オープンテーブルで予約して家族と伺いましたが受付で予約は入ってないと言われ､調べてもらったら予約は入っていました。予約の進捗管理を紙ベースで行い､予約の随時チェックはされていないとの回答でした。対応も残念でした。以前は良かったのに､もう行きません。

コロナ禍でなかなか行けてなく、とても久しぶりに利用しましたが、変わらず、サービス、料理ともに満足でした。誕生日ディナーで利用すると伝えていたのですが、食後の素晴らしいタイミングでケーキのプレゼントまで頂き、とてもいい気分で帰宅できました。記念日などで利用させて頂くことが多いのですが、引き続き利用したいと思いました。

コロナ対策でビュッフェ形式ではなく　申告して取ってもらうので　なかなか言いづらいし　また取りに来たと思われてるようで　普段の食べ放題という感じにはいかなかったです

取ってもらう方式になってから自分の思うように取ることが難しくなった。こちらがこれだけ取って欲しい指定しても聞こえないことはしょっちゅうあるし、取ってくれる店員さんの態度も良くない。昔を思うと値段は上がったのに悪くなる一方。残念。

コロナの影響で以前予約していたビュッフェを延期して今回利用させてもらいました。席同士の距離もとってあり、立席する際はマスクをするなど対策もきちんとしてありました。子供と一緒に利用しましたが、対応も優しくて嬉しかったです。
