We didn’t bring our phones, because we don’t to dinner. Forgot the menu was electronic, but they let us purchase one for $1. We didn’t mind, but also feel like it shouldn’t be charged if requested. Overall always love this restaurant and it’s a must when we come to down.

The meal was great and the waitstaff kind and timely. The current COVID-19 "vibe" is weird but that is to be expected. Overall was a great experience.

Just getting out of the house and out of the rain! My husband had the Pearyaki Burger, which was outstanding. I had the Greek Salad, which is always good. Service was good! They take good care of the rules regarding social distancing, keeping space in between tables/customers. All servers wear masks. Just nice to be able to get out, have good food and drinks and have a good time!

So Brickroom is not open on Tuesdays!!! We showed up and they were closed! So Open Table didn’t do so well. I gave 5 stars because we love Brickroom and when I called and explained what happened they gave us a $50 gift card and a huge apology.

The atmosphere is amazing, and the cocktails/food never disappoint. One of the best bars and restaurants in Ashland!

Great food as always. I wasn’t aware they were moving to only online menus so that was new. I appreciate the efforts taken to keep everyone safe.

Our server was friendly and helpful. The food was really good and the prices were very reasonable.

I had the crab and artichoke ravioli. I do not recommend it. I couldn't taste any crab or artichoke and not really sure there was any in it. The raviolis were soooo thin. There was more sauce than the actual meal. Very small meal. I do recommend the pear dessert. That was the best part of the meal. Oh, and whats interesting, is if you are having a meal and there is music entertainment for the night, they ask you to pay a fee if you're staying. The guy came around twice no less. We just ordered dessert the first time, and the second was when we asked for the tab. Really? Why wouldn't they let the diners dine in peace?

Very well organized operation. The hostess was very polite, and our server was also very polite and well knowledgeable with the menu. Our food was excellent and cooked perfectly. Nice atmosphere and good experience all around. We have already told several people about our experience and will definitely be back. Good job Brickroom!

This was my first time eating at the Brickroom and wow did it not disappoint! From walking up the stairs, viewing the layout, enjoy the attention to detail, eating the delicious food, it was so fulfilling! And, I will highly suggest friends and family stop by and enjoy the beauty that is The Brickroom.

Friendly people providing professional service; excellent food; delightful ambiance. My favorite place for brunch in Ashland.

We came as a group of 4 women for lunch. We got 3 or 4 different items. 3 of the 4 really enjoyed the lunch and would come back. One of the group said it was ok, but would probably not come back. (Thus the 4/5 stars). We had a great waiter and the atmosphere is lovely. Much better than the restaurant that was in this space before.

The food and drinks are consistently excellent, the service is great, and the ambience is fun and comfortable. One of my favorite restaurants!

The service is always friendly & considerate. The Bar is very good. Our tale is always well placed.

Always have a great experience

The server was super sweet. Unfortunately most of the food was either luke warm or flavorless. The resturant was really pretty and the service was great. We just didn’t love the food.

My wife and I enjoy Brickrooms atmosphere and the small plates they offer. We have always had pretty good service as well.

Seth did a great job keeping up on an exceptionally busy night.

Was there for breakfast on a Saturday morning. They were not busy. It took 45 minimum to receive our meals and they messed up two of the orders.

Had first experience on a Tuesday, went back again on Thursday. That’s how much we enjoyed it.

Blackened broccoli and cauliflower was not bad but but would have been very good if served warm instead of at room temperature. Bearnaise sauce on steak is strange, adding no flavor or contrast. I'd rank it about with "country gravy" as a dressing for good meat. Service was very good, and food came suitably promptly.

This was our first trip to this restaurant, which is attractive and has a friendly feeling. We enjoyed sitting outdoors for dinner; our waiter came right away to take our order and was attentive throughout the meal. The food was fine - we tried the szechuan pot stickers, which were just OK - maybe a dipping sauce would have helped. The crab and artichoke ravioli was very tasty, with well-made pasta and a good cream sauce, if a bit reminiscent of pub-style crab/artichoke dip. The short ribs were tender and great-tasting, but the greens that that were served with the ribs were undercooked and unseasoned. The mac and cheese also turned out to have almost no taste, though it looked nice in its little dish. The atmosphere is really nice but the food didn't live up to expectations.

The menu has a lot of very unique things to choose from. Everything we tried was absolutely magnificent.

A very nice restaurant with wonderful food and interesting cocktails all at a reasonable price. I’d go back there whenever I’m in this part of Southern Oregon.

Food was just not very good. Blackened cauliflower and broccoli were not blackened and tasteless. Dip that came with them was heavy. Flatbread was cold! And undercooked/hard.
