We look forward to going back and trying other menu options.

    The calamari and steak were good. Most everything else was not so good. The baby new potatoes were a bit too new (undercooked and hard), the jumbo asparagus was as thin as sting beans and the truffle fries were not crisp. The sides should not be overlooked and should be complimentary to the great steak that was served. I just don’t feel like I can recommend this restaurant based on the quality of the overall meal.

    The environmemt is nice. We were seated promptly and the staff was very nice. The appetizer was pretty good (lollipop lamb chops) the main dish was just alright. The salmon was over cooked so it was dry and a little crunchy and burned along the edges. The potatoes that came with it were undercooked so they were a bit too firm. The asparagus and frise were decent though not very flavorful. Drinks were alright as well (Pineapple martini). For the price we paid I expected better. It was NOT horrible but if we ever go back I'll be trying what my boyfriend had since he said it was pretty good (appetizer of korean BBQ wings. Main meal, steak and creamed corn with bacon in it)

    We went for my birthday yesterday. Everything was wonderful. The ambience is great, it looks and feels like an actual steakhouse, unlike Bordeaux, which is more warehouse. Great lighting, dark wood, great decor. The service was great, Brittany waited on us and was friendly and attentive and gave great menu recommendations. Our food was perfect. The steaks were perfectly charred on the outside and medium rare on the inside. I had the 8 oz filet with lobster and my husband had the duck fat delmonico. Both were delicious. We can FINALLY say there is a real (and great) steakhouse in Augusta— because until now we haven’t had one. Highly recommend.

    Brinkley's is amazing! The CAB 8 oz filet is to die for. The potatoes are lackluster, but the creamed spinach and creamed corn are phenomenal. Get the meatballs to start. You won't be disappointed. The atmosphere is wonderful and the staff is top notch. I love to see management helping out the wait staff. It's always a sign of great leadership. It did get pretty loud and I felt like I was yelling at my partner durinojr conversation, but obviously people were having a good time. The valet parking is a huge plus since it's FREE for patrons of the restaurant. Also, it's sometimes difficult to find a spot in that area and you would have to pay for parking. Super nice touch. Overall, 9.5 out of 10. Highly recommend.
