Brickstone's

The food was very good both times I went to lunch this week.

Slower than anything. Even to get dessert to go took so long we had to walk out.

I ordered what I usually order. I got the 2 jackfruit vegan crabcakes with fries & coleslaw. When the waitress delivered it, it was the barbeque jackfruit/vegan roast pork sandwhich which wasn't even close. It took 2 people to get my order straight. My friend had the crabcake sandwich with fries which she had eaten moist till I finally got my right order. It wasn't busy so the waitress must have been new. Never had this much confusion before.

I wasn’t impressed at all. Hostesses wearing yoga pants, waited 25 minutes to be seated even with a reservation & the food was below average. Had better chili out of a can & prime rib steak sandwich was messy, soggy with way to many cold onions & peppers & hardly any cheese. My wife & I were with another couple so I didn’t complain.

Love Brickstones.!!!!!!! My one daughter is vegan so there are a lot of delicious options for all of us. Great place. Would recommend. Tops on my list. All of this groups restaurants are amazing. Coastal Grille and Austins as well.

AMAZING food and great portion sizes for the price. Lots to choose from, very big drinks menu. Service is great. BUT, they took the cold queso away!!??!?

We love to go to Brickstones. We received a gift card for Christmas and our first though was to go to Brickstones. The food is wonderful. Our service was spectacular. We will definitely return in the future.

Had an truly enjoyable evening! Drinks were perfect, food exceptional and the service was on point. Interior was spruced up from former Viva, amazing how different floor coverings can warm up and make the restaurant more cozy and so much quieter. This is has definitely been added to my go to list of restaurants.

My friends and I had a beautiful time there on my first visit. I drove one hour and 15 minutes to celebrate my friend’s birthday. I was so pleased at the end of the night, we agreed to meet there regularly. Food, cocktails, deserts, everything was perfect. I spent more than I wanted; but worth it.

This was a date night with my husband and it was spectacular. The staff was exceptional, food was outstanding and the ambiance could not have been better. It is easily the best restaurant for not just special occasions, but an affordable treat for anyone. The menu is huge, drinks and dessert and fantastic. Best restaurant in Berks county.

Food was bland and overpriced. Much prefer sister restaurants (Austin’s or Coastal Grill).

Waiter had no idea what dirty martini was. Asked if we wanted water and bread and never came back for 20-25 minutes. We got up and left. Manager tried to make things right but it was too late.

It's so pretty in there the food was delicious, our waitress leah was wonderful, our orders came out correct and it was just perfect

Service was great. The short ribs and garlic mashed potatoes is my favorite dish. the sauce is awesome. I wish it came with a vegetable.

We had a great experience at Brickstone's. Our food was great as it has always been. Our service was good. Waiter failed to bring water we requested. It was brought by another person, I assume a supervisor.

Although the restaurant was extremely busy, the are where we were seated was fairly quiet, considering the nember of children seated near us.

The ambiance of the restaurant is very nice. Spacious seating and quiet environment is welcoming Waitress was attentive and food served promptly. The seafood crab diavlo could use some textural addition. Perhaps asparagus or broccoli. Something with a little crunch The Parmesan chicken could have a little more sauce But otherwise good. From a foodies point of view it would be nice to have something funky offered.

Dining at the Brickstone was very comfortable. The service was quick and very compilable to our needs. The food was excellent and fairly priced. I will definitely pick Brickstone again.

Although a bit chaotic in front (many empty tables but hostess had difficulty finding table for us and others) I heard another table complain listen this isn’t rocket science I don’t understand the wait for table with so many to choose from. Still we enjoyed our meal

We had no idea the restaurant was scheduled to close at 3PM. We did not feel rushed or forced out the door. Very nice family dinner to celebrate Christmas Eve, I do wish the there would have been notice they were closing, we could have altered our plans to allow the employees to go home to their families as scheduled. Thank you.

Food was awful as were drinks. Server was rather miserable especially when I had to ask twice for water.

This is the second time I ate at Brickstones since they opened. The food was just ok. A tad pricy for the quality. Drinks are really good and unique, but generally small for the price.

We were celebrating our anniversary. We ordered soup which was very good. I ordered steak and a crab cake. The steak was supposed to be cooked medium rare and came out well. The crab cake was not a cake at all but was crab crumbles. The waitress came back and took the steak to be replaced by the time it came back my husband was done with his meal and we were ready to go. I took it home to eat another day. Telling us they were sorry for the inconvenience just did not cut it for us! What a disappointing experience.

The address listed for the restaurant is wrong. Luckily my wife saw the sign for the restaurant and we found it after going to the wrong location

Food was good, served was great.

Overall great local place with good food and solid menu. I enjoy sitting outside when the weather cooperates. We will come again for sure.

Came here on a Monday night for date night and wasn’t as busy as usual of course. Our server was super attentive and the food came out hot and fresh. Really enjoyed our entrees and cheesecake for dessert - yummy! Definitely coming back soon.

We are new to PA and the area, and we decided to try Brickstone’s for my birthday. Our sever Tiffany was excellent. She was friendly and proud that everything was made from scratch. Shortly after our food was delivered, another server delivered takeout containers to our table. We did think it was a little early - were they rushing us out? But we found out later it was an error, and it wasn’t a big deal. My husband’s red wine was served with a chill on it (evidently because of where it is stored), which he did not care for. Our food was very good - we HIGHLY recommend the lobster bisque. The lobster pieces are presented on top of the soup so there’s no doubt they’re in there. It was delicious. My husband’s steak sandwich was large enough to take half home. I had the fried haddock with string fries served with dill tartar sauce. It was very tasty. The cole slaw was also good. The meal ended with a birthday sundae. The atmosphere is very pretty with lots of space to walk to your table and the music plays at a pleasant level. We will try it again.

With reservation was seated promptly. Waiter was new. He was a little slow. A manger recognized this and made it right! Thank you Mike!!! Food is amazing. Drinks are spot on. Great place to check out. We will be back again!

Server had to be sent over by the front of house after we waited for 15 minutes to take our food order. It didn’t appear to be be terribly busy. We were checked up on by people other then the server throughout the meal.
