The server was lovely but inattentive, never ask how the food was or if she could get us anything else. The food was underwhelming with not much flavor. It’s really more of a bar with seating. Won’t be returning

Atmosphere and service were great - very cool decor but very loud. The food was ho-hum. Menu was limited. I ordered the eggplant and it was served over a handful of raw spinach and 1 1/2 grape tomatoes and 3 shavings of pecorino - that was $21. The burrata was not great either. For 4 of us, there were 2 slices of bread that were too crunchy to even eat. French fries were good for an appetizer, but $14 seemed pretty steep for the equivalent of 1 potato. Way overpriced for the small portions and lack of flair/sides/finishes. Will not return.

Second time I’ve been to BrightSide and I absolutely love it. It’s such a beautiful, cool space and everything we ate is amazing and so full of flavor. Definitely becoming one of my favorites.

The food here was okay. We came for brunch and ordered the croissant waffle sandwich and a burger. The crowaffle sandwich didn't come with the sauce, but when it was brought to the table, it didn't have any flavor. It was supposed to be a dijon cream but the dijon was way too subtle. I put mayo + hot truffle sauce on it when I got home.

I do not recommend. Service was incredibly poor (we somehow had three servers?) and food lacked flavor and excitement for a restaurant of this price point.

I was disappointed by my experience. There were barely any people in the restaurant, yet our server was hard to track down and our food (a salad and tuna tartare) took a really long to be delivered. I saw it sitting in the pass for quite some time before it was brought over. And something was off about the tuna. It tasted sour and not fresh. Also, for the price, the portion was really small.

Interesting menu. I think they may be short on staff as they are newer. Service was sub par. Alot of noise. Very large bar area set right in the middle of all of the tables. Makes noise level really high. Moscow mule…came in a glass. No copper. Just strange. Salmon came is a bowl with bok choi soup around it. Good but weird pairing for taste. I am sure will get better over time.

Decor is awesome! Very cool restaurant. Service was good, nothing spectacular. Pom frites we’re delicious…loved the curry sauce best! Eggplant was awful (tough, absolutely no flavor). Drinks tasted good, but were very weak. Overall average as far as Cleveland restaurants go.

Great experience overall. The food was very good, so happy they kept the Sunnyside Pizza on the menu (from Bar Cento). Drinks were very well made and tasty. It was a Wednesday, so very laid back atmosphere and Christine was nice and very patient with us through the night. Great place for a date! We'll be back.

Loved the big door being opened to make the space feel open and airy. Food was really good though the prices are a bit high. The cocktails are usually a hit for me here. My issue is the presentation. Proper craft cocktails should NEVER be served in a beer pint glass with a full cup of ice. The drinks should have been served in a highball glass. The drinks were good but a bit on the sweet side. Service was excellent.

The ambiance is really great. It’s a beautiful space. We were seated in a nice booth. The drinks and the burgers were delicious!! Only negative was we got the zucchini app and it was teeny tiny. Great service and experience.

Positive- Love the changes they made to the place, the service is great the food was good quality - Calamari was great fried cheese appetizer was great - For entrées most people got the burger, favlor was there but could use a bigger patty, I ordered the lamb, which is something they were testing out to see if it stays on the menu…KEEP IT ON THE MENU! Delicious, but it needs a base; rice, mashed potatoes, or something Negative- Too loud, need to install foam/acoustic panels to dampen the noise, couldn’t hear a thing the staff said :( - maybe slightly over priced, but I understand since they have a renovation budget to pay off still worth it to stop in

Great rebranding of the former Bar Centro across the street from the West Side Market on W. 25th St. They have a party room space and small little opium den sitting area for larger groups. The remodeled space is gorgeous and open with a huge round bar in the middle. We had the calamari appetizer and mushroom pizza - both legendary from the previous restaurant. Limited menu options but great to sample from 2-3 choices.

Had Mother’s Day reservations paid to park, was seated and ordered drinks and then was told they only had a couple appetizers since they had ran out of the others and then was told they only had hamburgers and pizza left for dinner.

The octopus and olives was absolutely delicious, perfect portion and the octopus was fresh and cooked to perfection. Very flavorful and would order again. The bar manager took great care of us and made a perfectly balanced pea purée infused drink. Very creative food and drink and cocktail selection.
