Wonderful view and atmosphere overlooking downtown Palm Springs. I came here with my mom while on vacation together and it was a ton of fun. The food was good, not stellar. I had the veggie pesto pizza which came out a little cold, but was still great and made for excellent leftovers. We will definitely be back!
The pizza was worth the money. Two sizes small and large. Large hubby and I shared and we each had two slices there and then each had two slices for lunch the next day! Wine list is nice and the wine recommended to go with the pizza was perfect.
We tried The Brickworks because they advertised wood-fired, thin crust pizza. We asked for it with garlic, sausage, mushrooms and fresh basil. We also ordered a Caesar salad and a bottle of Argentine Malbec. All were excellent! Surprisingly, the salad came with whole marinated boccorones, which we love and are unusual in a restaurant in the U S. The pizza came exactly as we had requested, blistered and burnt in places. Again, surprisingly, the shrooms were fresh Shiitake, rather than the usual button mushrooms that have much less flavor. These folk know what they are doing. Service was excellent, too. All much appreciated. We will return!
Great pizzas and salads ! Very friendly service - perfect spot to stop and have a happy hour cocktail if your out shopping on Palm Canyon.
Went there for happy hour, found out they only do that Monday - Friday. When I placed my drink order they were out of my first two choices. On the bright side our server was great and the food tasted amazing.
We had the most awesome service from our server Desiree Pacino . She’s absolutely wonderful. The food and service were excellent! We will definitely be back.
Host was very unpleasant. Barely spoke, never smiled even half of a smile. Waitress was nice but nothing extraordinary. Just nice enough to get by. Food and apps came out at same time and everything, except 1 pizza, was cold. The busser was the nicest person we encountered. We will never return, nor would I recommend to anyone.
Great thin pizza. Perfect crust.
We ordered pizza and it came so fast we were only half way through our appetizer.
This was our second visit to the Brickworks and we enjoyed both evenings (each time there were 4 of us). My wife mentioned to the host both times what a wonderful place you run and that we would be back and we surely will. We have spread the word to our friends and family and we feel very comfortable there.
Thanks again for your hospitality.
We have been here a few times and have always been very pleased!
Some of the best wood fired pizza in town. Actually, only one of a couple that offers it. Great wine and beer list. Great location right in the heart of downtown. Service is always friendly, good food and nice selection on the menu to satisfy groups.
The Bloody Mary Burger is amazing. So good we went back the next night to have it again. The place is fun and casual and a very interesting space. Shawn served us the second night. He was fun and it’s nice when you meet someone who you can tell enjoys their job. We will definitely return.
Great outdoor seating - food was wonderful. Would come back here again.
Food was great and service started out great. Tables were really close together not allowing much room. Both my table and my neighbors waited 30 minutes for our checks. When the waiter returned he blamed the servers. Love to return when it’s not so busy.
The burger that was highly recommended was so dry it got stuck on my throat. Could not get the attention of the waitress to order something different. She apprared only to give us the check. I wad so frustrated at that point I just wanted to leave
Best pizza in the desert
The pizza was excellent as was our waiter Sean! We called and they nicely held our reservation for us with a table overlooking the street fair. All were attentive and responsive to our requests
Very friendly service. Nice spot for every day dining.

Always a great experience!
Friendly, efficient waiters, great pizza and a variety of beer on tap made for an enjoyable visit on NYE!
The food was good and the outdoor seating was lovely. It's also a great location in downtown Palm Springs.
This is our go-to whenever we are in town! Same great taste and same great service.
We decided to have dinner after cocktails and were concerned about finding a table for 7 people last minute on the day before New Year’s Eve . Brickworks was able to accommodate us. Food was great and service was also very good.
We had 2 great family dinners at this place while in Palm Springs. Their pizzas are really delicious, thin crust and delicious toppings. Very good salads as well.
Can be described as good pub food. Hot served well and plenty of it. Room was a bit cold as windows were opened onto balconies apart from that we will visit again.
The salads portions were large and the dessert was good. We liked the draft beer selection but were disappointed with the fire and smoke pizza, which had a nice crust but was mushy on the inside.
Great pizza, enjoyed the spicy one a lot. The service was excellent.
We were at the previous restaurant, Matchbox, a number of times. Some things seemed to have slipped. The service was somewhat chaotic-not really sure who our server was. The quality of the pizza, while still good, has slipped. The pepperoni pizza, while still good, is no longer outstanding. The sliders were excellent. Salad was ok, but one person in our group did not get her salad until the main courses had come out. One beverage did not come out until we asked for it several times. They brought out two of the same pizzas, even though we only ordered one. We were not charged for the extra one or for the beverage.
I will give it another try to see if this was just a not very good experience.
Really fun place. Sean in the bar great waiter
Whenever we go to the street fair on Thursday evening, we have pizza and a simple salad at the Brickworks. My favorite is the prouchitto and fig pizza
Was a little disappointed in the food. Service and location are great, food is average at best.
Wanted to still love it, but sadly the pizza has changed from Matchbox. The crust is completely different, and not as good. Service was good but very slow. The ambiance is still very nice and I love the outside fire tables. Just wish the pizza was the same, as I had read it was!
Staff is accommodating, food is delicious, and Desiree is the BEST!
Great ambiance, Desiree was an amazing server. Fabulous place for Thursday market - great Happy Hour food and drink.
Love this place
After a long and stressful day, we just needed a pizza. Brickworks does make good pizzas, and it has gluten-free crusts. Our waiter was excellent.
It's a fun place, especially if you can snag a table overlooking Palm Canyon, but since new owners took over and although the food selections remain similar, the food is not quite as good and the prices have gone up and the selections have changed and not for the better.
