   Ambience is the best feature. The gnocchi was dry and bland. Grilled oysters were good but there were just five of them. Odd.

   Our first time here! Appreciated the on site parking. Impressive modern decor. Comfortable seating with river views. Delicious cocktails. Fantastic homemade pastas. You can add a protein to any pasta or salad for $10 extra. Scallop and chicken add-ons were delicious. Moderately expensive at $120 dinner for two: 1 cocktail, 1 app, 2 pasta entrees, 2 protein add-ons, 1 desert. And I must comment on the desert! Don’t be afraid of the sweet potato cheesecake. It tasted like exquisite pumpkin pie, smothered in caramel and walnuts with a scorched marshmallow dollop. It was all amazing. Our waiter “Sincere” was kind and attentive. Definitely going back!

   Everything was fabulous for brunch! Drinks were very good, food was good, service good. Bloodies were very good. The caramelized old fashioned was fantastic! Recommendations from wait staff were spot on. Had a lovely honey brie appetizer to start. Really no complaints other than they ran out of breakfast sausage for the patty melt, but no big deal.

   Our first visit far exceeded our high expectations. All of the staff were exceptionally accommodating especially our wait staff and the manager. He was receptive to our feedback that the trout entree would have been better with a side . We ended up ordering the smashed fingerling side after the entree arrived, and it came promptly. The flavor was incredible - the entire generous serving disappeared. The salads, Goddess and beet, were both outstanding and full of flavor. The pot au creme dessert was rich and luscious. The entire ambience was the perfect blend of innovative and modern, and the noise level was a welcome energetic but tolerable noise level - no shouting across the table was necessary! We can’t wait to try eating outside when the track doors can be opened. Bridgewater is an exciting addition to Milwaukee dining options!

    Bit into a lobster shell in my Lobster Roll, Not much alcohol in our drinks, fish fry over fried. Beautiful decor. Will not return until summer

    We have been wanting to check out Bridgewater for some time… atmosphere was fun, trendy.. menu felt a little limited but we did enjoy our entree’s.. salads we a good size and cocktails well done. We will be back for summer!

    We enjoy this space. Whether eating at the bar (my favorite), or at one of the tables throughout the restaurant, each area has its own attractive ambiance. On this outing, I enjoyed the grass-fed ribeye, which is sliced a little thinner than a traditional cut, allowing for a quick, sear/charring, while still staying medium rare. Perfect to my taste, and reminiscent of the lean Florentina steaks.

    Fabulous food, wonderful service. So happy they have brunch. Husband's Blueberry pancakes were fresh, light and delicious. The bridgewater eggs are the best scrambled eggs I've ever had ,they have fontina and chive on them, delicious!. It's great that there are na cocktail options. Would love to see some na red, white and rose options by the glass/bottle offered. We will be back again soon. I almost forgot, the unbelievable artichoke dip it is a must try!!

    Our server was delightful! Drinks and apps were fabulous. We had the Brûléed Brie and the sour dough bread. We had high hopes for the entrees (three of four were recommended by the server). Sadly, those she suggested were not so good. The Beer Battered Catfish had an odd, almost pungent, flavor. The Gnocchi was very, very heavy. The Grilled Trout was the best. Sort of wish I had gone with that myself. The Lemon Vinaigrette dressing on my side salad was fabulous. If we try again, I’ll go the apps and drinks route I think.

    Phenomenal food, ambiance, inventive menu, smooth attentive service. Beautiful natural light. Had the pork belly appetizer, the beet salad as well as ancient grains salad with added scallops for protein (perfectly cooked!). The surprise birthday cake was exceptional, so much so we order another slice to go. :). Already planning to go back again.

    Came with my wife and another couple- to catch up! Cieara was our server and WOW- she felt genuine, knowledgeable and approachable. She made great suggestions, interjected as needed and was just overall great! Food was great as expected- but the service made the difference!

    We had an absolutely wonderful time. I will say that you need more bar staff we placed our drink order and didn't receive drinks until appetizers were gone, almost 20 minute wait for a prosecco, na rose, cosmo and lemon drop martini.

    We were excited to try The Bridgewater and it was everything we could have hoped for. Plenty of creative cocktails to choose from. The food was delicious and came out very quickly. Our server Emily was exceptional and we will definitely come back and look forward to another great experience.

    We celebrated a birthday there and had a great time. The staff were very kind to my kids and the manager (?) even answered their questions of what cheeses were in their dish and brought out the recipe from the kitchen to show them. They kids felt so special. The food was delicious and came out quickly. The plates were beautifully presented. We will be back!

    Wonderfull place...wonderfull staff...my waiter needs more expierence i guess...super quality food...can be awesome if was cooked different way....steak needs more flavor...but was my first time...i will definetly go back and try them again...cool place...     This is my 3rd time visiting the restaurant. This time for brunch. I will always say I love the atmosphere and the energy of this modern new Milwaukee restaurant. All of the staff that assisted with brunch were extremely friendly. The food was very good. The drinks were good. I enjoy my experience each time I visit.
